It's true most people don't like farming so seeds in general are cheap and herb seeds are very cheap. Seeds take much longer than flowers and allotments to grow, take that into account also.

Tenar, for example, told me that in all her years of playing no one ever knew where her name was from. :ohnoes: Full screen mode people will have a slight advantage but I wouldn't worrry about it...yet. Us low detail people will only get screwed if Jagex introduces features in full screen that can't be used in low detail regular mode, which hopefully they will never do.

Agreed. Yes, obviously quick chat is good for mutes but useless for regular players. :lol: I thought mutes were purely for verbal abuse? Surely scammers and people asking for pws are banned rather than muted...

I've been playing maplestory. I hope that answers your question. :P I'll still go back to RS when i get bored but for now I am somewhat staying away until next year's "good" (I hope) updates.

I registered on storkpk but I didn't play it, I just posted in forums. No point in playing a priv server that will be shut down anyway...since I can still log in the real Rs1, lucky for me. :) I'm lucky, unlike DSM and Adx1, no one even tries to pretend to be me. :shame:

No Fook, the worst is thwne you have a term like 'pj' from RS1, then RS 2 changes the meaning...and Rs1 players adopt the new meaning. Now *that* is hell. I was pking on RS1 (some time ago) and someone whom I *know* is an RS1 pker said I pj'ed. I was like "omfg RS2 infected the RS1 people and now even RS1 people are newbs." Pj... wth! Of course I attacked we were teamed. So now you are supposed to just stand there and NOT fight for no reason? Like, if they want fair 1 vs 1 fights only, they need to stay out of the wilderness and stake duel instead of crying "pj." If I had killed one of them, I sure would expect their team to pj, I mean otherwise what is the point of having a team???

Untrimmed slayer cape is only an accomplishment because no one else wants it. Like, 1 99 skill or 5? Most people would chose 5. Congratz to Slayerbelle, but really I don't think its a HUGE accomplishment. It's always nice to be the first to do something but some accomplishments mean more than others. I'd say when Tip It'ers convinced Jagex not to make the reward for p2p quest to be rune battle axe (because doing so would make smithing useless), making Jagex create drag items, THAT was an accomplishment. The players of RS changed the game. Or when Bluerose13x dominated the whole of pking and skills because of her monopoly on the highets level armor and weapons, THAT was an accomplishment.

I pk f2p though and a lot of my friends are f2p so I try to do BH on it rather than on members. I'm still thinking about it and who knows, I might fall in love with summoning if it's a good skill. I'm just annoyed it would make my char weak on f2p. :(

*sigh* So annoying. I am almost 100% sure I won't get summoning if it can't be used in f2p. :roll: I don't want to weaken my char and have a lot of useless combat levels in f2p. :boohoo:

I never thought Jagex was against pkers before but this update really annoys me sooo much. It would annoy me more if rs2 pking was even any good, but it isn't so I don't care *that* much. Me and DSM tried some f2p (on RS2) and it was all 000000, plus you can eat anytime so there is no danger of dying. \ Fun!

It's not the fault of merchants or greedy players that rare items are worth so much. Gp enters the game every minute and more and more of it is always available. The only way for gp to leave the game is through shops, con, armor repair and players quitting for good. Far more money enters RS than leaves. While this doesn't affect mass-produced items, like food, logs, ores, it causes incredible inflation in terms of the prices of items that can't be readily acquired (i.e. rare or discontinued items). :? I think I still have an old post somewhere that states phats could never be worth more than 100million each because no one player has that much money. This *used* to be true. Well, surprise surprise, gp is so cheap now that players can buy even 400million rare items. RS is an old game now and players have acquired what would have been considered impossible wealth back then. This is why I *like* con, it removes gp from the economy. I hope the next 5 skills released are also money sinks, we need those badly.
