  1. It's not even that expensive anymore. I think it's under 40m with sc hammers.
  2. 2 hours of planking = 480k xp and 3.5m (with oak) to 3.8m (with teak) 3 hours of SC and one hour planking = 480k xp and 1.7m to 1.9m. So for one additional hour, you *make* 1.7-1.9m. It is worth it unless you make 2m or more an hour, basically. Which is no one. 8-) Thats 2 buddy. 2 hours of planking 3 hours of SC AND 1 hour of planking 4-2=2 True. I personally used sc hammers too for my construction, but I just wanted to point out it's NOT the fastest. For me 2h of sc > one hour of planking.
  3. [/hide] Keep going dude... not much further till 99 ;) Go get SC hammer, they save alot of time and money Sc is a waste of time. It halves the amount of planks you need... Hardly a waste of time. One game for 51k con xp, which costs the same as 25,500, and x2 faster, not a waste [/hide] Is it actually 2x fast if you calculate: the time it takes on average to gain one hammer and do Y amount of planks against the time it takes to do 2Y planks... Lets get some pro maths on this thread. Ive Always wanted to know aswell if it is actually worth it, i know it saves cash but if cash is no object for you then is it faster? No, then its not faster 2 hours of planking = 480k xp. 3 hours of sc and one hour planking= 480k xp
  4. Could you elaborate on the bannings? How many people have been banned so far? How many people are banned today? Are they giving smaller bans too? If yes, what is the "limit" for being perm banned (how much cash you made or whatever). I know you won't know it all either, but anything is fine. It went really quite after the topic about it got closed.
  5. Not enough are sold. That's the reason the whole GE is flawed... The system sucks.
  6. I didn't even know there was a bug with them for attacking people outside the clouds from the inside. Must not have been a largely used bug. cat666: I'm pretty sure they were referring to some other bug, from the sounds of it when you did Withdraw-X it did something weird. If they actually removed it thats really stupid. EDIT: The thing that remembers the last withdraw-x you did WAS NOT REMOVED. Had to put that in large text. I guess they removed the "memory" of withdraw x. Havent logged on though. I'm wrong: Mod Nexus Jagex Mod 21-Apr-2009 15:57:15 Withdraw X does remember, it's just that when you put in say 100 as the amount it wouldn't find the correct items when you searched for them and would look for an item called "100". This should work properly now. Mod post on forum

  8. Well, this one friends of mine plays wow too, and he always tells me I should play wow too. However, he comes up with private servers, so I cant use your "its cheaper" arguement. :-)

edited my reply. I could see your sig, but when pushing reply and typing your response, you can't see signatures. Also for future reference: Terrorbirds, or perhaps toads are the end for gold charms. So after 68 (or 52), always use these first on toads or terrorbirds. For greens, fruit bats are a very good option because of their cheap second. You are paying like 800 gp more for only 30 extra xp when making unicorns for instance. That's why its mostly wise to use your greens after your golds, on fruit bats. For crimsons, the options keep getting better, and the differences are mostly pretty big, so use these last (not including blue). Save your blues as long as you like, but the longer the better. However, if you can are near a lvl that unlocks a new crimson pouch, it might be wise to use some blues to get that lvl, cause the xp lost by not making your best blue pouch might be smaller than the xp lost by using crimsons to get the lvl. (if you get what i mean)

Golds arent epic. God, I hate people who use the word epic in nearly every sentence. Second, dusties aren't third best to farm (they are fifth, behind fiends, rock lobsters, cockroaches, black demons). Not that this really matters, but since I just wanted to prove you wrong once more. Now on topic: I would like to help you didn't add your summoning lvl. Generally speaking, you should get lvl 40-50 on tears, peng pts, whatever, because those lvls are a huge waste of pouches. At 40, use your greens on macaws till you can make pyrelords, make pyrelords and bloated leeches till 52 summoning. Then use all your golds on terrorbirds. Next, us your greens on ibis'es, and hope you can reach smoke devils/stranger plants. Use your last crimsons for those. I'd say you should save your blues until 79, but if you really can't wait, make kyatts or larupias. (I thought you profit of this) Do bother with every kind of charm. They are stackable and don't take that long to pick up. Golds might be very few xp per charm, but they are the cheapest. Pick up your greens though, even though it's the most expensive xp. (shard wise, that is) EDIT: so you are 57, then it's pretty easy: First use all your golds on terrorbirds Use all your greens on ibises Use all your crimsons on stranger plants Save blues (I think you'll get 69 easily)
  11. I feel exactly the same (also pced 500k hp xp)
  12. bump, dont let my great guide die.
  13. There is certainly no trend towards non soloable monsters, since they recently added tormented demons which are atm the most profitable solo-kill monsters.
  14. ffs totalpwnage, I never feel sorry for you again -.-
  15. I feel you totalpwnage (pic from a week ago, 150 kills or so) Had some luck at ge though: Also, recent BoB that amazed me edit: its the wrong one, its 554 mill now :o Did corp recently, got a few drops :o. No sigils for 4 hours of corp.
  16. I got 22k xp/axe at teaks when I tried them there. :? Can it be that far off? It does depend on the tree: using your sc axe on teaks gets you less xp per axe. However, according to rs wikia, you should be getting 34k xp per axe at teaks. (and 40k xp at willows, have tested this and can confirm it).
  17. 60k isnt the double xp, 120k is the double xp (each axe lasts for 40k xp at willows, so 3 axes is 120k xp, which takes around 1.25 hours to use them at willows) but I know what you mean, it's better to use them on smithing. However, I like to get 85 woodcutting, and already have 85 smithing, so I'm using a few to get 85 woodcutting, since I'm getting 85 woodcutting anyway. (I'd rather play sc 1/2 of the time, then cut the other 1/2 of the time, than cutting the whole team). See it as playing a lil extra sc in stead of wc'ing. Not playing sc for tools, and then deciding it's going to be hatchets.
  18. You attacked him from inside the bank. he has 100 hp 38 + 52 = 90 My bad lol I thought it was 36 + 12 (blitz)
  19. You attacked him from inside the bank. he has 100 hp
  20. Not really playing sc and getting 3 axes an hour (60 reward pts) is like getting 60k wc xp an hour. So while playing sc and having fun, I'm getting 60k wc xp an hour (if I actually go out and use my axes). With smithing it's 90k, but smithing is a bit faster to train than wc'ing anyway. On the other hand, with smithing you save money. No, it'll take you another hour to use those 3 axes at teaks, so basically you spend 2 hours for 30k xp. Smithing is a true win-win, hammers save you time and money :P Bedman was right. You spend one hour getting the axes, then one hour getting double xp. So in twice the time, you get twice the xp. Doesn't buy you anything unless you really hate wc. Except you aren't limited to 60k wc xp per hour. You can get upwards of 80k on teaks. at what price? Paying constant attention and boring the hell out of yourself. I'd much, much rather get 60k xp while playing a fun game like sc.

Smithing is a true win-win, hammers save you time and money :P Yes, but it'll also take some time to use the hammers. As I see it, I play this game for fun (and a bit for the tools). Afterwards, if I decide to train wcing, I can use those axes and itll be as if my sc playing time has gained me 60k wc xp an hour (each axe lasts for 40k xp, so that's 20k extra xp per axe. If I decide to train smithing, it will be as if I gained 90k smith xp per hour at sc + I save money. So yes, smithing is better cause it's a money saver, but I enjoy the sc wc axe too cause wc is so slow to train and 60k per hour while having fun is very decent.
  22. For things such as a fury, dfs, godsword, zerkers, I'd say you should only buy it if you have at least 3x the cash it costs. They are all not worth their price tag, but you can resell easily.

  24. I'd dare to say it's over 10 000 actually
  25. Thats not true. Diamond is better, the damage isn't worth it. I hit 40's anyway with void. Also, a zammy book is great. It takes no extra time to equip it, switching between void melee helm and GS and range helm-z book-c bow. The extra bonus+ the prayer really helps. As well, prayer flashing isn't worth it. Takes too much concentration, and the prayer saved is really negligible here. Also, I can get a TD down in the initial shield knockdown rarely, and most of the time on the 2nd. GS is better than hally IMO, unless you use safespot. some nice pionts, but prayer flashing is actually very doable when hallying. Not sure about gs'ing.
