Sometimes I wonder why we can't just simply leave and forget about it, let them settle their own problems. But of course that view would be simplifying things way too much in this complex situation.

Crashing is a business now. I'm sure you've heard of w77 and BKz.... I mean who hasn't who's done bandos. Basically if you aren't 135+ with d claws/ags or in one of the major crashing clans you simply don't get a spot in bandos. Luckily I have a few friends in w77 so they slip me in. :P

Beef, steak, hamburgers, and chicken that are just even the slightest bit pink - for some reason, I've never been able to eat meat that is not fully cooked. People who wear my shoes - because their nasty foot sweat smells awful, whereas I take very good care making sure my feet are clean. People who wear my clothes - again same thing with the dirty sweaty people who put on my clothes... can't stand it. When my brother asks 10 times a day if he can use my laptop - sometimes I'm tempted just to yell at him "ITS MY LAPTOP I DON'T WANT ANYONE ELSE USING IT!" People who shower once a week - god what the heck is going through your mind (big example is my little brother, who is 16). People who make multiple accounts on games that are all low level - seriously, stick to at most two accounts and try to get at least one high leveled! My family - they think I'm extremely dependent on them, which annoys the holy hell out of me. Once I get away from this house I'm going to prove them wrong by getting a good paying job and a great girlfriend. GRRRR...

This point has been made over and over and over and over and over. Who reads threads anymore? Sorry, I'm usually not one of those typical tl;dr guys, infact I did read through the first three pages. You can't expect me to spend 30 minutes of my time reading all the arguements made prior to my post. To me its not worth the time. Now if the thread was shorter then certainly I would spend time going over the thread and see what the current viewpoint is, but with a 7 page thread I just said no-thanks. Sorry if I made you mad, I didn't want to. tldr I'm sorry.

Invader Zim was just so awesome...Some people didn't like the dark humor though. When I heard it was back I was like YES.

Btw, if someone is doing this in paint I would suggest you color in the ghostly robes all grey (with shading, ofc), and then go into gimp and adjust the transparency settings over the background layer. Saves you a lot of trouble in paint.

This is exactly why Jagex doesn't like BTS in the first place, people expect them to follow them strictly, which just doesn't happen sometimes. Really I was fine with no BTS; BTS was like Jagex presenting a summary to a story without the readers even reading the story. I liked the excitement of not knowing what updates we would receive.

Don't worry, I really don't take offence to anything. :P I like to avoid tension/arguements in general It really IS a show targetted at the younger audiences though, you're right, but I meant its so damn good of a show I can't resist watching it. Sigh... yes I realize there can't be anything graphic on a show like that. But I mean, they wouldn't have to show actual blood. Just her falling over, dying, with massive amounts of intestines spewing out from the wound. Just kidding. :P

I actually skipped most of book 2. I started watching on book 1 and never missed a new episode, then my friends and family started calling me a 10 year old for watching a "kids show," so I only saw a few bits of Book 2 because I couldn't watch it live and if I recorded the show my family would see the show on the recorded list. Luckily our TV comes with Netflix, and there is a list of free movies you can choose from. One of them was the entire Book 3. I waited til my entire family went to sleep and then watched the series until 5 in the morning. That lasted three nights. EDIT: Oops sorry for slightly spoiling the ending for you. But I mean the thing with the Firelord was pretty obvious already.

So I just finished watching the entire Book 3 of Avatar: Last Airbender (the series, not the stupid movie), and it was pretty epic. There were 16 episodes, each 22-ish minutes long with a few 1 hour specials here and there,and of course the 1hour 30min ending episode. Out of all the shows Nick has produced, this series has got to be one of my favorites along with perhaps Spongebob and Hey Arnold! The only dissapointing thing was the last episode. I mean I get that Aang had this emotional thing going where he couldn't kill to bear the Firelord, and when he didn't I wasn't surprised. But what really made me rage was the fact that Zuko did not kill Azula. I mean, WTF? The Zuko vs. Azula duel was destined to happen ever since that girl was introduce to the goddam show, and it was supposed to be epic. So Zuko and Azula start dueling, and I'm like "yea, kick her ass, she deserves it, this is defintely the climax of the entire show!" Everytime I saw that girl on the show she was always doing something that was supposed to make the viewer hate her, so I had all this pent up rage inside me wanting her to die, and I'm sure everyone else who has watched at least half of the episodes in the series wanted her to die too. The duel goes on like most duels go in these epic series, of course the hero (Zuko) has to sacrafice himself to save a friend/loved one, and Katara is forced to fight the chick. So I'm all like, yea girl kick that girls ass. All the while I'm hoping that Zuko will get up and save Katara at the last second, striking the final blow. AND YOU KNOW WHAT HAPPENS!??! Katara magically gets handcuffs and handcuffs Azula to a freaking sewer cage. FFS, WHAT KIND OF ENDING IS THAT? I wanted her to die, and that's all she gets?!?! They just leave her there and I assume later imprison her, and basically forget about her. I mean, skrew the Firelord, I WANT THAT GIRL DEAD. I want to see Zuko fire a lightning bolt into her chest, then watch in slow motion her face in a surprised expression turn pale in an up-close camera angle, and then in that same camera angle she falls down backwards. Then the camera is over her dead body in a bird's eye view, and all the viewers who just watched go "yes... yes... YES! SHE'S DEAD! SHE'S FINALLY DEAD!" And then the episode just ends. That would make my day. Sorry, had to confess that. I had to tell somebody. Anyone else who's seen the series finale feel this way?

No matter how you try to sugar-coat it, Runescape really DOES have more negative effects on your life than positive ones. I'm not saying that it affects every aspect of your life (infact I proved it doesn't affect school grades when I made good grades even while addicted to the game), but as the OP said it only provides a false sense of accomplishment. I think there was an article in the Tip.it times about all the positive things Runescape provided, but to be honest I thought it was a load of bull. :P I only play Runescape during the summer because I have a ridiculous amount of free time. I used to play just because I was in the mindset of "if I don't play at least 5 hours a day, my friends will get ahead of me on the highscores," but now I play because there's nothing to do. I do pixel signatures on the side and am writing my own game, but even then it gets boring when you can't get the damn arm on the demon looking right or you just get plain bored writing a quest script. If I ever get on Runescape nowadays I usually just do Dungeoneering, because there's no grinding involved.

Looks like theres a dungeoneering cape for level 99 and level 120. I would assume the one with the helmet is the 120 one.

Bots always have a counter attack- they'll just make more sites and Jagex will continually hunt them down. But at least with every attack Jagex throws at them less and less people seem to be using bots. Remember in 2006 when there were so many yew bots (you couldn't find a single yew tree in runescape with less than 10 bots), yew logs dropped to around 120gp? Nowadays their numbers seem to have lessened (although there are quite a few).

Yes Runescape players always joke about how Runescape is so much better than other games, but I think MMG took it one step too far. What he said was just unprofessional, especially as a CEO. There's no reason to bash other games- if you think your game is better than theirs, then why don't you prove it with the quality of the updates, Mark. Not implying that the recent updates to Runescape are bad (infact, recently, they have been quite good!).

I think you're looking at the wrong one. ;) I don't think the updated one has any lakes... and yes that was one of the main problems with the old one: perspective.

Really? Because tbh I thought one of the main problems with the first one was that the grass was way too solid. I tried to make this signature as realistic as possible, not just 'pixel' realistic- if you know what I mean. To do that, I had to make the grass look more like it does in real life- not just one blochy, random figures like in the first one.

What happened to the update where they would make OMA not reload grenade launchers???
