Limitations? Come on, masterpieces have been made with paint. And if you need an example (probably mentioned before), take a look at some of Terleys, or Misterxman's work. Great pieces. As for limitations of tools, everything you need is there. In essence, all that photoshop and programs of the likes are doing is making it easier (at most times), and a little more proffesional (at times). Limitations? I think not.
