Courts and lawyers are expensive. Would the cost of suing them and getting them to stop (temporarily) be worth the price they would pay for those weeks of no bots. No. They need to work on their bot detection and then actually BAN them!

One thing I think everyone needs to keep in mind with this is how true it is we are getting another bind slot. Knowing Jagex and how they like to hype things and then not deliver I think there is probably going to be some huge constraint on the new bind. Like for instance, maybe the quest gives us a new bind slot, but it is only a boots slot. So all this talk of what plate/weapon to get would be useless, the question then becomes, "Should I get encanter boots or T11 [melee/range/mage] boots?" Basically, don't get too excited and put too much faith in Jagex. Consider how they could nerf this new bind, because they probably will.

Go into McDonalds, accidently spill coffee on your lap, and sue them because the coffee was hot. vs Go into McDonads, order a coffee, dump it on your lap, sue McDonalds because they didn't stop you. Both of those sound quite simillar, and the top one actually worked in a court of law. Hence why coffee comes with warning labels now. Not sure where I'm going with this.... However, what gets left out of most peoples telling of case one is that the coffee that the McD's was selling was above the temperature it was suppose to be. In addition, that particular McD's had been warned on multiple occasions that they were threatening people's safety and they must lower the temp. Also, if the temp had been the correct 140 degrees, then it would not have caused the kinds of third degree burns to the woman and her lap. In my imaginary case, standing there, at the register and pouring the coffee all over your body would not give you the ability to win a court case.

Actually for some people, that would be more like suing Jagex because Jagex did not stop them from botting. Which brings up and interesting point. Let's say that a law suite did go through and the players won. Several of those players invariably botted. Should they be rewarded too? With that kind of logic I could go to McDonalds, order a coffee, dump it on my lap, and then sue McDonalds because they didn't stop me.

Let's see. How about someone who runs around the wilderness, trying not to get murdered... That might work.

What? No sling in pvp? But it's the only range item I feel safe 1-iteming!!!!!! RAGE QUIT!!!! PvP is ruined.

Looks like nope. Odd, I would have thought that it would.

I use it to keep track of where I have various amounts of experience stored around Runescape. Most of this deals with quest rewards. For instance, after finishing Gunder's Ground you can show him various gems and recieve crafting exp, but only if your levels are high enough. To get all of the exp from him you need 72 crafting. I only have 69. I have on my notepad "Gunder's Ground, 72 crafting". Every once and a while I check my notepad and see if I have any of the levels I need. I then read the tip.it notes section for the relevant quest and go get that exp. Also, I have things like pest points. One that I have is after completing While Guthix Sleeps two years ago. I have yet to get the 400k extra exp and that is in my notepad. Still not sure what I am going to use it on...

Why not just buy undead chickens in a bag? They cost 10 tokens each. So, given I have about 1k tokens I could have about 100 undead chickens!!!!!

I think he ran away. On the subject of randomly generated scenarios, I kind of saw Temple Trekking and Barbarian Assult so that. The Temple has the randoms and BA has the team aspect. I don't think they will come out with something beyond this.

I currently have a quest point cape which is all well and good but... My Runescape username is:Fire God How wrong is it that Fire God does not have a firemaking cape? I need that in order to summon fire at will and make my enemies tremble. Then I want to get a second cape so my firemaking one can be trimmed. Fletching is my closest at 89 so I don't know...

I always get people pming me claiming I stole their friend's account. I have had this account for well over 4 years, I stole from no one. The worst part is I can't even google search my name to see if someone is impersonating me. If anyone wants to they can search "Fire God", look through all 55,600,000 entries and tell me what they find. :D

I think its weird how monkeys drop both monkey corpses and bones. Is the monkey corpse like a bag of flesh and muscle without bones?

I think its based on time. I was killing dagganoths and met a guy and we became friends. He finished about two minutes before I did. As I was going to get another task I saw him there. We talked and relized that we both got between 80-90 Fire Giants. We went and did it together. After we both finished, we went back and both got dagganoths again! I logged because I was tired but he kept going.

Actually, some of my British friends watch The Simpsons more avidly than most Americans.
