Speedkilling Rock Lobsters
Oh, you can't barrage, I didn't see that. Well, I guess since you are doing a short trip, you can bring extreme mage pots. For 40 minutes you won't need a lot of prayer potions. I remember using 3-5 prayer points per lure. One lure took a little over 2 minutes when bursting, so that's max. 150 prayer points an hour. You are a beginner so you will probably use more like 5-10 prayer points, but even then you are looking at a maximum of 400 prayer points an hour (if barraging so lures + kills take shorter than 2 min). What summon: You could bring a unicorn allthough you can just heal with blood barrage. Combat familiars mess up your lures so don't bring em. I mostly didn't bring anything.

Obvisouly use barrage. Besides that, nothing really changes. It's proven max mage isn't any better than 70+ magic bonus. I would not recommend doing this if you have never done it before though. You might mess up and lose time this way. Better go explore it once before you gonna use your triple charms. The biggest time gain is probably gained by preparing yourself on the journey over there. Visit Ooglog before you go to pick up shards at pickenmix and make sure you already have your invo and outfit on you. After the minigame, you should still have the ooglgo run bonus and should go asap to waterbirth (put your house in relekka for this), where a friend should be waiting for you at the doors.

No visage after so many kills
Is a visage drop really 1/12k? I thought it was more in the range of 1/3k. Anyway, like people said it's all luck. Your best bet would be to cannon black drags while melee'ing with a pack yak. You can get 120-150 kills an hour like this, and you will make huge profits just one the bones and hides if you use yak's invo and scrolls to bank hides and bones.

Untradeable Potions
Completely agree. It's pretty annoying for things like solo bandos or DKs, where you need to put all your brews in your yak since they are the only tradeable potion you are using.

First time, plus my prayer points drain so slowly. I'm using an outfitt with more prayer bonus than you, I'm not protecting from melee (just turmoil) and I still use over 10 prayer pots (4) per task.

High level charm gathering
I havn't done any dharoking for over a year :P After this trip I'll try CT fiends. Is there a guide in the AoW? Cantristenon has one in the regular guide section. Make sure to check page 3 or 4 where he posted an updated inventory (involving brews and potting more often). On the subject of barraging, you dont need max mage bonus. Ask Muggi about this, he knows a good setup which has decent prayer and energy preservation in it.

High level charm gathering
I would do waterfiends in CT with your wolpertinger. If it works out to be only as good as dharoking, keep dharoking I guess (or not maybe, dharok seems pretty risky, while waterfiends in CT are pretty easy after a while).

75+ Crimson charms in 30 minutes - Chaos dungeon waterfiends
Bump! This guide is still relevant and very good! I've seen 2 people today asking for methods to do it without soul split. I would like to add though, that with soul split, inventories have gotten very very easy. It's basicly just overloads/x pure sets/pure sets + prayer potions and 1-2 brews for emergency during the agressive phase. I can now do tasks very easily in one trip and I actually start out with 6 empty inventory spots (and that's even with normal prayer potions in stead of super prayers) so I NEVER have juggling issues. I do lose 8% attack though (15 from turmoil vs. 23 from piety). I manage to get 170-180 crimsons an hour on task now (98 att def str, using iron titan).

But not very good either tbh. I just did my waterfiend task after visiting pickenmix and managed 345 crimsons in my 40 minutes. Was pretty pleased (I did 310 something last time, I think). (edit: just read you didn't use piety, okay then I get it + you are not on task) Squisher: It's actually pretty easy. Cantristenon has a nice guide of doing CT waterfiends pre CT. It's in the general guide section if I remember it right. It involves brews, an sgs and potting every 6 minutes.

Wolpertinger at CT
Why don't you use Karil? With 90 attack, I would not use Armadyl (in fact, I would never use it, you never have enough accuracy at waterfiends). You could also use void since you are not using scrolls (otherwise, use neitiznot for sure since you can store scrolls and get "free" specs, free in the sense that it doesn't drain your summon special bar). Saying he won't survive without soul split is a big misconception, squareroot. Cantristenon had a nice guide pre soul split on how to kill them in the CT. It involves using piety and protect from ranged in the agressive phase, and switching to just piety when they are non agressive. Use SGS for healing and either brews (and potting every 6 min) or sharks/rocktail/pizza (potting less often). On page 4 I think, Cantristenon posted an updated inventory which works very well. All in all, you should be able to get 130 charms this way I think.

Official Parkour / Freerunning Topic
I've been interested in Tricking for some years now, but because I was doing Ahtletics (highjumping and hurdles) 3-5 times a week, I couldn't find time/energy to practice is enough. I did learn some moves like backflip, btwist, wallflip, double leg etc though.

Extremes
Cleaning Dwarf weeds is the best for most. It's actually not that bad once you get used to mousekeys. Clean-x would make all the current benefits of cleaning herbs disappear. The only reason you can sometimes make 2m+/hour plus 100k herb xp is because people are too lazy to figure out how to clean them quickly. Considering it only takes an income of 1m/hour to justify super energy/recover special over nightshades (which by the way is unfathomably easy to do), there's still NO reason to do nightshades, since it is more afk than nightshades. But you can not only AFK while doing nightshades, you can also do other stuff like alching and such. I do agree though that if he wants the lvls anytime soon he should clean herbs, or throw some millions and do super energy and spec restore. I actually use my spec restores pretty often so it wouldn't be that big of a waste.

Subs for Turmoil
Leech drains faster than eagle eye, or the other way around?
-
Extremes or Yak?
Yak for sure. I just did some DK trips with them, and it's just amazing. I'm getting more profit from Bones, Hides and Talismans, than special drops. What way do you kill DKs by the way and how many kill do you get an hour? (just started doing it and I wanna see if I'm doing it right :-)).

Subs for Turmoil
Hmm, could be somewhat true yeah, but still, most of the times you won't be able to drain a lot of stats before you have to move to an other spawn. Luckily your own stats stay boosted if you don't wait to long with clicking another npc (e.g. I stay at 9-10% str with leech str).
-
Subs for Turmoil
I would stay on normal prayers, especially since you are ranging and missing out on eagle eye now. I got 95 prayer, but when I TD I use normal prayers so I can flash piety and eagle eye. Chaos tunnel waterfiends were perfectly possible before soul split too, and should actually be faster this way (you only get 15% att and 23% str for turmoil at waterfiends)

Offering Dragon Bones to the Gilded Alter
More than enough for a yak too, cause sometimes I'm afk and forget to do the second part fast enough and still have enough time.

Should I Sell Claws ???
Thanks for the proposition but there is no way im sellin claws and spendin it on a non-99 skill :) Oh yeah, I forgot you are one of these 99 products.
-
TDs and overloads
about 6 overloads, rest ppots + a few emergency brews. (and pony scrolls etc of course too). Time your sgs specials so it restores right when you have to overload again. This way you can quickly get some health after being down at 500 LP again.

Combat Familiars
Familiars give the normal xp, so also constitution xp.

Kills/H at DKs
I used a pack yak yeah, and I got over 1M an hour just on Bones, Hides and Tally's. Last trip came out at about 2M an hour this way, and that was a trip without axes, just an archer, a seer and a mudd staff. That's why I'm not sure whether Rex would still be the best money, since Hybridding should give more kills/h so more "basic drop profit". I don't really see how duo-hybridding solves your slowyness, since you get half the kills and I'm pretty sure your kill rate doesn't double. ALSO: Balmung, Whip or just my SGS for Supreme? Balmung would be pretty handy since it's cheap (I hope it doesn't protect over things) and one handed so you can switch easily to SGS or crystal bow. (I used crossbow with runite bolts and DFS last time though and it seemed a little quicker than crystal bow) EDIT: Balmung DOES protect over a lot so SGS + whip , or just an SGS seems better.

Should I Sell Claws ???
It's not just a question whether claws are worth it, it's also a question whether DFS is worth it, which it isn't. I'm not using my DFS on ANY slayer task. Okay, claws won't be as good for you, without using Kuradal's dungeon, and you might be better off selling them, but that doesn't mean you should buy a DFS. Maybe, sell claws and use the money on something more usefull, say 85 herblore.

Kills/H at DKs
I recently had a Dagganoth task and decided to try out solo hybridding DKs in stead of the normal cannoning or CT's. (thank you Ampharos for the inventory and gear recommendations). I managed to get around 40 kills an hour this way and I was wondering how this compares to the other ways of doing dk's: Maging, duo trybridding, solo trybridding and maybe some general tips. Right now it seems prime is the one slowing me down, since Sup mostly respawns before I managed to finish off prime, and after killing Sup I have roughly half a minute before Prime spawns. I guess a busier world will solve the waiting for Prime, but if it's too busy, I risk Prime respawning on me while killing Sup, which can be lethal. Knowing the numbers, what would be the best money then? Rex has the most expensive drop, being double that of an axe drop, and even his cheapest drop (warrior) is worth something (seercull anyone?), however you need to invest in runes and your kills/h is most likely lower than when you are solo hybridding. Solo trybridding seems to be the best compromise, but can you consistently kill all 3? (I do have access to all of the best gear, including overloads). It also puts you at a great risk vs solo hybridding, since solo hybridding always has a mage out who could bless your grave.

Abyssal Demons
However, lately with Kuradal's dungeon, super antifires, and perhaps x pots and turmoil (even though they affect armoured zombie xp rates etc too), slayer has gotten a lot faster and more profitable (an ice wyrm task is over 3m an hour on average), so the alternatives you mentioned are less and less appealing.

3rd Age/Spirit shields/Phats Discussion
Might be buyable in GE -- I heard they crashed today. should i wait then? Personally, I'm not buying masks at this price point. What do you think about santas? They are still much cheaper than a blue h'ween mask, yet they don't seem any signs of rising (but they're not crashing either at least) Personally, I still like santas as a long-term investment. They're not in favor with the street right now, which is why I like them. I bought two yesterday below mid just to dip my toe back in the water. I had 20 before, but I sold on the spike and used the proceeds to get a red. Wait, you got a red phat out of 20 santa's? That's pretty nice. Did you end up with any junk?
