For certain things (such as iron knives) if you smelt the iron then smith it you can turn a profit plus get both the exp from smelting and smithing, not just smithing. Or you could smelt coal and iron into steel. Or smith steel into cannonballs. Or better yet, smelt steel bars then make cannonballs.

I would say brown. Not orange or purple because I, for one, am partially color blind and certain shades or yellow and orange are hard to differentiate from eachother. Or depending on the shade, certain shades of orange and red look the same. Same with purple and blue.

you get exp based on the ess you use. so if you craft 20 ess and get 40 cosmics, you get the exp of just using 20 ess. also, cosmics don't cost enough anymore for doubling them to be better cash than just solo'ing nats. OT: nice, rcin is fun \

Only problem I see is that it is a common thing for a lvl 90 to 2X a lvl 80, i.e. the lvl 90 stakes 10M and the 80 stakes 5M. Or even 3... 4... 5... 6 times as much as the other person in some cases.

I dont fletch, i buy bows and i alch, and i dont mind losing money, at the current prices of magic logs/bows i am losing more then 340 gp an alch meaning i could buy a stack of bronze arrows, alch that and still lose less money. jagex having mods in the game banning bots isnt going to do squat, it takes less then a day to get 60 woodcut then they are back at it, and they xfer their logs off every few hours to proxied accounts, i read the macroers forums and believe me no one has taken a big hit over there. Well okay, we're going to use the absolute highest prices for materials we can and just see if we can lose 340gp for an alch Yew log = 370gp Bow String = 200gp Nature rune = 300gp total = 870gp High alch of yew long = 768 870-768=102 how do you lose more then 102gp per bow? its just not possible.. i used the highest possible prices... :uhh: (I would just like to point out that I had trouble selling BS at 180gp yesterday, I see yew logs for 340 every single day from the autoers, and people buy nats 280 each. So that knocks off 70 gp meaning you only lose 32gp at normal prices)

Divide by volume? What the hell are you talking about? have you not been taught about mass in school? You don't need volume for a scale to work.. When was the last time you saw a scale somehow measure your volume? The scale measures the acceleration due to gravity pulling down on your body, giving you your weight. It then changes it into kilograms by dividing it by 9.81 It's not that hard of a concept

I think the melee defence dhide gives you at such a low lvl requirement (1 defence..) is ridiculous. When I RC i wear the max mage defence bonus i can by wearing dhide, bear hat (forget what its called), etc. And my crush bonus is bigger than my mage bonus.

I mostly agree with it, except for the very end. Remember half wines? I forget who, but 1 player bought almost every single half wine. He got the rest of the people owning them to agree to not sell them until he said they could. So the prices skyrocketed - and he pulled the trigger; they sold. However, by the time a third of them were out people caught on, and it was hard to make some profit off of them. He made hundreds of millions off of this. And it was this that brought half wines up to par with the other rares. These brought the prices up and they never went down again. They went up - and at a much faster rate then other rares. So that won't happen.. people simply can't buy out the market on a rare and crash it. It's impossible.
