Of course, pking coming back will greatly influence and improve skilling. Pots/weaps/armors/food/runes/arrows etc will all be much more in demand, assuming of course, that pking becomes popular. Even non-combat items will be used more because pkers use them to level their combat stats. For example, cosmics could be used to level magic for pkers who want access to higher level spells. :thumbsup:

Well it should probably be safe inside the towns (the walled in ares only), otherwise you wouldn't be able to effectively pk for lack of places to bank/shop/respawn/teleport.

Only the old school people have normal names. The old players were able to get the regular names like "Fox" or "Tempter" while the newer players now have to settle for weird stuff like 0xcjuo.

Of course they shouldn't be. Yet we are forced to extreme censorship and unable to say even common, everyday words for the kiddies who can't handle real grown-up communication. You mean hug, right? :P

Knowing Jagex it'll look pretty much the same as the guy santa suit, but it'll be tighter and will inexplicably show your stomach. ya :lol: like mystic and desert robes, among others I want a skirt version! Santa skirts for girls!!!

I feel sorry for all those people who don't use Opera. Opera has Speed Dial which allows me to have 6 websites as a sort of homepage, only cooler. Mine are set for Google, Hotmail, Yahoo Mail, Tip It, RS, Youtube, a fansite (non Rs related), 8 Bit Theater and Order of the Stick.

Yep, got some on my website but they are just links, they are hosted on the Wayback Machine/ Internet Archive. ;)

Well I do have *some* little sympathy for those who come in crowded places but there is just no excuse for the people who won't share properly when there is a huge place with many spawn. Almost no low levels know how to share a spot. Period. They just come in anywhere and when they see a high level in a particular place, they go on over and train *exactly* there. I hate those noobs. Probably they think that since the level 130 is there, it is the best spot. They don't even bother to move to the next room which has just as many spawns and is empty. No, no, the spot isn't owned by me therefore they can train on the exact same spawn as I am. :thumbdown: Often, when I move to the other room...they follow me there, too! Then if I do try to explain "you know there are more spawn on the other side, you can take one side, I'll take the other" they go on a huge rant about how high levels are rude. :roll: These people simply have *no idea* whatsoever about sharing. Sometimes they say something like "yes but I want BOTH sides" or "why should I stay on one side only, you don't own this side." :evil:

It's true, other MMORPGs do allow players to transfer their stuff to their other accounts. *rolls eyes* There is nothing inherently bad about transferring your own stuff. :lol: RS2 ruined pking years ago anyway, this is just the last nail on the coffin. The glory days of pking are long gone. Good luck in WoW or wherever.

All I want is for the girl santa suit to be good (not too masculine). I already have the santa hat from the original drop in RS1.

Even when I am NOT wearing any good items, noobs still bother me and ask me to lend them items! Then I have to log out and switch to another server just to get rid of the aggravation. I'm hiding out at the mining guild for now but even there people still ask for items. Please, do I look like some sort of lending machine? :wall:

That's why I sold mine before lending came out. They have been dropping in price since before then, IIRC.

I don't buy the whole "Miniclip ruined RS" thing anyway. Whenever some people start going on and on abotu how RS used to be nice, I have to wonder what game they were actually playing. I've never played this so-called "mature RS" where nobody flamed or begged. In fact, it's easier than ever to avoid noobs, you can just switch worlds and lose them forever. Back then, when I first played, it was hell because you could never, ever get rid of them because there weren't more than 100 servers like today.

Nats just aren't in as much demand anymore, probably because of the thousands of pkers who left or quit training mage. Also, since the RWT'ers are gone, log prices are up which means you can't make a huge fortune off fletch-alch. On the other hand, since ess prices are up, people will probably start mining ess for profit again. ;)

*cough* or transfer them in bounty hunter :thumbsup: *cough* *cough* I forgot that but they would have to sell off the items and buy expensive armor/weaps...and surely there would be other people in BH?
