  1. The Rimmington general store usually has a lot as well. 12 gp each Willows are usually found along water. So, you can try south of Rimmington, south of Draynor, or along the Lumbridge river. I used to like to burn just south of Rimmington behind the archery store. Hope this helps
  2. Do you really think that this kind of attitude is going to encourage other players to try and help you? The Tip It mining "map" list clearly tells you how many Addy rocks are in each spot. Hope this helps
  3. You can consult the Tip It mining guide to select a spot. I suggest the moved location for the Addy rocks in the SW Lumbridge swamp. It's safe and it's now closer to the Draynor bank then it was before. After you get the ore, world hop and mine some more until full. Hope this helps.
  4. In F2P, you can get the key back if you haven't finished Dragon Slayer. Once you have finished the quest, Oziach will refuse to give you another key. Yeah Hope this helps

Iron, without picking up, about level 83 Iron, with picking up, about level 99 Bronze, without picking up, about level 86 Bronze, with picking up, about level 99+ Hope this helps
  6. For F2P you have only 2 effective options for leveling: bury regular bones or bury big bones. Regular bones drop off of most monsters. They also respawn in the Edgeville dungeon entrance, wildy SE chaos altar, and other places. Big bones drop off of Hill giants, Moss giants, and Ice giants. Hill giants are in the Edgeville dungeon and wildy. Moss giants are in the Varrock sewers, Crandor island, and central wildy. Ice giants are in the NW wildy and Blurite ore mine. Big bones also respawn in the central east wildy. There are about 5 or so that spawn there among the other bones and skellies. The most hassle free way is to probably hunt the Hill giants in Edgeville and hope that you can camp a spawn for yourself. Hope this helps
  7. The enchant spells are p2p only :) F2P can enchant Magic, Defense, Strength, and Power amulets. I have level 75 crafting in F2P and I enchant those all the time... Hope this helps

You should wear a coif (from the champions guild), green dragonhide chest, green legs, maple short bow (set on rapid), power ammy, and iron arrows. I always preferred doing the Crandor Lesser Demons since they are almost always available. You should always cast a Curse on the monster first to "pull" it over to your safe spot. (The Lessers and Mossies both have at least 2 safe spots) After it arrives outside of your safe spot, then start to range it. That way all of your arrows will be in the monster loot pile when it dies. If you stay in your safe spot then you can even kill both monsters at once (since you won't have a health bar above your head) If you pick up your arrows, you can use each one about 4 times before it breaks. You should be able to almost reach level 62 range with the arrows that you have if you pick them up after using them. Hope this helps
  9. You can reach level 50 by making, at most, 524 hard leathers. Also, get level 49 magic so you can enchant the ruby ammies that you make. Hope this helps
  10. 'Cause they're cheap. Players don't always worry about picking them up. Although you really should pick up and re-use your arrows. You can use each arrow about 4 times before it's gone. That's a lot of money saved when training Range. Btw, I got to level 80 Range in F2P using Bronze arrows against Lesser Demons, lol. You can check the damage done by arrow type and Range level here Hope this helps
  11. The the short answer is: Scimmy is faster but weaker Long is slower but stronger Also, you should consider the Defense of the monster. Chain mail wearing monsters are weak to stab attacks. A long sword has a good stab attack but the scimmy does not. If the monster has no armor or only robes, then a slash attack would work well. Scimmy and long both have good slash attacks. If the monster has a weakness to crush attack (Ice giants for example) then the R2Her or Baxe might be a better weapon to use. So, to pick the best weapon you really have to consider 3 things: Speed, Strength, and monster Defense. One of the things that Jagex stated (back during the switch-over from RSC to RS2) was that they wanted to provide more variety in weapon use. Hence, they have tried to "make all weapons useable." Hope this helps
  12. Well, it would certainly be a cheap way to get 71 mage. If doing it cheaply was your goal, then you're OK. Curse will require a lot of cllicks though. Now if you had a lot of Law runes then you could do it faster with Came teleports. Also, if you had a lot of Natures and "inventory" then you could do Hi-Alching as well. Well, Curse will not give you any HP exp. Does that matter to your goals? Hope this helps
  13. Yeah, Karamja rum. It's one of the few member items that a F2Per can make, lol
  14. You can always use the Jagex official World Map Click the Overview icon, then the Key icon, and then select Anvil All of the anvil locations will flash :) Hope this helps
  15. FWIW, you can use the Tip It Hi Alch calculator to help you select items. Hope this helps
  16. Sure you can. You just went to the wrong location. Don't shoot from the top of the mountain. There is a safe spot on the ground just south-west of the 3 spawn points. It's kinda tucked into a corner next to the mountain. You can mage or range there and they can't reach you. Hope this helps
  17. You might want to check the Firemaking level of the people that post. I would give more weight to the advice of a high F2P Firestarter over a lower level player and even over a P2P player. (Since tree log availability is different on member worlds) Btw, my own Firestarting level is 80 in F2P What do you mean when you say "worth"? Yews vs Willows is a tradeoff between Money and Time. If you want to get 99 as fast as possible (why?) then use Yew. If you want to get 99 using your limited money then use Willow. Btw, the 99 cape is P2P members only. Oops. A little error there. Willows cost only 12 gp from the Rimmington and Lumbridge general stores. So, to go from (your) level 65.52 to 99 would cost 1,674,804 gp. (as noname713 pointed out) Only you can decide the "worth" of it. Personally, I would rather get 99 Firemaking cheaply and then spend my money on rasing a skill that can earn me some money. (Like smithing) Exactly, yews are "slow" But you can usually buy many. many willows in the general stores for 12 gp each. Rimmington and Lumbridge usually have many for sale. If the servers just reset then you may have to wait a day or two before enough are available. You can always world hop to get the best prices in the quantities that you need. Hope this helps
  18. Very nice answer! I'll just add that the official Jagex world map of Runescape will flash the locations of these places if you click the Overview and Key icons on the map. Hope this helps
  19. There are at least 2 safe spots by the Crandor Island Moss giants. The first is against the North wall. If you stand in a center east square and shoot Mossies that are south or East of you, then they can't reach you. Do not shoot the west giant from that position. For the west giant shoot him from just North of his spawn point. He won't walk outside of his wander range. You can stand there, with nothing between the two of you, and shoot him. Also, if you cast a Curse on him first you will "pull" him over to you. Then start to shoot him. After he dies, all of your arrows will be in the loot pile. That's makes picking them up super easy. Hope this helps
  20. You don't have to wear Rune, Bronze will work just as well, You want to get your magic attack stat as low as possible. Full metal armor, kite shield, dragonhide vambraces, and a staff will get you to -65. You could also use stronghold boots or armored boots as well. Well, you should really go after monsters in a multicombat area. That way, even if someone else is fighting the monster, you can still cast on it. Some multi areas include: -- the Varrock sewers (cast from the key room across the water into the 4 zombie ladder room) -- the Fally white knight castle (cast in the torture/screen room through the screen at the white knights) -- caged lesser in the top of the wizzy tower. Otherwise, any caged monster if no-one else is killing it (caged red monk under Varrock palace stairs, Port Sarim prisoners, etc) Hope this helps
  21. You have gotten several good answers in the replies. I always liked the Lessers on the top of Crandor Island. I could almost always get them for myself. The Moss giants and Volcano Lessers are usually very crowded. The Stronghold of Security is nice because you can get a lot of arrows when fighting down there. I suggest that you always "pull" the monster over to you by casting a Curse on it first. That way, all of your arrows will be in the monster's loot pile when it dies. That makes it easier and faster to gather up your arrows. BTW, you can reach 60 with about 3000 bronze arrows if you pick them up. Hope this helps
  22. That depends on if you want HP exp or not. Also, how much money do you have? A "fast" and cheap way to train Magic is to cast failed Curses. Each failed Curse gives 29 magic exp but requires a lot of clicking. A good place to cast is from the Varrock sewer key room. Fire Strike averages only about 18 per cast. If you have Chaos runes, then do Crumble undead. That averages about 39 per cast. If you do failed Curses then wear any full armor set with a kite shield. You want your magic attack stat at about -65. If you use a staff to save on runes then you will want to also wear green dragonhide vambraces. Otherwise, wear the standard magic gear of hat, top, ammy, and staff. Hope this helps.
  23. Use the Amulet of Power (pics by DroolMAN) Hope this helps
  24. Iron, not picking up, about 71.7 Iron, picking up, about 84.3 Yes, a tiny bit. If you want to get higher than just pick up the arrows. I range the lessers on the top of Crandor Island all the time. I never bother to bring any food because I never get hit by them at all. The method that I use has 6 parts 1) Cast a Curse on the first Lesser and then run into your safe spot. (This "pulls" the lesser over to you. That way, you don't have to run around gathering up your arrows.) 2) Start to Range the first lesser. 3) Cast a Curse on the second Lesser when it wanders close enough. 4) Start to Range the second lesser. (The first lesser can still be alive) 5) Ping-pong your arrow shooting until both lessers die at about the same time. 6) Collect your loot and arrows from the 2 loot piles. Note that both piles will be just outside your safe spot. Now, you could just do 1 lesser at a time. The loot pile will be very close to you so you can grab the arrrows and goodies safely. Then go after the second lesser. You can be slowing killing up to 4 (IIRC) monsters at once in any combat area as long as you don't have a "hit bar" above your head. Hope this helps
  25. About level 71.6 About level 84.2 if you did pick them up. The Crandor Island Lessers are good for pick up range training. Hope this helps
