Why don't you open the quest diary (Quest tab ---> Select the quest)? It'll tell you where you're at...

There is really no way possible to actually block it. They have made changes to discourage it however. You now need to have your friend hold 76k instead of 26k, and it's a lot riskier now, as when you enter a pvp world you are automatically skulled, and cannot protect extra item.

I have this same problem.. I think all you can do is give account recovery a shot.. I mean, if you tell them when it was created and all that, and that it's just a pure/noob account, where you lived when the account was played, they might budge.. especially if it hasn't been logged into for years.. It's worth a shot. I haven't tried it yet but plan on it soon.

go in the "As a First Resort..." quest to be able to buy raw bird meat from Chargurr? I'm getting conflicting information.. I either have to start the quest, or go a bit ways into it, or finish it to be able to buy it from Chargurr... and I have no idea which. I don't have 48 hunting yet, and would prefer not to have to get it to be able to finish the quest to buy the raw bird meat.. Anyone know? Edit: also if anyone actually has any raw bird meat, I'd be happy to buy it to take it off your hands lol.. of course, no one probably banks that stuff, and the one's who do are probably using it themselves.. but worth a shot.

Strength IS completely overrated. It is a good idea to have your strength level close to your attack, but I would say attack (or defence, which would be painful to train) for the 99 for sure. In f2p pvp, attack is the most important (weapons are too weak in f2p.. you'll be hitting 0 all the time). In p2p, that actually follows through as well, although strength becomes more important as well... I had a friend who would make literally hundreds of millions off of dueling people with high strength, and mediocre attack (i.e. strength usually 10-15 lvls higher than attack). His character was the opposite, high attack, low strength, and equal defence (to strength).

Amulet of strength does not help any range stats. It's useless to you as a ranger. Amulet of accuracy is better, but amulet of power is even better. So: Power > Accuracy >>>>>>>> Strength

Yeah.. it happens. Basically its a server issue.. because you didnt log out; its taking a while for the servers to realize that your account is no longer logged in. You can't really do anything about it.. just wait a little bit and try again (after 5-10 minutes, it should work) Edit: It seems like the servers are messed up right now too though.. so if its taking longer for that message to disappear, thats why.. I can't even get on the runescape home page.

Easy... Go to the House Party world, stand by house portal in Yanille.. there's usually people advertising houses which have guilded altars.. or if you ask, you'll quickly get an answer. I've never had trouble finding one.

Depends. Long term - phats will always rise Short term - there will be fluctuations in the price; sometimes drop, sometimes rise; but the increases in the price will offset the decreases in the long term leading to a price increase. Now, what's long term? I would guess maybe a year. Phats should really only be used as investments in my opinion... e.g. leave enough money to go about your day to day business in RS, but use the rest that will lie there dormant (which depreciates in value sitting in the bank) to invest in a rare. Or buy a phat when taking a long term break (if it's a shorter break; buy a rare less volatile like a santa hat).. another good investment. So unless you really want one, I would hold up on it.. cause after you buy it, you'll practically have no money.

It isn't the customer service's fault it seems, however, I do find that the date is quite odd. They did this on sunday which is odd because no new notices or legislature was passed that day. I checked the Official Journal of the European Union and the notices/legislation of the week prior to this incident includes no mention of any new info pertaining to serbia( I did however find that there was legislation passed that discussed Bulgarian meats). Strange. I think it is customer service's fault for giving such a half-assed reply like they always do. He didn't give Dracula ANY information at all.. pretty much stated the obvious.. didn't answer his question. It's left everyone here including Dracula scratching their heads as to what the heck's going on. If it's a bug, then that's okay.. I mean bug's happen, but we don't even know what the reason is at this point.

In exchange for the advice, I think you should share with us where you're training. ;) Unless you're saving to buy something, I'd definitely go for the xp. Sell the higher level ones and buy back herbs that you can use, and get your herblore lvl up.. there as some quests that require a higher herblore level that you might be interested in doing in the future.

Yeah, but that's not healthy.... I think that was hihihi's whole point. If you are bored, DON'T PLAY. It's simple. Forcing yourself to play is a sign of addiction (I think we've all been there with RS)... why play a game if it feels like a chore? It's kind of ironic.. take a break for a bit. It's 9 o clock. Your family is tired, and they don't feel like doing anything. It's too dark to go outside. Your friends are sick so you can't text or chat. Basically, what if you have nothing better to do? Well that sounds like you already lead a busy life, and RS doesn't preoccupy it.. in which case, go ahead and play! But if you're playing all the time, and find its feeling like a chore, take a break or quit.. it's not worth it.

I gotta say.. it's nice to see that Jagex is STILL terrible at providing decent service to their customers. You'd think a company making millions each month would learn something.. :roll:

Why not? They've done it before and uh...lets just say they take money seriously. It clearly says its a financial sanction against the current regime (government). It has nothing to do with money fraud (can you explain that btw?).. Serbians have easy access to Euros anyways.. If there was a financial sanction, depending on the terms of that sanction, Jagex would be legally required to enforce it. I really think that it's just a bug... or it might be because of war crimes as an above person pointed out.. although I don't think the EU would sanction a country that it calls a potential candidate country, that it's channeling funds into, and that it's just about to allow visa free travel to.. So yeah, there's pretty much only one type of sanction, and it's clear that that's what Jagex is talking about... Jagex would have no reason to block payments from a specific country.. it doesn't make any sense. Anyways to the OP: I really hope you pursue this and don't just give up!

This, or you can try them in the CT again. Make sure you wear barrows. I tried it down there and it didn't seem to bad. Just kill the males as the female are strong with their ranging. Yeah there's only two males down there, in separate rooms though.. Those are ice trolls aren't they? Would the mountain trolls on death plateau be easier?

Maybe you should try it first before investing in all the armor for it.. You might not like it. I personally hated it the first time I did it.. it wasn't fun at all.

Okay, so I keep getting Trolls as a slayer task.. I did Smoking Kills the other day so I don't wanna cancel them again (I wanna rack up points).. and besides, it seems the more I go get a new task from the guy in Burthorpe when trolls come up, the more they come up after.. I tried killing them in the chaos tunnels before, but they waste WAY too much food (I'm at 85 defence)... I wasn't wearing granite.. does granite armor help a lot? If it'll help me get through these 146 trolls, I probably should buy the full set.. So is there an efficient way of killing them without cannons and prayer (pray pots are way too expensive at the moment)? And where? Thanks.

The mod didn't answer "why" because he had no idea.. he just assumed there were sanctions against Serbia.. if you tell them there are NO sanctions against your country, they will look into it. It must be a bug. Like I said, sanctions are a serious matter, and we would know if there were sanctions against Serbia, like there are on Iran and North Korea right now.. Big Bad Serbia (that's why my social studies teacher used to call it in high school :lol: ) has been behaving well in the last decade, so there is no way it is being sanctioned right now! Good luck!

Just a note: That would be against the rules unless it is of your direct family. I am not english what is the difference between family and direct family? uncles and cousins etc. aren't direct family? Yeah, that's actually a pretty funny thing I've noticed. I guess Jagex doesn't realize that for different cultures, direct/immediate families mean different things. Families in Canada, the US, and most of Europe tend to be smaller than other places.. Direct families in the "Western" sense = your mother, father, and siblings. Your cousins and uncles are not part of that kinship. But yeah I could see that confusing lots of people.
