Mostly: Accumulator, gives me good range bonus and provides me with yummy free arrows. Sometimes: Spottier cape when doing tasks requiring a negative weight (running planks etc) Rarely: Red F2P cape - only when pking

Things I dislike most ingame about RS are: 1) Bots - thousands of them in both F2P and P2P worlds and it seems that there are more each day. I fear that soon they will have far too much control over the economy and the real players will be severely affected by the actions Jagex takes. An example is the price of flax and bowstrings at present, and sharks a while back. Many people lost out on millions of RS gold due to bans, or lack of them. 2) Pking procedures in single combat wildy. Single combat is meant to be just that - 1 on 1. Pjing/tagging/looting severely detracts from the enjoyment I once got from pking at Edge. I rarely go there these days :( 3) Lack of clan support. Many moons ago Jagex said they were working on this, yet nothing to date. I do hope this has not been left on the back doorstep and blown away in the wind.

Back to the original topic, is 20 people with max stats too much? Not in my mind. These 20 people represent .002% of the RS members. If only .002% of the playing public have maxed stats, then Jagex have done well in creating a game with extreme longevity. Changes to the game such as cook X etc have made some skills easier to get a 99 in than others, but easy is not something you should really say when looking down the barrel of 13M+ exp points!

I ranged over 6k fire giants and would cut all the gems they dropped and alch all the semi decent drops. If I timed my alching/cutting right I could guarantee a random every 2nd or 3rd time. I clicked the alch/cut gem as soon as the giant was killed and voila - the 'not so random' would appear. More often than not it was Dr Jekyl, or MoM - rarely got genie at fire giants. Recently I have been training hunter and have received more than 20 genies wile hunting. I have never had a teleport random while hunting (maze, Evil Bob, etc) although the sandwhich lady visits every now and again.

Go west from the boxes with the key, and open the jail door and talk to Golrie again - he will give you another pebble.

I had a similar problem once, I had the pebble but no ammy. Remember to read the gravestone before you use the pebble on it, otherwise it wont work.

You donÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢t have to have completed MM to use the tunnels, although the greegree helps to prevent damage/poison while running through the jungle and tunnel to the chin spots. Just do enough of the quest to get onto the island and you can range train til you are content. You will however use a prayer pot or 2 extra as you will need to have on Protect Melee the entire time you are in the tunnel if you donÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢t have the greegree. You could spend the extra 30 mins in the quest to get the greegree aswell, but that part of the quest can be very infuriating!

You will need around 6k chins and 3 spare hours to get from 55 to 70 range at ape atoll, which is the quickest ranged exp to be found in RS atm.

Hunting red chins (250k/hr), or catching dragon implings (varies between 150k-1M/hr). Macros could do both of them and potentially destroy my earning ability ÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Ãâ but IÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢d shift to doing something else. Cash is not something I need a whole lot of, so only do the above when my supplies run low.

At 90 range, red chins average out to be 100-120xp each. At 60 range, this will be significantly less as you will hit a lot less often on the skeletons. Each zero is a on all skeletons - i.e. if there are 9 seles lined up, you will either hit all 9, or hit a zero on all 9. So, even at say 70 xp per chin - you will need around 6k of them, around 60 prayer pots and 3 hours of spare time to get from 60-70 range. Amount and pots will decrease if you find yourself getting more than 140k exp per hour down there.

I get more attention, and mostly by your average RS player with valid questions, i.e. Where is Ardy? etc. I spare a bit of time to help out the same now as I did prior to being a mod, so it hasn't affected my gaming behaviour at all. I would suggest that if a pmod is power hungry and abusing the so-called 'powers', then they were that way prior to being a mod, and Jagex has made a mistake in making that player a pmod. Being a pmod enriches my gaming experience. I feel that my actions can have a direct effect for the betterment of RS, even if it is very slight. I do spend more time now helping others, but that is a part of the game I like.

You go through around 2k chins per hour and 20 pray pots per hour, = 1.56M per/hr , or free if you catch the chins and make the pots yourself :)

350k exp at your level will take: 12 hours using iron knives - cost ~ 100k max 2 hours using chins - cost ~ 3M minimum 15 hours using msb and iron arrows - cost ~ 75k max Use knives on something like fire giants for decent experience and drops. 70 is most definately superduper!

Assumed Statement by Me: The majority of autoer/macroers in RS are yew woodcutters using bronze-iron axes. Simple solution: Make the trees require the use of a more appropriate axe. i.e. rune axe for yews. I realise that skillers will throw up their arms BUT Jagex could allow a skiller with less than 40 attack to wield an axe for the purpose of cutting trees, they just wouldn't be able to use it in combat. Autoers are not likely to stock up on 20 or so rune axes only to have them banned regularly. If Jagex can wipe out the tree autoer quicker than they can make a decent profit over and above the rune axe losses, they will dissappear.

The pures I have met and talk to are numerous ÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Ãâ i.e. my list is full and 190 of them would be pures of one sort or another. I am a 92 range 45 def ÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãâ¹ÃâpureÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢, and when I die I lose between 240-460k in items depending on whether I am cheap pking or expensive pking (with dstone bolts). There are just as many 1 iteming mains out there as pures, and I would suggest that the majority of edgeville looters are not pures. Your points are nonsensical and far too general. Drop trading between accounts happens, agreed. BUT many pures donÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢t drop trade either. It takes about 1 hour to get enough flax to build a pure to a decent level.

I got mine at lessers while F2P. If I were to redo it as P2P, definitely use chins on skels on MM island.

I have used chins on the Monkey Madness island and 330k per hour is too high, especially at 92 range. You are more likely to get 230k xp per hour on monkey madness island. Using chins on really fast PC worlds does not make sense. The monsters donÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢t have time to stack up so you donÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢t get maximum xp per shot. A really slow pc world is much better for using chins, so go to world 78 where the games last 3-4 minutes and find a blocked portal and blow up the stacked monsters. You can easily get 4-5k zeal points per game on a slow world = 120-150k per hour exp. So Monkey Madness island is faster. But more expensive as you use up 20 or so prayer pots every 2k chins you use (approximate guide only). If you catch the chins yourself, and make the pots yourself however ÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Ãâ you may as well head to the island now!

Inventory should be , 1 tele tab, 1 super anti pot, 2 sharks, 3 range pots (4), and 21 prayer pots (4). This should last you around 1.75 hours and you will use up around 3.5k chins in the process. Wear as much prayer boosting gear as you can while at the same time enhancing your range bonuses.

Says he with 58 hunter :shame: I can catch 350-390 red chins per hour at 83 hunter, and still need 10M or so exp to get 99 (It more like 11M but meh. If I play 4 hours a day doing nuthin but hunt - catching my max of 390 per hr, then it will take 22 consecutive days of hunting to reach 99. Not too bad I reckon.

Santas have dropeed in value by 5+M over recent months, so in theory they should bounce back making you some serious cash! A wise choice if you ask me.

Been using this setup since 70ish and it beats everyone else I have spoken to while hunting red chins. My best hour so far (when hunter was at 82), was 390 red chins in 1 hour. Usually got around 350-370 ÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Ãâ but had a really good run for a while!

IÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢ve seen the word noob used a lot, and I would have to say itÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢s mostly higher levelled arrogant players that seem to use it when they donÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢t get their way within 0.2 nanoseconds of clicking/typing. IÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢ve been called a noob on very few occasions and mostly in funny circumstances, i.e. being called a def nub when someone couldnÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢t hit me in wildy (I have 2 def btw lolz). I am sure I have called someone a noob before, be it once or twice in my RS career ÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Ãâ not wanting to swear and being totally frustrated can lead one to using the N word on occasions. I understand the venting through using the N word, but overuse has destroyed the effect. Just go to any high populated trading world and watch as the ÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãâ¹ÃâNoobÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢ gets flung far and wide. We have become accustomed to it, and it no longer has any effect on the majority of RS.

Actually a second MM with a reward of similar status as the d scim would be great. It would get all pures irate though as they wonÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢t want to go back to MM island and get def exp (like I did by accident) :oops:

Best of luck spending 8 hours a day catching chins ÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Ãâ hunter is probably one of the most click intensive skills out there so be prepared to take plenty of breaks!

A bit of a side question, but how (apart from smithing) do you lay your hands on Mith+ bolts? In the item database they only state that ÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãâ¦Ã¢â¬Åcan be made by fletchingÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬ÃâÃ
