I'd say that 75 is average. Many people are around that lvl, but its the jump from lvl 60 req to level 70 which throws off a lot of people. Its more than double the exp you have at lvl 60.

As whips go down. there wont be as much pople wanting to achive 85 slayer and soley use it do get whips. Aas they could probably make more money doing other things. Therefore whips will rise again. Its simple economics really. Prices will fall, then rise. Yesterday whips rose back to around 2.9M.

I don't see what time they join has to do with it. Sure they could become great players. But take it like this. There are more people playing now then ever. So understandably there will be more beggers. I beleive you have to be smart to actually becomea good player. Begger don't get anywhere. They end up level 30's that forget about this. Screw them.
