First, please proof-read your posts before submitting them. Second, look here for monster info. Hope this helps
  2. True. It all depends on what the overall goals of the OP are.

If you want good loot then kill Moss Giants, Ice warriors, Ice Giants, Lesser Demons, or even Greater Demons. If you want fast exp then kill monsters in the second or third levels of the SoS. Hope this helps
  4. Actually, he would be better off using just Curse. The best Strike spell averages about 18 magic exp per cast. Curse always gives 29 exp per cast. The cost is about the same for both. If he does "Failed Cursing" then he can cast another Curse on the same monster. That way, he maximizes his exp per Body rune and doesn't have to use the less exp giving Weaken and Confuse spells. 'Course, he's got to learn how to always fail... Hope this helps
  5. I don't think so. Brown apron is needed to get into the crafting guild and for a few quests. That sounds like something a PKer would say to a potential wildy miner for an easy kill. The only mining trick that I know of is the old "restart on the rock" method. Either walk away and then come right back and start again and/or, go whack another rock and then return to the rock that you really want. Sometimes, it seems to help. Other than that, use the best pic that you can and get your level up as high as you can. (Btw, I have 85 mining) Hope this helps
  6. First, it would take you, at most, 948 alchs to reach your goal. Second, it's not efficient in terms of time or money. You are gonna need to get the fish (costs time) And, thats a very expensive way to do it. Many players would say that's a waste of a Nature rune. It would cost you about 300k gp to buy all of the runes. You're not gonna get much gp back using fish. A more efficient way to do it is to do 1014 failed Curses. That would cost you about 30k gp (1/10 the previous cost) and you don't need to spend any time getting the fish. Finally, you could do it for 0 gp (only time) if you decided to RC all of the runes required for Curse. Hope this helps
  7. Monsters that high tend to take longer to kill and require you to use more healing food. Of course, Kite shield and Rune scimmy. That's partly because the high level monsters that you picked aren't the best choice for leveling. The guideline is: Hi level for good loot, Low level for fast training. You earn exp based on the Hit that you do Exp = HitDone*4 The level of the monster doesn't matter, so you may as well train on something that doesn't hurt you. That way you can kill quickly in order to get the fastest possible exp. If you leveled Def, Str, and Att all to 70 then your HP level would be 70.32 I suggest a power amulet instead of the Strength amulet. Also, get yourself some 4 dose Strength potions. They cost 5 gp from the apothecary in Varrock. Bring him a limpwort root (common drop from hobgoblins) and some red spider eggs (ground spawn at the end of the Varrock sewers and under the Karamja volcano) I suggest Atk, Str, and then Def. But, it really doesn't matter if you use lower level monsters. I suggest training each stat separately. Finally, for fast training, (but poor loot), I suggest that you train in a place with frequently respawning lower level monsters. You want them to respawn quickly so that you can be killing non-stop You want them lower level so that they wont hurt you (much) and you will be able to kill them quickly. That way you don't really need to bring much, if any, food. You can turn yourself into a kiiling machine that just mows down the monsters non-stop for hours at a time. I suggest the first or second level of the SoS. You could try the flesh crawlers or minotaurs. Hope this helps
  8. From the high score listings, you have a range level of 60.86. 20k mith arrows can get you to 68.5 if you do not pick up or 79 if you do. 22k mith arrows can get you to 70 if you do not pick up or you need only 5500 if you do pick them up. 86985 mith arrows can get you to 80 if you do not pick up or 94 if you do. Hope this helps
  9. The gang leader in SW Varrock is probably the easiest one to reach. She's above ground.
  10. It depends on what you consider "best" The fastest is to cast the spell with the highest exp per cast. But that might require other things (Hi_Alch, enchanting, etc) and it could be very expensive. The cheapest is to RC your own runes and cast spells based on them. But that could take a long time to do. The most cost gp efficient (other than RCing) is, probably, to cast failed Curses. It also depends on the amount of money you are willing to spend, the amount of time that you are willing to spend, and runes already in the bank. Also, look here for spell casting exp. Hope this helps
  11. You'll need about 280 Iron arrows if you pick them up or about 1120 if you don't, to reach level 50. Hope this helps
  12. IIRC, the cooking skill icon does list recipes... Otherwise, listen to Doomster.
  13. Yes. And, if making bowls (33 exp each), you can even use the bowls you make as the water holders for the next round of bowls.
  14. He can't if he is in combat or was recently... How? He's about 25 levels past the no-teleport point. Easier said then done...
  15. Are you P2P of F2P? Why? Doing it fast usually means spending a lot of money. But if you are willing to spend a lot... You could do it by spending about 600000 on silver and doing, at most, 1942 tiaras. P2P has other, better, methods available... Hope this helps
  16. Well, there are the basics... -- use a fake miner as a scout to draw the PKers out -- run west into the single-combat region -- turn off auto retaliate -- use the nearby Ice Giants to tie up the PKers -- mine only 4 ore, then, when attacked, drop your pic and use your protect prayer. In other words, always plan to die. (Use only if you are dying a lot) Hope this helps
  17. In case you didn't notice, I edited my post by adding some data in the Maple log section: "or, use 2355 Willows at a cost of less than 29k" Hope this helps
  18. Willows are 12 gp each from the General store when many are in stock. So, that about 6400 gp for cost. or, use 2355 Willows at a cost of less than 29k The Lumbridge and Rimmington general stores usually have thousands in stock from the nearby cutters. Rimmington has plenty of space for a burn line just south of the village. Hope this helps
  19. Full Bronze works just as well... Except that it's not a multi-combat zone so some of those prisoners might not be available. The entire Varrock sewer is multi-combat with safe spots. He will never hit them if he wears the right gear.
  20. That's why he needs to wear the green dragonhide vambraces. They give -10 to magic attack to cancel out the effect of the staff...
  21. I have level 81 magic and I have failed every single one of the last 5000 Curses that I have cast... You just need to wear the right gear... (See my other reply)
  22. If you think that zombies aren't good then you aren't doing it right. or, you expect more than is real. What is you magic attack stat? It should be -68 or worse. You need to wear (any metal will work) full helm, chest plate, legs, SoS boots, kite shield, green dragonhide vambraces, and a water or earth staff. Do not wear blue hat, black hat, blue robe, black robe, or magic ammy. If you cast from the key room in the Varrock across the water at the 4 zombies in the ladder room then that's as good as it gets. -- You are perfectly safe, no monster will touch you in the key room -- It's a multi-combat zone, so you can attack a monster even if another player is fighting it. That means that you will (almost) always have a target. -- It's a busy area so you can chat with other players There are other places that will work well. Caged Red monk under the Varrock palace stairs, caged lesser demon in the top of the wizzy tower, Port Sarim jail prisoners, white knights in the screen room, river ducks, etc. Keep in mind that Curse gives more magic exp (29) than any mind rune (Strike) based spell and gives much more exp per gp spent than Chaos or Death runes. Hope this helps
  23. Kinda off topic but... you can Hi-Alch things in noted form...
  24. Yes, but you will have to be careful. Just pick a world that has a lot of people training down in the ice caves to be able to get the blurite ore. Keep in mind that you can die and still keep the ore if you 2 item it. Also, get enough for 2 swords. IIRC, F2P can't get another blurite sword after the quest. So, you'll need to briefly drop a sword on the ground in order to be able to finish the quest and still keep the second sword. Btw, you will get a lot of smithing exp from the quest. Hope this helps
  25. Bronze, about 2780 if you pick up, 11120 if you don't Iron, about 2732 if you pick up, 10928 if you don't Steel, about 2441 if you pick up, 9764 if you don't Hope this helps
