A few hundred people still play on priv servers. Some are oldschool aka us people who also post here on Tip It and some are simply castle pkers from RSC. I even saw someone who had quit before p2p came out and he was on the priv server. Like, long time no see! (8 years or so)

No, I am playing the more authentic RSC priv server. Only 2x more exp so not everybody is flats (I learned that term from Fook!).

In a word: No. Repost from my blog: I, for one, do not recall Runescape ever being noob-or-child-free. Never has everyone been always friendly and nice to me. Am I actually playing a different game from the person I quoted above? There have *always* been beggars, scammers, noobs, etc. for as long as I have been playing. Sorry, I don't removing Runescape from Miniclip would make the game nicer.

It's funny, apparently the combat system of each priv server is different. The one I am on recently changed their combat system. I saw an old pk vid from their old system and the first kill is a 30 30 dead (in f2p). Rofl. The admins decided the combat system was too overpowered with 3 hits being too common. I have to agree, I mean 30 30 30 on f2p would sooo freaking rare on the real RSC. So...they changed it to be more authentic and closer to RSC. Roflmao now everyone is crying because they hit 0 0 0 0 0 0 now. Seems pretty common to me, I've often hit 0s in a row but then again I never castle pked since I was way too high level when the castle came out. :) I mean, at high level pking, who hasn't hit 0000 when the other guy is full red barred? That is like, the ultimate pking experience! But I guess at low level pking, you aren't really supposed to hit too many 0s when the pkers there only have 1-30 def. It's quite funny.

Well, forgive me for being bigheaded, but honestly I would have thought most RSC pkers would know who I was (or at least be familiar with my name, it's not like we had millions of level 115s+ on RSC) but boy was I wrong! On the priv servers, nobody has any idea who I am except my own friends. Plus, apparently someone else has been using "meili" on other servers. Lame. I am the one and only Meili. The real, true and legit Meili. =D> It's just like being in old RSC, really. I still hear the same old "lol Meili you are not a real girl" "there are no girls on the intarwebs" "if you are a real girl show me your pic/go on webcam."

I like prayer BUT low level prayer is the pits, honestly. If you have like 31 prayer, you constantly have to recharge and it never lasts for long at all. :( I'd say either go all the way and get 60+ prayer or don't bother. Otherwise, you need the patience to recharge a lot. ;) High level prayer is worth it to use ultimate str and incredible reflexes for a reasonably long time.

It happen even to older people. There's nothing you can do since there is no proof. Just because his friend suddenly got Dharoks means nothing. He could just say he got it off legit from BH. There is nothing you *should* do for revenge anyway. I wouldn't suggest hitting another person over 3m RS gp. Just help your friend get more money.

Pure with 80+ Magic? ;) Maybe you're thinking of Kngpin - He was a pretty good ranger if i remember rightly. No Ad, Kingpin was pure back in the day, like at the same time I was pure. We just became impure later on when p2p came along and mage was updated (and became more worth it!). It's a pretty normal setup for a pker actually - when you are low level, better be pure (real 100% pure!) - midlevel you can get some prayer for harder hitting - and then when you get high level, magic is good because then everyone your level uses magic *and* by that time you are rich enough to afford all those expensive runes that you wouldn't have been able to afford when you were like level 60. Sue Me was really jealous of me because I even got the chaos gaunts and I could hit fairly high even with chaos in case I ever ran out of bloods (which was quite frequent lol before theiving). This setup is what a lot of pkers did and probably still do even up to now. :) Yeah, I do remember Kingpin went impure, so did practically everyone when we realized those blood runes were sooo good. I just can't remember any cheating going on by Kingpin and really I used to see him around a lot.

I actually have tons of friends on RSC, that's what made it so fun. Even the people posting on this thread are my friends. Hi guys! For best friend it has to be Who Da Best/ P O K E Y/Kikyurass/ Kikyurass Jr because I have know him for ages and we were still in contact up to a few months ago. :) It's pretty amazing, we have been friends now for 8 years! If you had asked me when RSC was still the main game I would have said Sue Me though since at that time we were the closest and spent years training and playing Rs together everyday. That's an enormous amount of time lol.

To get access on the forums you have to: 1 - Have access to play RSC. 2- Go onto the RS forums with the account you want access with (which still plays RSC)[/color] and go to the forum feedback section. 3 - Make a new thread labeled "RSC Forums Access Needed" or something along those lines. 4 - In the post mention that: A) That you still play RSC on your account. B) That you would like access to RSC forums. C) State that the account is yours. Eventually a forum mod will see it and pass it up, unless you're lucky and a JMOD sees it, in which case it is usually instant access to the RSC forums. Hope that helps anybody who has been looking for 'em, or looking to gain access in the future. o0o0o0o0o ty! How active do you have to be?

Kingpin? Did he cheat? He was just pure from what I know, like old school pure style and he knew how to pk. I used to see him pk all the time when we were both pures, I think simply because we played at roughly the same times back then and there were only like 3 servers... I don't recall the cheating part.
