How much are masks now? I've been buying the full Virtus set, have had the offer in for 300M for the mask, no updates... Last I checked they were into the 200Ms yet my GE refuses to update. My GE broken? Lol. I can sell you a mask if you want :-) Add me if you like

Paperbag, why don't you hire a keyer? Find someone from the same timezone that's online a lot and have him to always synch your floors and DG when you want. Shouldn't be that hard to find 3 fillers. I think this is what XPX is doing right now with Cheesy.

No, but come on...even a glory is far better than a defence amulet. And if you take the time to do Mobilising Armies, you can get a Diamond Ring (10k) imbued, and it's a Seer's, Warrior, and Archer ring combined in one. I'm not expecting everyone to know this, I'm just offering my opinion. its not, only dragonstone and up has the high defensive values.

According to the screenshot thread, yes. The Nex'ers here have sold some for 800m+, and Virtus even goes for 600m+ for the skirt/top. What I got from the nex topic is that virtus is going down. One of them sold top for 700m about a week ago, now one only for 600m. Also, I'm flipping virtus masks, and they seem to be going down a bit too.

Oh, nice. For me it's going to be 1) circus (25k agil xp) 2) constr bones (2.5m xp x2.3 roughly => 6m+ con xp) 3) either smithing (10k addy bars)followed by thieving or plain thieving. Thieving is my lowest skill, and I kinda want 90 badly so I might just opt for that since I like SC and am nearing 99 smith anyway. Any advice here which to pick?

Just limit yourself to the nice people that are around there. They are not as "rare" as you think. Tip it is a nice start to find them :-)

Because people want high melees. When I key w148, I generally don't let anyone below 130 join my team. You really just need 80+ to be effective. A dude with 80 melees and t9 zerker who takes initiative and isn't a whimp will take Berzerker from a 138 any day (unless the 138 has t9 zerker and takes initiative, too). Being good at dungeoneering starts with taking initiative. Shouldnt you be catching up sleep :o

Most prices have settled by now (basing myself on torstol, which went from 77k to 60k), or are still going down. The worst (exorbitant) prices were right after the update was announced. I can see an increase towards the last days before the weekend though.

Wrong answer. Whips are crashing due to not being drained into PvP anymore. Now that whips aren't lost, but transfered on death, and with the steady supply staying the same, the price crashes due to lower demand. Demand for whips is the same. Supply has increased. (just nitpicking here :-))

What would you take then?

Yeah, like 2 hour after the update (give or take an hour), torstols sold for 77k each. Now only for 65k each. Kinda funny :-)

how u get so many bones :o? Dang he beat me to it. 750 long bones and 810 curves bones here. Also 8.2k crimsons and 1.5k blues (gonna make lava titans though).

Just wanted to make sure: xp bonus works on curved and long bones (con xp), right? Does it work on effigies actually? (I think not ,right?)

I made 2.7m from one torstol farming trip, buying seeds for instant price in ge and selling herbs for instant price. Dont dismiss farming yet.

ive been stocked up on those for months :D as well as on torstols and etc. i won't need to buy anything new today <3 Shame I cashed in most of my supplies when free trade came out :(.

Dat Fury. I wasnt supposed to get skulled. I missclicked on him by mistake. He went to bank and whatever and said "im gonna come pk you" joking. Ans well. . . long story short im not 200k richer but my bank is missing a rapier. I don't get it, wasn't this AGS guy a friend? edit: oh they were, but his friend was too stupid to realise fury protects over rapier. Not nice to lose items due to a friend's mistake :(

Eventually, Torva along with Pernix and Virtus will become more affordable since people continue to milk Nex for those pieces. Having a good 5-10 people team is guaranteed at least 1 unique piece of armor from what I heard. Don't forget that updates brings more weapons/armors that could become a favor to hunting Nex more efficiently. Helm COULD be atleast reach ~150m but the platebody.....nah. 5-10 people can get 2-5 kills per trip depending on gear and the droprate for any item is about 1/25-1/30. 4 out of the 10 pieces are useless, so Torva/Pernix is really only one piece for quite a few trips of 5-10 experienced people. Right now the prices are so affordable because there are no buyers. In 1-2 weeks I think they will be HIGHER than they are now, simply because everyone is scared to put money into items falling in price. But the Nex hype has already died down. As much as we like to say there are a lot of high levels, the number of people with Overloads and the gear required for most teams (entailing a high Dungeoneering as well) is limiting. There are ample lootshare worlds available even in the middle of the day when Bandos, Corp, and TDs are packed. The number of new Nex drops is still limited. I'd say invest in some cheap Nex drops now or in a day before they go back up if you've got the spare cash. When I read this I made a quick calc in my head and came up with this. Assume: 6 man team can get 6 kills an hour drop rate of 1/20 => 1 kill per person per hour. => 1 piece per person per 20 hours At an average price of 400m/piece, this equates to 20m gp/hour. This is not even counting normal drops (left it out because 1 kill per person per hour is perhaps a bit too optimistic). Now the question is, is this 20m/hour a reasonable number to achieve an equilibrum price, or will it attract more/less people to go nexing (driving the price up or down). I think that the number should be well over 10m for sure to keep people nexing (taking into account no charms/effigies/xp, diffiiculties of team forming vs. tds which have semi decent xp, good effigies and 3-5m cash per hour). So yeah, 20m should be about right I think. Perhaps more towards 15m, hard to estimate IMO.

Haha, I love the review. Started dg'ing again (3 floors) and wow, big respect to the keyers' skills. I really have troubles getting into this quick playing style again (haven't dged in a few months). Should get used to it quickly enough though.

People are panic selling because of the drop rate update. In a few weeks, it'll settle down. Settle down, but at a lower price. The falling in price right now is 100% deserved and logical.
