I'd rather beleive in this philosophy than a paradoxical mess of a God who preaches intolerance and cruelty. Who I am sure set a beautiful example for you when wiping out the entire population of the world (genocide) save a man and his boat. The world has changed for the better, if you can't see advancement of healthcare, liberties, acceptance and tolerance then your clouded by your own religions agenda too much to see anything clearly.

Well i was fired for a ridiculous reason as you well know. Despite that i still always tried to talk to you and admins about the problems i had with it. I think it's quite expecting of someone who was fired to help out still, but despite that I always tried. Just like I am trying now, what do I have to gain? I already burn't the majority of my bridges with ever being officially able to help out again. So if it's not for some distorted version of power then i have nothing, except wanting to see it succeed. Making do with what you had isn't really a strong basis to start something like CTET off with. It should have probably been put off until someone with relevant experience could oversee it (as you have admitted you are not experienced with clans). I don't think you can say i never tried to help, because i have spoken to you various times about it giving advice.

A moral philosophy that does nothing but accurately describe the state of society is kind of worthless. Saying "this is the way things are" is not a moral statement. Saying "this is the way things should be" is a moral statement, and if everybody (tried to) act out Satanism this world would be an awful place. It can't be universalized. There aren't enough resources, not to mention it denies all the virtues we admire in other people. You can say the exact thing about all other religions when taken to an extreme.

It's not about talent, it's about the type of person you are. A regular TET member would not be right in this team, as this is a lot more specialised. Although I have to admit, when i was in TET aftermath posts were always a hell of a lot longer than 2 lines. We always understood the need to look professional (spelling and grammar checks), and make damn sure our events were not confusing. Loge started it, that is it's purpose. It's not like we saw it a couple days ago and thought "Nah, it's got the wrong aim here!". It wouldn't even be created if that purpose didn't exist. I have already talked to admins and leaders of CTET and TET about it since it started. Competition allows clans to progress just like it does in the real world. If one buisness is failing because of competition does that make it right for you to shut down the buisness in competition with it? Or is it up to the failing buisness to work harder? Like it is up to the failing clan to work hard against the opposition. Otherwise what the hell is the point of clans and indeed CTET if your scared of competition. This mindset is killing you. First of all, that doesn't change much. The fact you were not told that you should be looking to interest big clans, chasing up on big clans and trying to get interest from them shows leadership has failed you there with communication. That still doesn't erase the events you have made which are not interesting for big clans. You are CLAN TET. Your events dont interest the majority of clans - thats why there is poor attendance, thats why you have the wrong people. It's called deductive reasoning. 5 months isn't "time"? TET wasn't always on the front page. The difference is that TET is for everyone CTET is just for clans so attendance will be limited even though for some reason you allow others to who arn't in clans to take part - shows you the reality of what CTET is, just another TET. Which is why you need special people who have influence and connections with clans to be in your position. Not to mention appealing events. I agree you go to them now and tell them about CTET you will get laughed out the door, therefore isn't that a reason to start again? You have had 5 months, and it has been in my opinion degrading into TET. Which is not it's purpose. My guess is the majority of the members saw applications and decided to apply as a backdoor to TET. I read the applications and i saw this in 9/10 people who applied. That and lack of experience were the reason i found a ridiculously small number of people who would have actually been good for the position. You have nothing to support your claim of "knowing your right". You can't know your right, because what you perceive to be right is failing. CTET is failing so your obviously not right in what you are doing. Your arrogance of "knowing your right" shows how incredibly dogmatic this has all become.

Wouldn't a cop living by this philosophy be putting the people he's supposed to protect and the laws he's supposed to uphold in jeopardy? Read Descartes "Meditations" and it has many reasonable reasons as to why things outside of ourselves exist even though it relies on God for somepart. Things such as our inability to create new objects in our mind. We draw from something to imagine, and therefore it's reasonable to assume that something exists. For example we can't imagine up new objects, we can simply place together objects we already understand and see. The only logical explanation for solipsism is to assume we are being decieved by something or someone. Descartes at that point "proves" Gods existance and Gods perfection and hence inability to decieve us.

And what about Loge's work into starting this whole thing up? Or people like me who went through tonnes of applications trying to find the right people, only to have the team not even know of it's main purpose? It doesn't matter if it becomes a success or not, at least we tried. At the moment CTET brings nothing new or exciting to the site that the regular TET does not. Except look like a more ameturish version. You should not be mad at us for wanting to scrap the idea because you were not told of the main intentions of CTET and so can't carry your job effectivley. Thats down to your leadership's responsibility. If you didn't know that it was an effort to get clans back, then you won't have taken any steps or planned anything to assure that it is going in the right direction. So the blame falls on the people who instructed you to do the wrong thing.

The relevant ideas are redundant without action. I think Loge and I have said more than enough about intentions and problems. It all falls into one question. Does the current team have the ability, experience, knowledge or correct attitude to bring large, influential clans back to Tip.It? What matters is your answer to the question based on what we and everyone has said, and if that answer is "No" then you personally must know that it's time to start again. All other ideas are worthless without having a team who can implement them properly. It is in your best interests as a CTET member. Again you are putting your own clans needs over the intentions and purposes of your job. You can't effectivley carry out your job if your afraid to bring new clans in.

Off the point, i have not insulted or flamed GES in the topic. If you wish to know what problems i had with it, then shoot me a PM. Im not attempting to change your views on your own "clan". You have already stated that you didn't know what the first intentions of CTET were. I can only put that down to poor leadership and communication. It's intentions were solid from the start. If you were not aware of these intentions then you should have been told of them, maybe it is because most of the people who knew of these intentions and helped CTET from the start have moved on and are no longer in the team. I would have expected Lady Safrina to have informed the team of it's purposes. I don't see how these clans will "stomp you to the ground". Do you ever post in clan discussion, or the clan boards? What active role do you have in the clan boards with your clan? The staff have been trying to get the clans back here for a long time (like when all the banned accounts were unbanned), this only shows your misinfomation on the subject. Showing us the the members are once again uneducated on it's purpose. It's the job that the CTET was built around, you wouldn't be in the CTET if it wasn't for the need to get the clans back and re-populate the clan boards. So i suggest the aims of your job is a little more clearly presented and you get on with it's purpose not with some needless excercise of catering to the clans that are already here. There is very few clans here, so few that a team doesn't need to be created to provide for. So, again. GES is not the right clan thats needed because. 1. It is not influential - Would a top 10 clan see your involved in an event and want to join because of some rivalry? 2. The same people - It requires tipit forum membership to even join, so it's not bringing new people in. This isn't just picking on GES, it's about all the clans that are currently here. I don't have a problem with them but they are not your sole target audience. This isn't under a personal agenda for me, im not acting too stubburn so the the new clans will "stomp you too the ground" whatever that means. If you are reluctant to bring and advertise to other bigger clans then it shows you how unsutible for the job you are. My advice is in the best intentions of the site and CTET's orginal purpose, not individuals clan ego's.

That has been said for awhile, things don't seem to be changing infact they seem to be getting more like regular TET events each week. I also question that, when i came into TET it wasnt hard to pick it up, and it wasn't hard to put effort in. I did more in my first few months than in my last few months there, and it wasn't hard at all, i didn't have a helper i got on and did it. There not unfounded, because the orginal aim of CTET was to bring clans back. How is a clan of 5 people going to influence the top 10 clans to start attending the events and coming back to the forums? Fun doesn't underly CTET like it does TET. It's underlying message is to bring clans back, and therefore you need big clans. You can't populate clan boards with very few small clans. I don't have a problem with events for skilling clans, but what i do see as pointless is events that don't appeal to large clans. Large, influential clans fight. That is the bottom line, and you can't sugarcoat it with anything else. Tournaments with prize money may attract clans, but then again you need the right people to talk to big clan leaders and influence them into taking part. Which is an incredibly tough job as many don't want anything to do with this site anymore. I still think the majoriy of CTET's members are wrong, as Loge said how many post on the clan forums before, or even now? It was always a backdoor into TET, and thats why it was always going to get the wrong people to apply. Thats why i approved very few applications, and thats why you should clean out the team before recruiting new people. It is a hard, and horrible task but in my opinion it has to be done so that the team can move on. Our views are not pessemistic, they are realistic. If you wish to address each point of my views that seem unfounded or pessemistic for no reason than go ahead, and i will be happy to explain each of them to you. :) While its a nice thought to provide for everyone, unfortunatley you have to be more specialist here, because these events are for clans and it's intentions are clear.
