Looks like a good start to me. One thing is that the teeth or is that a tounge(SP)? make the mouth look weird, maybe don't show the teeth or whatever. It should be thinner like the mouth in your first picture

^^^ As Nazgul said, the dragon isn't flying at you its flying diagonal so the head would be closer to you and would be bigger and the tail is further away so its smaller.... Great pixel btw. :)

All there is are that calcs are easy to get to, chat so you can talk to ur friends, and the world switching... wow... i could do that it that easy if i wanted to without ss.
