  1. Crowded: Moss Giants, Karamja Lessers Usually not crowded: Lava maze, Nature Island, Greaters, Crandor Island, Caged Lesser (Multi combat) Hope this helps
  2. That's 'cause you didn't say what you meant... ;) Well, you have some Lessers in the lava maze area, Lessers guarding the Nature rune spawn island, and some Greater Demons in the deep North-east area. But why range Lessers in the wildy at all? I have usually found that the 2 Lessers on the top of Crandor Island are almost always available. Especially if you world hop. It's much safer and there are at least 3 safe areas to shoot from. You can also do the nearby Moss giants if you want big bones. Finally, you can always do the Lessers under the Karamja volcano or the one caged at the top of the wizzy tower. Hope this helps
  3. IIRC, you can still be attacked at the Rune rocks. Some parts of the wildy are single combat and some are multi-combat. Look here to see that map. Hope this helps
  4. It's 12 minutes on a full world. Compute that how you will. Ok, a full world is 2000 players So we have 1386-2000/3 = 719.3 seconds That's equal to 11 minutes and 59.33 seconds Looks accurate to me...
  5. 6 places total 2 in deep wildy 1 under the lava maze 2 in Heroes guild 1 in ME mine Respawn time is about 1386-Players/3 seconds or about 15 minutes if you had 1458 players logged onto that world. Hope this helps
  6. It also helps you, indirectly, in gathering up your arrows. When you cast the Curse spell the monster will walk over to your safe spot to try and attack you. Wait until it's near and then start to shoot it. That way, your arrows will be in the loot pile when it dies. It makes gathering up your arrows so much easier. You can use each arrow about 4 times before it's gone. That will save you a lot of time and/or money. Hope this helps
  7. Use the Smithing marketplace forum instead. Or, west Varrock or east Fally on worlds 1 and/or 2 Hope this helps
  8. IMHO, for the OP, all of those would be slower than the SoS. The Hill and Moss because they are over hunted so it's hard to train for a long time with them. The lesser because of the level difference. The drops would be better though...
  9. Just go mine 2 full loads of iron. That would sell for about 5500 gp
  10. You can buy Strength amulets from many players. Visit West Varrock or East Fally on worlds 1 or 2 to find sellers. The strength potion (from the apothecary) requires limpwort root (hobgoblin drop) and red spiders eggs (spawn in Varrock sewers and under Karamja volcano) SoS is the Stronghold of Security, located in the cave in the center of the Barbarian village. Hope this helps
  11. Fight (melee) monsters while in a weapon style that gives all of the exp to strength. I suggest monsters in the 1st or 2nd level of the SoS. You can also wear a strength ammy to boost your (weapon) strength. Also, you can have the apothecary in Varrock make you a 4 dose strength potion for 5 gp if you bring him 2 ingredients. Hope this helps
  12. I'm not sure that I understand your question but I think what you are really asking is, "How do I autocast CU?" You can do it with the slayer staff. Hope this helps
  13. From level 60, about 6900 if you pick up, about 27600 if you don't. You can look at Tip It's Ranging training guide Hope this helps
  14. That happens no matter what you train on. Every level requires about 10% more exp than the previous level. You earn exp based on the hit that you do and not, directly, on the monster's level. So, moving on to higher level monsters may actually slow you down if the monster is harder to hit. Plus, if you don't safe spot it, you may need more food. Why? Higher level onsters could be slightly more efficient in terms of arrow efficiency and give better drops. But, you earn Range exp according to Exp = HitDone * 4 So as long as you are (arrow) hitting something, you are earning steady exp which is what you want for leveling. My advice is to find a spot (SoS) with a lot of frequently spawning lower level monsters with a safe spot. Cast a Curse on the monster first to pull it over to your safe spot and then start to range it. That way, after the monster dies, all of the arrows are in the loot pile. If you pick up 75% of your arrows then you can get 4x the amount of shots out of them. That can save you a lot of money. If your combat level is more than 2x the monster's combat level then they, normally, won't attack you. That can make moving around a lot easier. Hope this helps
  15. I don't know but it's easy enough to wear nothing and just grab the planks that you need from that wildy graveyard. If you die, then that's OK because the planks will stay with you. Just grab what you need before you die. Also, have you tried the secret door? I don't know if Jagex unlocks the door only if you go through from the Crandor Island side first or if it's unlocked once you reach Crandor Island. Only someone like you can tell us for sure. Please try that first and let us know. Hope this helps
  16. They're there, you just gotta look around a bit more. What level where you on? IIRC, the flesh-crawlers on level 2 are aggressive towards every player. Hope this helps
  17. There is an 8 minute triple Cosmic rune spawn in the deep north-west wildy. It's guarded by Ice Giants/Warriors. If you wear only 3 items and world hop, then you may be able to get a decent supply while risking very little. You will have to run in, grab the spawn, and then run out. The Ice guys won't follow you outside of the Ice area. Probably not. You could try hanging out at the edge of the wildy on the road north of Varrock and seeing what you can sell to PKers. World hop enough and maybe you can make a few sales. Try Edgeville as well. If you really want to make money then I suggest mining iron and/or coal. 2 full loads of iron will earn you over 5000 gp. Hope this helps.
  18. IIRC, 3, located in the south-east section near the blurite ores, not in the wyvern section. (I always wanted more of those guys to be down there.) Also, there are a few more in the deep north-west part of the wildy guarding the triple cosmic rune spawn point. Hope this helps
  19. Then he just leaves the room and then comes right back. Standard operating procedure for auto attack training. Huh? Refreshing the auto-attack ability of monsters is rather trivial. He's gonna have to keep 1 eye on the screen anyway because of random events, so leaving the room, briefly, every so often is not a big burden.
  20. The SoS is a great (F2P) place to train. Remember, you earn exp based on that hit that you do, so for the fastest training, you want to be hitting "constantly". Monsters lower than you tend to be easier to hit then those your own level. Plus, you would need less food. Hope this helps
  21. Correct. You will always get the full 29 exp. If you happen to cast with a staff equipped and have the staff set to Defense style, then, IIRC, that 29 will be split between Magic and Defense. So, if you want all of the 29 to go towards Magic, then don't have the staff set in Def style. The only thing that changes if you do succeed in the cast is that you can't cast a Curse again on that monster for awhile. But you can make yourself always fail by wearing any old full armor set. I always liked casting in the Varrock sewers since it's a multi-combat zone. That way, you will almost always have a target available. The key room is a nice place to cast from since it's completely safe, has 4 targets available, and has enough player traffic that you have people to talk with. And, it's also a good place to cast Crumble Undead from (if you get enough chaos runes) Hope this helps
  22. You could try the Stronghold of Security. Some of those monsters will auto-attack in small crowded rooms. Hence, you can be fighting almost all of the time with fast respawns. If you pick some of the mid to lower level monsters then you won't even need much food. You earn exp based on the hit that you do, hence, constantly killing lower level monsters can provide easy and (relatively) safe training. Hope this helps
  23. Failed Curse training is the casting of the Curse spell while wearing any full metal armor. The metal armor gives you a negative magic attack stat and that causes you to "fail" when casting the Curse. Even though you failed, you still get the full 29 magic exp for the cast and you can recast again on the same monster. (That's one of the reasons people do it) If you wear any full metal armor (Bronze works and well as Rune) of full helm, chest plate, legs, kite shield, and SoS boots then you can get your magic attacks stat to about -68 or so. That's more than enough to always fail when casting the curse. If you want to use an Earth or Water elemental staff when casting (to save on runes), then also wear some green dragonhide vambraces. Popular places to cast from include: the caged red monk under the Varrock palace stairs, the key room in the Varrock sewers, caged lesser in the wizzy tower, Al-kharid scorps from the rim, hobgoblins from the cow pen, Port Sarim jail prisoners, river ducks, etc. There are lots of monsters that will work. My fav place is to cast from the key room in the Varrock sewers across the water into the 4 zombie ladder room. It's a perfectly safe place to cast from and it's a multicombat zone so, you will almost always have a target available. For comparison, Fire Strike (Mind) costs about 30 gp to cast and gives about 19 exp per cast. Curse (Body) costs about 30 gp and always gives 29 exp per cast. Crumble Undead (Chaos) cost about 100 gp and gives about 39 exp per cast. Hope this helps
  24. Look here Dude... Please... Hmmm, what's your point? He did ask for step by step help. Since we don't know exactly what he is doing wrong, we can't give the exact corrective advice. In that case, the best help might be Tip It's quest guide to help him along.
  25. You could reach your goal with about: 8100 Fire Blasts costing about 1.6 million or 7300 Cammy teleports costing about 2.3 million or 14000 failed Curses costing about 350 thousand. Hope this helps
