  1. me too! I'm no fan of guns, but it looks cool!
  2. This is a lie. There is NO such thing as a "gay gene". If you think otherwise, please provide the literature to back it up. Yes, it was rumoured a while ago, but the research was flawed. I'm hetero, don't really mind gay people. Sexual preference is a personal thing, so everybody has a right to be gay, straight or bi (or whatever mix they come up with). I think the term "gay rights" is a bad thing! Gay people are just like other people, so they have the same rights as all other people. No need for different rules between people, we are all the same for the legal system!
  3. These are all slayer monsters.... You mean you didn't get any "good" ones. These monsters (some of them) drop quite interesting stuff, like the gold and black mystic gloves and hat. And blue dragons as a slayer assignment isn't bad AT ALL!
  4. respect! very nice skills for F2P, even with 6 months of P2P. Nicely writtens as well, especially for a Dutch(wo)man!
  5. Range them. There's plenty of safe spots, so you need little/no food. Take a good amount of arrows (1k+, I think iron is good) and Ardougne tele runes (tablets) If you want to stay "forever", also take some nature runes to high-alch in case your inventory gets full of "junk". Because your range level is quite low, be sure to take Ava's device/collector-thingy. If you use the northern safe spot (close to the doors to get into the quest tomb) there's nothing between you and the target and the device gets a lot of your arows back. There's "arrow stealers" there sometimes, and I think it would take you quite some time to kill them. Fire giants are great xp, and I got several ranged levels there, using virtually no food. Bury the big bones (if you want prayer xp as well), and you might get a lucky leo the gravedigger. I consider this luck, because it is really a quick banking session, allowing to clean out your inventory! Do not forget the amulet, it's a FAR walk to get there!
  6. Another method can be using the general store. read the runecrafting guide, it's very obvious.
  7. Basically, you "hunt down" various animals throughout Runescape. As your level advances, you can use the "bounty" (like feathers and hides) for other skills. Examples are the spotted cape (reduce weight like boost of lightness), feathers (fishing) and chinchompas (ranged weapon). You start out with snaring birds or tracking kebbits, and move on as you gain more experience. Don't forget to buy the necessary equipment either in Yanille or in Nardah. Give it a try, use the fairy rings for easy access. If you can't use them yet (since you just became member) buy/make a duel ring and walk all the way from castle wars. Happy hunting!
  8. slowly.... selling stuff I made, some (VERY) minor merchanting. I made my first million 6 months AFTER I became member... Before that, I spent a lot of money buying a D-long (100k) and some other stuff. I'm cheap, and like to do all things my self. That's not a good thing if you want to make TRUCKLOADS of money...
  9. you cannot kill them (yet)....maybe in the future in the sequel of the quest
  10. first off: it's 127.5 xp for 15 buckets TOTAL, not each. It's 8.5 xp per bucket. If I read correctly, you only want to make super compost? Why on earth do that? I think there's very little demand for them, so you won't be able to make a lot of money from them. And it will take forever! If your question is how many to use for each patch until lvl 50, well that depends on what you're growing. Trees give loads of exp per patch, and therefor use less super compost per xp. If you mainly farm allotments, you need FAR more, since you have to treat every patck each time before planting seeds. Good luck
  11. magic secateurs: store at the leprichaun; right there at the spot where you'll use them! bullroarer: finish the quest, if you're done, get rid of it. You can get it back! unfinished potions: finish them. Never make them again, just make complete potions, or save herbs/wfv bazooka from MEP1: finish the quest, if you are done, drop it. It has no purpose. cat/kitten: let it grow/trade it in for 100 death runes in west Ardougne. torch/cheap hunting stuff: just buy new stuff before a hunting trip. Its only a few gp. chrystal keys: trade them in for dragon stones + surprize!
  12. +1 And: you should set some more realistic goals. From 48 to 85 is insane! But since you go for it: There is no such thing as fast AND cheap xp. So make up your mind. good exp+ cash yet a time consumig: battle staffs from the level you can make them, lvl 61 I think. Make them from scratch for maximum exp in crafting and magic exp. cow hides/dragon hides are fast, but will cost you a penny. Combine with mining: gold+amulets or silver + tiara's good luck...
  13. dagganoth under the light house drop them often. Combine with slayer task!
  14. for the combo runes: you can buy them at the mage training arena. just do a couple of games to earn the small amount of pizzazz poitns, fater then getting the right talisman in my opinion.
  15. When you pick the herbs in the summer garden, you get a guam leaf and a ranarr. I don't know wether it's the same all the time, but it was like that 3/3 times I picked them.
  16. train slayer. Use the appropriate master for your assignments, and melee untill you get the disired levels. You should make some money in the process. Slayer prevents ME from getting bored while training. Good luck!
  17. Use raw beef on a range. You'll get an option to dry it into sinew.
  18. Quick levels require cash. Slow(er) levels get you cash. I get my own materials, and craft battle staves. Buy them in Yanille, Moonclan Island or Varrock, craft your own orb (more crafting exp) charge it (magic exp) attach (LOAD of crafting exp) and high-alch. All kinds alch for the same amount of money, 9300 gp if I'm correct. If you want to get it from crafting dragon hides, you should get your own. else it's a money pit. A bottom-less one.
  19. No. You have to finish a number of the sub-quests, I think 7 of them. For the 8th subquest, dragon gloves become available, and "barrows" gloves after completion of the whole quest. It doesn't matter which ones of the sub-quests you complete.
  20. All quests have their rewards. Either xp, or a usefull item, or they unlock new parts of the game. Play the game the way you want, and if you rune into a quest to be done, then do it. Else, if you really hate questing, leave them be. Finish the ones you started, it should be satisfying turning them green! Desert tresure and lunar diplomacy offer new spell books. Recipy for disaster gives the best gloves in the game, very usfull for all combat classes. Look into the quest guide. If you like the reward, do it, else leave it be BTW, the quest cape itself is worth it, imho!
  21. 1-where to train range ( right now 44 :-w ) Look at the ranging guide here on tip.it. I usually combine it with slayer... One other suggestion is to train on herb droppers like men, al-kharid warriors etc. to get herblore started. Another option i the stronghold of security, minotaur level. 2- Is farming worth training? YES! It is fun, and later on, when you can grow ranarr, it can/will be profitable. It's great to train, and also usefull with other skills, especially herblore (grow herbs instead of buying them), cooking (tuna and sweetcorn potatoes FTW) and thieving (thieve your own seeds to farm). 3-What are the quests I should do in my first day ( other than: dwarf cannon, The herblore quest, lost city ) Fishing contest, for shortcut under white wolf mountain Ghost ahoy for access to morytania erm...all the others because quests are fun? 4-What skills should I train first? ( from the most importent to the least, since I have to train them all at the same time if I don't get an anwser :wall: ) I trained the skill I needed for the next quest I wanted to do. It's a fun way opf totalling, and you prevent gettign bored too easily. Train agility a bit, it's always usefull (and you get bored...). 5-what should I first do other than going through the Member gate in falador screaming " Im a member finally!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! " Do the druidic ritual quest. Its only a few clicks away, and it gives u acces to herblore skill.
  22. It's in the barbarian village. That is: South of Edgeville, West of Varrock, Nort-east of Falador. Take a look at the map...
  23. Burthorpe/druid village is good, especially on a "specialty" server. For example, on W66 ppl run laws, and mostly just that! In the stores there are usually lots of vials. As said, the east Ardougne general shop has the as well. Why not make them yourself and get some nice crafting xp?
