He has two forms, first can do very weak magic and some meele, second can do pretty much nothing.

Hehehe nice prank to play
you can't tele grab over walls. It has to be in sight of your person...ie if it was first person view, you could see it. it would work over the fence of the fally garden. If you'd be able to see it through your characters eyes, then it will work.

Which item in your bank gathers the most dust?

Hehehe nice prank to play

Eeps, a ghost!
I have a story, but it goes a little beyond ghosts. I was a little kid, I think I just turned 9, and I was at a summer camp with a friend, the kind of camp where you actually live in a few houses in the forest. with a hundred-two hundred or so other kids. I have a sleeping problem where I always have trouble falling asleep. Even today, I'm just not tired when I go to bed, I always lie awake for a few hours thinking about random crap. So I was at this camp, everyones asleep at night, and I'm awake as usual, then suddenly it starts to become very bright, my bed was right beside a window, and thats where the light was coming from. I looked outside, and saw that all the light was coming from a window of a nearby house. A few seconds later I realized it wasn't coming from the other house, it was being reflected off the window! I looked up and saw huge rays of light coming downwards from the sky, I couldn't see where it was coming from, just that it was coming from the top, from some sort of and object moving fast towards the direction I was looking. There was no noise whats so ever, nothing gut very bright lights coming down and lighting everything up. I tried to look up more but whatever was making the light went far ahead and behind the trees. Quiet as ever. No I wasn't dreaming, nor was I even tired, my best explanation to this is extraterrestrial life.

Question: Least-Admirable Skill Cape
definetly cooking, followed by fletching, the two easiest skills in the game, and by far the most common ones. Also, combat capes are pretty popular due to pest control, to thats not all so respectable either. Fire making on the other hand is very respectable, its uncommon plus hard to get because you cant multi task it.

Tip.It Times Presents: Jagex and Emergent Gameplay
some very good points, and I completely agree with it. I really hope jagex will become less restrictive later on, and raise the age of their target audience while they're at it. I think the main problem is that they're too worried about releasing new methods of scamming, even though they're almost the same as any old methods. Honestly, not that many people out there are stupid enough to get scammed by some pathetic attempts, like luring to the wild. There was a glitch with the Warriors Guild that made you look drunk. You couldn't run whilst in the effect and had to relog in to get rid of it. People would go around saying "*hic.*" I wish that was still around, who would it hurt? There was also the lean bug, where if you teleport when leaning at the duel arena, your pose stays. People used to form huge lines of people leaning, until the bug was fixed.

easter egg prices!!!!!!!!!!!
Because you don't seem to understand it. The price is not decided by the people who buy / sell an item, but instead by the amount of people who are willing to buy / sell the item for a certain price. The price (equilibrium) of an item is that price where the amount of supply (sell) is equal to the amount of demand (buy). If one person who shows up on the supply side of the market suddenly alchs his hat, he no longer shows up on the supply side of the market anymore and thus effects the market equilbrium as I've shown clearly in the first example. I understand the supply and demand concept very well, but you seem to not understand what im saying at all, and hiding it by giving a reply without an argument. If a person has a hat, they are not on the supply side until they go through the trade screen and give their phat to someone else. Comprende? go ahead and re-read my post a million times if you have to and then respond with an argument that actually replies to what I said.

"Classes" of RS aren't balanced, but adds vareity
im sure future white knight quests will make monks alot more popular.

3rd Age Magic given boost
I believe it means members-only item. Nice find. they never put an (m) behind items to show its members, I believe it means "mage", because all the items are called 3rd age, so you can tell the classes apart.

Do you ever wish rs2 was never created?
are you kidding me? if rs2 never came I wouldn't be playing now. But yeah, the community was nicer then, before jagex had such a young target audience. Which makes no sense, you need to be 13 or older to play, but theyre advertising to kids 13 or younger #-o

easter egg prices!!!!!!!!!!!
Hm the idea of supply & demand is something like this however: Price --- Supply - Demand 450mil - 3 ------ 8 460mil - 6 ------ 6 470mil - 7 ------ 4 480mil - 9 ------ 2 The supply & demand numbers here are totals, stating how many people are willing to sell / buy at those prices. Logically supply is higher at higher prices and demand is lower at higher prices. The theory now says that the price equilibrium is there where supply equals demand and this is true for 460mil. I'm sure you'll agree so far. Now what if two people who initially wanted to sell their phats for 450mil and one person who initially wanted to sell it for 460mil suddenly alched their hats. We would now have: Price --- Supply - Demand 450mil - 1 ------ 8 460mil - 3 ------ 6 470mil - 4 ------ 4 480mil - 9 ------ 2 The price equilibrium, defined as supply = demand, is now 470mil! Aha, the prices have risen. Ok the example is stupid :), but I hope this clearifies the underlying idea somewhat. In text I could explain it differently by using the example of a merchant who trades blue party hats but who doesn't keep them himself. Sure he owns some party hats every now and then, but only for the purpose of reselling it (almost) immediately. In theory, and as far as the market is really concerned, he doesn't own any phats at any time, even when he does have a few. At some point he owns 5 phats which he also plans to resell today again, but something goes very wrong. He was alching yew longs and accidentally alched all his phats (yes my examples can get even more stupid :D). Anyway, the point is that now 5 phats, which were actually 'in circulation' are now gone from the market. Thus there is an (indirect) effect on the price of the phat as there is an supply of 5 phats less on the market. I really dont understand why you wasted so much time explaining the concept of supply and demand... but anyway, let me explain what I said earlier. The market was affected when he bought the phats, and decided not to resell them, either because he didn't want to or accidentally alched them. Lets say the blue phat is 450m, and the guy buys a few, thats when the prices are affected, then the value goes up to 455m, because the demand rose, and some of the supply was taken away from whoever he bought the phats from. So thats it, the market has already been affected and the phats are officially his, and whatever he does with them is his problem. But not to fear, according to you hes going to sell the phats a few weeks later, so he will change the new price of 455 back down to 450. But sadly he alches it, so hes not able to do so, the price stays at the current 455. The end.

Quest Cape, Why Higher Levels disrepect those who are lower.
You got it all wrong, nobody wants to prevent you from getting your cape, people just want the cape to be a bigger accomplishment.

*WHY* Are Prices Rising?
Yes MCalgar, you're a supply&demand genius just like like eveyrbody else #-o What you said is not inflation, and like some other people including me stated earlier, this is caused by the accurate definition of inflation, as you would know if you read some other posts before you made your own. My post is always open for debate.
