Indeed, just by looking at the first page, you can find countless number of useless topics that promote little or no discussion. Theese topics are fun to have from time to time, but theres too many. I'm not going off topic tho! the ugliest item is probably kyatt/lapuria legs, and Dharocks helm is ugly as well.

not at all, if the obsidian cape was as good as legends, it would be worth very little, probably around 20-40k. The reason its worth so much more is because those few stat points can make the difference in who wins a fight, every stat point is precious.

stringing bows or making pots, gets your mind off things.

Im hoping they will drop the pickaxes when those are released. It would also be nice to make the boots a smith able item needing 102-105 smithing, whatever is the highest smithing lvl possible anyway. Smithing is becoming a little worthless, and this would be a good update. Also make the ore obtainable somewhere in Keldaghrim.

Countries should make it illegal to sell ingame currencies if its against the game rules.

that argument made little sense. first of all, earning the money to get something is difficult as well, in fact, earning the money for a whip, in most cases is much harder than getting a defender. secondly, that isn't the point of this thread at all, the point is, that with the release of all these items, pking is becoming unrewarding, which is a bad thing. The fire cape makes sense because capes are a small bonus, it little changes peoples fighting ability, and is mostly to show achievement. But if you look at fighter torso for example, that isn't nearly as hard to get as the fire cape, and greatly alter the rewards a pker gets. If Jagex wants to make more nonbuyable items, then they should make them help you with skills, like the rune pouches for example, not something that will make what used to be one of the most important parts of runescape, completely useless.
