  1. okay. 300 4 dose pots = 400 3 dose. 400 - 10 - 5 = 385 ranarrs farmed let's say you farmed 10 days of the 3 weeks. 385/10 = 38.5 ranarrs per day 38.5/5 = 7.7 herbs per patch on average. Even that is a lot, but it's nowhere near the 15-18 you're suggesting. EDIT: Oh I'm an idiot and didn't realise someone else did the maths above me here. Alright, I'll just shut up and leave. By the way, I've gotten maybe 15 from a patch. Maximum. I didnt use his numbers like you did. You shouldn't feel an idiot, you totally cleared this up actually. GUYS, PAW CLAW JUST USED WRONG GUESSES. HE ONLY GOT AROUND 8 RANARRS A PATCH. DISCUSSION CLOSED.
  2. After I spent all my money 99 Crafting, I'm pretty poor. I only have about 2m left :P. (By the way, 99 crafting cost 56m, lol) What did you do? I remember I calculated it to 14m with SC needle, 28m without. That was with dhide. Did you do bstaves or something? b staves are even cheaper.
  3. Lol at the guy in full granite and rune halberd.
  4. Hmm, you probably made some mistakes at your guesses and calculations. Let's see. 3 weeks, planting like one seed every 3 days (taking the lowest you mentioned). That's 7 runs. I guess it's possible to get an average of 12+ on 7 runs. Note I said 12+ cause you probably only remembered the very good ones + the few that died, and you didn't have any real numbers.
  5. Well you just made yourself a lot less credible. Like I said before, it is simply not possible to get an average that high over multiple runs. Not... possible... The fact that you're still denying shows you don't know anything about farming. Dude, learn to read. He said he had this ONE super farming run, where he averaged 16-18 ranarrs a patch. ONE TRIP. Unlikely, but very possible. EDIT: reread everything again, and I must say it's confusing. It seems like he had a 15+ average for 3 weeks but that's impossible. The quote above however talks about one run, so I think he's just talking about ONE SINGLE RUN, but he didn't make himself very clear.
  6. Good luck on last lv! String jewellery ftw Meh, bursting is nearly as cheap. You will regret getting 99 on anything else than bursting, later on. Trust me, even I do, and I bursted quite a bit, yet I still feel stupid not bursting it all.
  7. well i know a friend of mine trained his att at spirit mages and got around 400k/h easy (about 2-3boots/h) and 60k xp so in that case camping is great idea to get money... also, arent aviansies regarded as best moneymakers in the game? how would you kill them otherwise than camping? Spirit mage boot drops are roughly 1:100, your friend will not get 3 boots per hour consistantly. Aviansies are one of the few exceptions that are very good for camping. I agree with ross. Aviansies are one of the few exceptions for camping along with waterfiends, A-Z's and dust devils. It's all about what you want. And with the boots your friend may have made 400K/h easy, but he will not constantly be getting 3 d boots/h Unless he is EXTREMELY lucky! and you never know.... he may hit a dry streak ;) It's all up to chance.... someone could be at say skeletal wyverns/steel/iron/black dragons for 10mins and get a visage whereas others could be there for much much longer. Sure mages and abby deamons might be classed as the best slayer money in the game, but there are much better tasks out there too. Actually, camping spiritual mages is decent money (around 2 boots an hour, on AVERAGE), but the downside is no charms. Also, I dont find dust devils that good. They are easy, and decent xp, but their drops are average and so are their charms. I'd rather go for the extremes: waterfiend for charms, green drags or whatever for money. Or just slayer :-)
  8. But the crappy task goes by real quick. And banshees aren't that hard to kill. To get another Dramen Staff you have to do what you did the first time, but you dont have to kill the Tree Spirit again. OK, thanks. I guess there no such thing as a good profitable monster then without alot of annoying quests involved :D Chickens. Sell the bones. They are probably one of the best gp/hp monster in game :o
  9. IMO, it starts getting good overal at 80+ slayer. However, I look at slayer through summoning glasses. Before, my biggest stack of charms was gold, now it is crimsons That's because of the dust devils nechs abyssal demons waterfiends black demons greater demons wyverns kbd's A few of these are only unlocked at higher lvls, or only get efficient at high lvls.

It depends on what you compare it too. I heard whip is better than v flail, d mace, torag hammers, anchor, etcc but worse than godsword, zammy spear, sara sword
  11. It is a guide for the more experienced people, that's true. However, I had only been there 2 times before, when I read this guide, and it tremendously helped. Allthough, I switched to a godsword, it seriously IS better than a hally, even considering the extra prayer you use.
  12. Tassys ftw not worth spending 12m more for 1 range defence. ever heard of reselling the item afterwards?
  13. I dont think your torag legs will last long enough tbh.
  14. Phats have been dropping pretty steadily for the past ~2 years now true, but whips, godswords, dfs, bandos, ... have also all dropped.
  15. Well, it shows how much you like watching videos and stuff while playing rs. Sure takes a while, but it's not my kind of skill tbh. I like to be actively involved when playing runescape.
  16. Sometimes people ask me how I make money, and when I can't really say one thing (I dont do GWD or dks a lot, no do I merchant a lot, just a lil of everything), they assume I bought my money :D.
  17. Tormented demons :-)
  18. Big boy music, lol. Angry little kid music :D
  19. sorry but this guide is just ... the basics. the only thing that could have been interesting was the way you used your charms, but it seems like you just went for the highest lvl pouch you could make. Not exactly "best xp for my money" like you suggested before.
  20. Allright, I went back with sgs this time and I must admit: it owned. I nearly killed those bastards within one shield :o. No problems surviving just on uni and sgs specials. I guess last time I just didn't get the hang of it yet. No claw drop so far though (one lump, yay... )
  21. I'm feeling the urge, but it's a bit silly if the owner itself asks it :D
  22. I hope you weren't serious. The GE will never win the way it's programmed atm. edit: i feel such an idiot having sold my white for min a few days ago. I had bought it for max like a week before it, and found out I wasn't really fond of it + it "crashed". Well, i guess this is my goodbye to phat market, we've never been good friends :-)
  23. cmon tif, only one useful answer so far :(
  24. For me personally, luring the beast was the hardest. I did all the other parts without any problems (no deaths) and I honestly cant find any tips but: keep moving cut a lil, move, cut, move etc I find it strange how you are having so much troubles. I dont think it's your hardware or anytying though (also did it on a pretty slow computer, with low detail)
