:rolleyes: Oh so this is why some people in the clan chat I use were talking about dbones. About demand: I am pretty sure people have a finite amount of gp and if they feel the urge to level prayer by buying bones will do it the way I do - figure out how much they want to spend (say, 20m gp) then buy as many bones as they can with that amount. It's not like your average high level player can just say "I want 99 prayer!" then buy as many bones as they need. P.S. I am just about ready to sell an easter egg, is there any way of doing it without junk?

A slayer guide would be nice, seeing as I just got 75 slayer today. "..training aspect of the skill..."? Not sure what that means at all.

Lol I hope not, I just sold off all my bars and ores. I had them sitting in my bank for 3 years and I never even used them. That would be like herblore for me. I got the herblore level to make the highest level pot (82) then sold off all my herblore supplies, thinking I would never need them, ever again since by the time I was 82 I already had stockpiles of pots and leveling over 82 would be useless. Then what happens? Jagex updates herblore and all prices rise! *dies*

Ah for some reason people keep asking me about rares, probably not realizing I don't really follow merchanting trends. The GE price went down and I advised someone to wait until it's even lower because whenever prices go down, a lot of people will panic sell lol, which leads to a temporary crash in prices. :thumbsup: :thumbsup: I hope that was the correct advice hahaha!

Wow they scrapped the Mechscape/Stellar Dawn and now they scrapped RS Classic player-owned server development? The recession must finally be affecting Jagex. Tsk tsk. Opening it to new members every 6 months is just a slow, painful, lingering death for RS Classic. People quitting everyday + no new members joining for half a year = dead RS Classic again.

I don't know why Jagex hasn't banned that 2lum person if the scamming has been that blatant. These merchant clans should be investigated, it really seems as though a lot are run by scammers.

Yeah this is my problem now. It's not like I have or am willing to get 2 billion worth of junk (that's how much I would need) so I can sell my items. Honestly, why can't Jagex allow free trade for *some* people? I've been playing for 8 freaking years and never a black mark with over 120 million exp. :thumbsup:

Everyone who can uses d b'axe because it's far better to hit higher so you can kill your enemy faster to avoid getting hit and get faster exp. However, I suppose if you notice you hit a lot of 0s, you can switch to a weapon with more accuracy (dlong). Rune chain+gaunts is what pures wear because rune plate requires magic levels to equip. Chain+gaunts for more hitting power and plate for defense.

Those dark wizards are killers! It's so cruel to put them where noobs will go lol. I wonder how many people started RS then quit at level 3 because they died to the highwayman?

You don't necessarily need HIGH combat to skill, but you do need some, IMO. :) Hmmm general combat training tips for beginners: In RSC you only get exp when you make a kill. Not per hit like RS2. The secret to training faster is to train on lower level npcs, preferably things that you can 2-3 hit at least. Armor and weapons have a ladder type thing where every 10 levels of attack and def you can upgrade. But you might not *need* to upgrade. Why? If you are training and you can already 2-3 hit the mobs, don't bother upgrading to the next, it will probably only add +1 to your hit anyway. If the mobs aren't hurting you, same thing. Save up for rune instead of buying every single set of steel, black, mith and adam that you need. If you do buy and gp is problem, weapons are more important. If you kill them faster, you get hit less. Try something fun - death train. What is death training? Have only 3 good items on you, don't bother healing. When you die you lose nothing and you can just go back to train. This is done near the respawn point in Lumbridge. Barbarian Village bar is cool. There's barbarians to kill, free cooked meat, fly fishers who powerfish will sometimes drop their fish, nearly everlasting fire to cook the fish...and free beer. :)

*sigh* I just came back from a 10 month break and for some reason, my rares really went up. GE price is now close to 2 billion gp. Reading this thread it seems "steet price" is now *higher* than GE price, the last time I checked the market (dunno when? 15 months?) GE price was higher than street price. Now my problem is, I just don't have junk so I can't trade. :( I would like to sell something and get like 100m-200m for skills. Ideas? P.S. Is Jagex ever going to fix this junk trading thing? Ok, so merchants have a way to trade, what about regular players like me? I just don't understand why Jagex doesn't fix this, can't they include player to player trading when calculating the prices of things?

Well at level 64 rc, with 43 ess I got anything from 46-61 nature runes, with 52-55 being most common. I just turned 64 rc so I shall have to see if there is a noticeable difference.
