Ah well, I am glad RS now encourages fansites. :thumbsup: You know, in other games they even link to the fansites on the game website and its allowed to mention the fansites in game and forum. RS is so strict nowadays that you can't even direct people to your blog or whatever. I welcome any and all changes that makes the RS rules less strict on fansites.

Biggest and best fail - When members came out I explored the new members dungeon with my friend. Not knowing there was a dragon inside (this was literally right after the update), I ran in and died because, of course, I didn't have the right shield. :lol:

I can beat that. I played when quest items were all tradeable so I just got the beads off other players. :P Same with Ernest, I just got the can (?whatever) off another player. P2P - Underground!!!! OMG. Did it before the guides, when the quest was just released and my agility was so low I failed pretty much all the traps and things. Each failure took 20 hps off and I finally got stuck without a teleport (didn't see glory was uncharged rofl) and had to yell for help from my friends to come and get me.

Good. I haven't done Stronghold or gotten the emotes because the whole thing is too dumb.

So? Why should people train anything they don't like? 124 combat means they like COMBAT not that they like to train every single one of their skills up evenly.

I remember that. Uh, regarding Jagex and fansites, is it possible that this part of the rules may be relaxed? Likewise, I hope "advertising" sites in RS will be allowed. I hate that RS players are so oppressed that we are afraid to even mention websites or email while playing the game. Maybe in the "noob-free" worlds, such stupid rules could be relaxed. I mean, honestly, not every Rs player is a kid.

The underground farm exists. Obviously. It's the perfect place for doing skills since it is mostly empty.

I fail to see what is embarrassing about that.

Btw although Jagex allows new players to unlock the old holiday emotes, they still cannot get the old holiday items. So why should older holiday items be the exception?

I agree with Punitive. I don't bother myself about gp, I just do whatever I want to do and now I'm rich (lil bit). Nice attitude. I fail to see why anyone should respect the opinions of someone who thinks like this. As for partyhats, they aren't doing any harm so there is no need to fix them. I mean, if you think Joe Newb can never get a rare holiday item, that is also true for many things Joe Newb will never be able to afford, such as 3rd age. Why should every player get a party hat but not 3rd age? :evil: Agreed. Btw I hope the whole nachalo thing never becomes fashionable in Tip It. I think it's lame. Aws I rather like con. If I had oodles and oodles of gp to use I would get con to 99. It is true that it is very rare. I can't even remember ever seeing a construction cape or the emote.

This actually did happen to me. When I started playing Rs2, everything I had was in Rs1. I just played the game as usual and slowly acquired everything I needed.

This is good proof though. I see the melee capes all the time. I don't think this devalues my own achievement, especially since I got mine before RS2 was launched hahaha. But seriously, if I got 99 cooking (and I intend to when I get my 99 fishing) I would proudly wear the cape. :P

I knew that, been that way since RS Classic. :P Players love combat.
