I use my claws on nearly every slayer task, while I NEVER use my dfs (I have super antifires though, otherwise I would for dragon tasks). So DONT sell.

Might be buyable in GE -- I heard they crashed today. should i wait then? Personally, I'm not buying masks at this price point. What do you think about santas? They are still much cheaper than a blue h'ween mask, yet they don't seem any signs of rising (but they're not crashing either at least)

I kill them with a fire cape and I use turmoil. I just flash soul split to heal, and it works very well. I use a yak so I can bank some drops if I need to.

Actually, the biggest difference is probably because of my iron titan and my spam scrolling, and after that turmoil. I would put overload as the smallest influencing factor.

I can get over 250 obby charms an hour using overloads, turmoil and iron titan. Not sure about onyx, but I think over 100k

Doesn't that eat your prayer alive? I guess the extra kills (bones) and time saved are worth it, but still.

I'm getting the same rates, and that's with overloads and paying quite a lot of attention. Can't really see where I can improve, besides sometimes losing some time when picking up a drop. (but still, I can't see how I loose 20 kills like that)

I agree. I don't monster hunt alot, but when I do, I mostly do TDs (only one claw drop to show though).

80k a kill, wtf? Are you drinking 8 brews and 2 ppots a kill? (I guess you add in overloads at 25k a dose, but I think that isn't fair since you received 2.2k herblore xp while making a 3 doser)

That result most likely came from the fact that people kill far more iron dragons than steel dragons. But look at the amount of platelegs and skirt drops from steel dragons. The number is higher than the one for iron dragons. Okay, iron drags drop them less frequently, but still. However, when we are speaking about chances of 0.001 and smaller, we need much more data then 20 drops to draw conclusions, so I'll stay by my gut feeling that visages at steel drags are more common. (or at least, should be)

Anyone still using this? I admit parts of the information are a bit outdated, but the basics are still the same.

Wow you guys are fast. I can't seem to get over 100-110 an hour, and that's already with overloads (prossy with sw cape though, no bandos). (only done 3 tasks yet though). But yeah, unblock them. I've recently unblocked them and I'm not regretting it. They are close to 1M an hour, and that's without their special drops. Let's say visage is a 1/3k chance, that's still one visage every 30 hours, or that makes it 1m+/h, just on visages. The xp is the worst slayer xp after miths (right?), but it's still pretty damn good IMO. (20k something?). I try to convince myself into doing them by telling me that slaying them gives me a triple advantage over camping them (as if I ever would do that though): good spot, slayer mask bonuses, fero bonuses

Still, +6 crush, +6 str, +6 def > +8 str. Especially with your low attack, the +6 crush will be handy.

If you have both, onyx obviously.

Just start out with a Uni? Together with SGS, that should be enough to stay there forever I think.

Like the guy above said. It might be worth it with a geyser titan, but it will be very short trips then without turmoil/soul split, and without using brews. Before soul split, I would brew and repot every 6 min, but that would be a bit of a waste of your extremes.

Do you flash soul split too? If not I can't really see how just an EE would keep up.
