That first zybez guy is wrong cause his crimson rates when barraging are totally wrong. He says you get 470 crimson charms per 1k barrages opposed to 280 per 1k bursts. It's more like 330 opposed to 270.

A few new allotments at higher lvls would be cool yes. The new things should have some use though, otherwise we have just "new watermelons", planted and thrown in the compost bin.

Probably the same chance as buying 3rd age before it crashed. I think Partyhats are being sold on the GE a little more than old 3a seeing as Phat prices are rising daily atm. Phat's have been made more sensitive to transactions, so only a few need to be sold for the price to change. As a counteract, they reduced the trading marigins to 1%

Construction is by far the fastest, so I'd go with that. (480k xp when using sc hammeres, not counting time to acquire hammers, compared to like 100k smithing xp when making addy arrowtips). I don't get why you want a 99 that requires sc hammers when you totally hate that minigame though.

I really couldn't care less about a new quest every week. The existing content is for me, a pretty high lvled player, already more than enough. I still have lots of goals to achieve, and there are still lots of minigames that I enjoy, so I dont see any problems for me soon (the only reason I'd quit (temporarily) is if I play too much for a while and suddenly get a burn out / bored feeling).

I've got 370M cash and still I dont find the need to buy bandos. Keep your barrows armour. Dfs isn't needed for slayer at all. Leaves us at sgs: tbh, not really useful either cause you miss out on dds specs, and there's so many healing methods. However, when high lvl summoning and using good fighter familiars, sgs might be very handy to survive without your trusty bunyip or unicorn. The best thing you could probably do is just train with barrows/proselyte and whip, and spend your money on prayer potions to piety through tasks. AT least, that does make a difference. On the other hand, the ppots money is not retrieveable, whereas you can get all your money back by seling the bandos and sgs.

I dont get all the people using granite shields and obby shields at armadyl boss. you are protecting from RANGED. Those shields are ranged defense shields, no need for that when PROTECTING FROM RANGED. jeez

Good guide, pretty comprehensive, but I like Artemis' one more. Void is made for these demons. Helmet and weapon switch and bam, you are at maximum gear (nearly). Hitting 40+ with broad bolts is pretty cool, really.

Two words: Hell no. hell no indeed. You can get like 3 coifs an hour and they only last for 50k xp or what? So you gain 25k extra ranged xp at the cost of 1 hour. That's totally not worth it. bumpidy bump. What am I missing for AOW? :cry:

NO, I think i will do that \ a guide to 99 runecrafting by someone whose runecrafting lvl doesn't even show up on highscores... That's gonna be a big hit :roll: Seriously, if you make a guide, make sure it's about something you are good at/know a lot about, and preferable, what others dont know a lot about. I made my chinning guide because everyday I go at chaos tunnels, I see people chinning mummies, and every week I go to Help and Advice, I see people asking how much it costs to 99 ranged.

I heard glorying to karamja and then chartering a ship is the fastest, not including larupia.

it's the best investment there is on runescape, and with their 1.4m price tag, they aren't even that expensive anymore. Get one asap. Furies, dfs's, godswords, full guthan and other stuff can wait.

I'm pretty sure it's less than 40. I believe it's 31 or so (I'd say 30 but I've had times that I hit a 30 and he didn't switch, but I'm pretty sure that when I hit a 31, he always switches). got lump yesterday btw. Would have liked claws more -.-

Just sold my 3a mage top too since I'm going on a holiday for 7 days. Keeping my ammy though (shouldn't crash that fast I think). Going to miss the unique look of my top, but hey, I only wore it very rarely.

I'm not sure on my ammy though, it's one of the few third age items that actually is good, stat wise. If i sell now, I will have made 80m so I'm pretty happy :-).

why not go for void, mage void is'nt THAT bad (better than your hybrid thing for sure). Bring void range helm too of course. I'd also go for claws tbh, much cheaper.

Well, all the other noobs who have gotten 99 cooking just for the skill cape, have taken the respect away from the cape. I feel sorry for the very few like you, who did it because they actually liked it. I personally don't like cookin because it doesn't pose any challenge. When I am playing a game I want to do something, not just click "make x" and wait 2 minutes. I'm not planning to get 99 cooking ever.
