Lessen the xp rewards. I think just the wings would be sufficient for players to want to attempt this quest. The monsters are too low leveled as well. Try adding level 300s. The angel wings should look like the one with the prayer cape emote and the demon one should be like the one like a lesser demon's. A choice of colour would be nice to go with. White or gold for angel; black or red for demon.

Maybe the time you cannot cut depends on your level? The higher your level, the least possible a bot you are. So the higher your level, the shorter the 'freeze' time.

I think it's a great idea. However, if the dragons in the backyard are SOLELY dedicated to POHs, then i think they ought to drop construction items more often. The limestone mine sounds great for players looking for fast xp.
