America needs an organisation like the British RSPCA which as far as I know has legal powers to shut down places like that and put the owners in jail.

HTC Wildfire
Not sure about the phone as I don't have one, but 1GB depends on how much you plan to use the internet on your phone. I personally only have a 500mb/m limit on my plan which does me fine as most websites I use from my phone have very low bandwidth versions such as tipit, or are used incredibly rarely.

Libya Uprising thread
Yes we would as it was called for by both Arab countries and the French before the Americans and British. As much as I have heard, the only thing about the oil was the price change before any of this happened. I think many people are forgetting the chain of events leading to this uprising, it wasn't America or Britain who initiated anything.

Libya Uprising thread
The reason the UN doesn't usually get involved is that there is no way of winning. Unfortunately, in this world, countries are not going to get involved in situations they cannot see themselves winning. In Libya, the rebels although overpowered do have a chance of victory, which is why other countries are willing to get involved. If they are to get involved in a situation where they have a large chance of winning, the political leaders will usually end up losing their power in the country and generally being beaten to death by that countries media. Also, places like Iraq and Afghanistan are not the norm. For a country to get involved in another countries affairs like Saudi Arabia, they need UN backing. They also probably need backing of the countries nearby the one they wish to get involved in. In Libya, they had this, but in other areas they don't. Unfortunately politics, the UN and international law are a very complicated matter. It means countries can get involved in one situation but not another. However it doesn't mean that they are actively ignoring one situation but going straight for another, or that the US (I don't like how everybody wants to focus on them at the moment as they are barely involved here now) is doing what it wants.

Duke Nukem Forever Coming 2011
I wouldn't be surprised if Gearbox did it on purpose for a joke, originally knowing it wouldn't be out until June. You can't do anything but laugh.

tip.it merchanting section
Also, to ass to what Tripsis said, a topic on merchanting in General discussion may fill all the needs of a merchanting section. If somebody then wants to write a good guide, it would be linked from that topic, creating traffic for it. I can't say there is no audience for a merchanting forum, but if it cannot sustain a single thread, there are not enough.

~Another Pixel Sig~
One strange thing I have just seen is that the player in the foreground has 5 fingers (4 and a thumb) while the ones in the background only have 4. Their hands look quite strange.

Should Players initiate a Class Action Lawsuit
It is the players using the bots which are having the detrimental effect not Jagex. It is nigh impossible for them to remove all the bots. The players are the ones using them. If Jagex were to purposefully make the game worse with that specific aim I guess people may have a small amount to go onb, but currently as the situation is, no. Edit: Also, what would the purpose be? Other than to get money out of them which is very greedy, no good would come of it. Jagex would lose money, resulting in less staff, resulting in less fixing, updates and removal of bots, making the game progressively worse.

Libya Uprising thread
Ypu said it yourself at the end Freakyhair, it has not been one sided in Gaza and is a very complicated situation on it's own. It is a very messy situation, politically and socially which is why it is very hard for other countries to get involved in the same way. This is the reason topics like this on the internet turn out so hectic because people often do not realise that situations cannot be compared with different countries. They may seem the same superficially but they are two totally different situations. Think about how bad the situation in Iraq has turned out in many people's view. If the West intervened in Gaza and Israel, the situation could be ten times worse with Israel having a very large army that is very well trained. It would not be viable for outside intervention unless Israel went for example, on a killing rampage, which unfortunately is what Gaddafi has done in Libya. However, in Libya, it is viable for the West to get involved as there is not much chance of them being dragged into a long and costly war. You have to remember that right here, it was not the US that wanted to be involved the most, it was France which called for the UN resolution. However, it was also the Arab League which wanted the No fly zone, not the West. Governments aren't picking and choosing who they want in charge of countries, but it is their right to pick and choose if theydo not get involved in a war or if they do.

200M in all Skills
Ok guys if you have a problem with another user, PM them if you wish to discuss it but this is not the place to post it. It is also not the place to post real life problems. This thread is for discussion on 200m in all skills, not the politics behind it. Looks like there has already been an admin warning on the topic, any more and warnings will be handed out.

Libya Uprising thread
I'm watching that right now and I don't get your point at all. The guy wants to sound as if he knows what he's talking about but he is just clutching at straws which are not relevant to the situation. 1. Countries traded arms with Libya: Yes they did, as they do with almost all countries in the world. How though does this mean they shouldn't intervene? 2. Countries met with Gaddafi and traded economically: Again, we live in a globalised society where world leaders have to meet. Libya has a large oil supply which the rest of the world needs. While the country was at peace, the rest of the world had no choice but to trade with Libya 3. Leaders of countries leading the attacks are falling in polls: Firstly why the hell does that even matter? Secondly are you sure? I know Cameron wasn't overly popular in the UK a short while ago but I actually think his popularity has been slowly rising for a few months since the budget cuts. I don't think 'nuff was said. The video was horrendously biased and, proven by the amount of view by all that guys videos, he doesn't know what he's talking about and isn't taken seriously.

Libya Uprising thread
And go where and who's gonna pay? I'm sure a solution could easily be found with the money that would otherwise be spent on the offensive. Why should they be forced to escape? It is their country. They cannot democratically lead the country do the only solution is to use violence to overthrow whatever is causing the lack in democracy. That is a fact. They tried peaceful protests in Benghazi but the soldiers opened fire on them under instructions by Gaddafi's son. The people of Libys want a free country, one where they can think what they want and one in which they are not oppressed. It is a plain fact that this can only be done now with violence against the oppressor. It is not the best soution which people would want but it is the only way. Gaddafi and his family are not going to relinquish power until they are dead. Watching the BBC's Panorama program has made me even more supportive of intervention. It allows the people of Libya to choose their own fate and to stand a much more even fight against the oppressors. It is however still far from even. These are not soldiers, they are not trained in using the very limited amount of weapons they have available. They are like you and me, doctors, professionals, shop workers, students. Going up against proffessional soldiers trained in killing who have superior weapons and who have two choices, kill their fellow Libyans or be shot by their commanders for defecting. One line in that Panorama that caught my attention was 'It was a suicide bomber that finally breached the walls'. Very rarely do I condone violence, especially suicide, but whoever did that was a brave person and a martyr. Without them, Benghazi may not have fallen and the rebellion may not have got off the ground. They didn't do it to kill people, to cause chaos and destruction, but to allow their fellow citizens the chance at freedom by blowing up a single wall.

The problem with analysing this like you guys are doing is that you are forgetting one thing. These are kids. Things change so rapidly and consequences cannot be immediately seen. It also means that there is no single best way to solve a problem. Things get so much more complicated at younger ages. Take for example what happened in my old school. A new guy started our school in year 9, he had a problem with his feet which although minimal and only made him walk slightly with a limp, gave bullies the idea to pick on him. He was bullied for roughly half a year. Teachers couldn't help him as they have no power in the modern world. I will evenly openly admit to throwing insults his way. What eventually helped? Me and a few of my friends started to stick up for him. A guy that I had been in a fight with a year previously decided to try and pick on him. Slowly everybody stopped bullying him. Not because he struck back, not because teachers or parents got involved, but because the lucky chance that somebody else started to bully him. He is now a much liked person around our town. The reason I tell that story is because it is hard to analyse children and their behaviour. Things can change quickly for apparently no reason. Now in this case, the kid who punched and got bodyslammed is now likely to b bullied all through his school life. Whatever he did does not mean he deserves it. He did however, from the video deserve the slam. The main problem is the lack of power teachers have. If they could actually have access to a worthwhile form of punishment, in my opinion they could deter bullies. But currently, they can do nothing which doesn't just make a bully even more angry towards the victim.

Royal Republic - We are the Royal
They Released their debut album on the 14th of this Month titled 'We are the Royal' and I'm personally loving this band. They are usually described as a mix of the Hives and a bit of Franz Ferdinand. They have a good humour in their songs and they are seriously catchy. Oh and they are Swedish which may sway some of you. I Saw them live a couple of weeks ago, before I had even listened to much of their music and they were incredibly energetic, even with such a small gig. Words probably won't saw you, so maybe their music will: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dhcGNN9r1D4& http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_lbZpFBGq1k http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sGwtGt9qcRg http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ClEnbAeiYDM Personally out of those I think Underwear is my favourite just because of the energy in the song. I think with how catchy they are and how their songs seem to be spreading through the radio like wildfire at the moment they could get quite large. P.s I want his facial hair.
