  1. This bit of text is much better than anything a "Does he like you?" book can tell. And besides, picking dirt off their clothes??? Who the hell does that?
  2. Or just end the whole idea of Black History month...? And Hispanic Heritage Month? Yeah, that'll be good.
  3. Gah! I need to get money...badly. Most of my guild are doing Tempest Keep runs and I'm one of the few without flying mount training yet. :wall: The topic on BGs: Wow you guys are luckly. 90% of the BGs I play, the Alliance loses. :| Although this one time we won like 14 Alterac Valleys in a row. A [cabbage] load of honor there.
  4. I'm actually tempted into buying those Shamwow towels. Might work for all I know.
  5. :wall: That's the reason Russia is threatening us. They don't want a missile shield. Besides, they could go overkill with nukes and overload the missile defence. Not to mention SLBM's which could be anywhere :| Russia needs to put their big boy underwear on. Why would we leave ourselves vulnerable to missile-based attacks? It's idiotic. Why would we want ourselves to be hit by missiles if we could stop them and save people? While Russia needs those big boy underwear, the United States needs to start wearing Fair underwear. If Russia tried to set up a missile defense system in any country it will be shot down by the US (not literately). It's not America vs. Russia, its one group of idiots vs. another.
  6. Again you're assuming too much. I don't recall saying I would be un able to cope with it. But let me ask you this. Would you rather announce to people that you play runescape, and have your friends poke fun at you, or would you rather just not tell anybody, and not have your friends poke fun at you? The answer seems blatently obvious to me. Nobody said anything about annoucing. I know I don't expect you, me, or anyone else to get on top a desk and shout "I play RuneScape!", but if someone asks you if you do play RuneScape, why wouldn't you say yes? Ok, I get what you're saying. But the only reasons I see why people would ask me would be if they either play them selves, in which case I certainly would not deny it, or if the person already knows, in which case there is no point in denying it. Also, when I say announce, I don't mean standing up on top of a desk and shouting it to the world. What I do mean is if I'm near people having a conversation about the game, I'm not going to jump in and join the conversation, or make any indication that I play. Ahh, now that's much understandable, and I do agree.
  7. The meaning of racism is lost in today's age. A racist would want to kill and ignore a certain race; such as the KKK and Adolf Hitler. But making names about it...nah, that's not definately racist. Hell, my friends all use these names quite often. Now being Argentine, a country south of the US-Mexican border, I'm a beaner. So when there's something trapped behind a fence "Hey Nick, climb that fence and get the fast." It's just little things that are funny and not taken seriously. An asian friend of mine, I nicknamed Chino; which is Spanish for Chinese and the white friends are the crackers and skinheads. It's just so dug in, that it'll be hard to stop. And I can perfectly assure you, none of my friends would hate a person just cos of their race.
  8. This is why we got to put and end to power-hungry governments. The measly 1% of the world is going to kill the other 99%.
  9. It's not just fat people I assure you, but ugly, short, etc people. You must realise it is very rude to call a stranger fat or ugly or whatever. However, as a brother, you two must of known each other all your lives and at that point he really shouldn't be giving a damn on what you say. (espically if you two hate each other like this.) I know were you're coming from and I partly agree, but do you also think that fat clerk whom you never seen before should not get offended if you call her "Tubby"?
  10. The key to mastering a language is to use it often. I was in a French class in school and I had it everyday. The teacher made us work our [wagon] off in that class...but in the end, most of us learned what we were taught pretty good. I'll say 75% of the class got a 'B' or higher.

  12. North Base: Camelot South Base: Ardougne Battlefield: Area between both of them. Both have their own teleport spots and the battlefield is quite large; from the ocean to the fishing guild (including Legends Guild, Le Fey keep, and Archers Guild). \ EDIT: Gah I'm not sure if its multi though... #-o
  13. Fixed...unfortunately. :(
  14. "If you try my product you'll have hours and hours and hours of sexual performance." Kinda made me laugh in the inside a bit. I hate all hygine/sexual performance commericals too.
  15. Oh shut the hell up. I'll let you know the Los Angeles Metropolitarian Area has a horrible public transit system that is in no way useful to 80% of the people living here. You NEED a car here. hahaha.... I was unaware that you spoke for this "80%" of the population In Los Angeles.... hell I would even love to see where you pulled these statistics from. You think Los Angeles is the only place with an inconvenient public transportation system, this is the case in many other areas, that is why you plan ahead to make up for the inconvenience of it. If you wish to pay for a car to have the ability to travel at your convenience more power to you, hell it's not my money anyways, but as for me I'd rather skate down to where I need to go Well I can assure you it is no small percentage. And the only reason why I mentioned La is cos I live here and it has around 11 million people in the entire metropolitarian area. Naturally LA isn't the only city with a bad transit system, where the hell did you get the idea? Seriously? A moped? Distances in the rural country are 30-50 miles between towns, even more. At a thing going 40 mph it'll get you there in an hour and more. In a car at 70 mph it'll take you less than an hour. And what about folks who have to drive a car for work/to work? Work in a place 15 miles into the mountains and no bus or trains gonna get you there. Drive a your own truck to make deliveries? Motor breakdowns and gas prices aren't going to help.
  16. That is absoultly true. My dad got a new laptop and it came with Vista. So he let me play on it once and I was trying to find the control pannel to change some of the Display settings. Once I found it, it told me to pick a category. I was "WTF? Where's my Display monitor picture damnit!" Damn, Microsoft, leave the easy-to-do crap to Apple.
  17. Oh shut the hell up. I'll let you know the Los Angeles Metropolitarian Area has a horrible public transit system that is in no way useful to 80% of the people living here. You NEED a car here. Back on-topic...reminds me of my dad's truck. The big 18-wheelers mind you. It broke down constantly in the brakes, engine, and AC systems. The worse part is we needed that thing up and running since it was his job. Sometimes I suspect mechanics purposely screw you over to get more money from you later. #-o
  18. Its not your computer controlling skills, its the fact that Mircosoft and Apple WANT you to buy their crap and make their computers deny and block stuff and make your life a headache unless you know the way around. With each version being more and more anti-piratery (Win95,XP, Vista) its more and more difficult for the common person to change their computer.

Flags symbolize something behind them, weither it be a organization or a government. And since I disagree heavily on the US government (and most modern government in general) anyone can burn the American flag for all I care.
  20. -.- WTF, no freaking way you are running it lag free. My laptop is 10X better then your computer and I get FPS problems all the time. BULL. In any case, you can't 'change servers' like you can in Runescape. All characters are on specific servers. But if you want to go to another server to start new characters, there is a button at the top on the right of the character selection screen to change. If you are in America, unless you have friends you want to play with, go play on Burning Blade and make a horde character :P It's probably because there's nothing graphics-intense when you first start out. Heh true...My first time in Shattrath... oh god. :wall:
  21. At least he interacts with the audience more. Not like those old men from the investors leauge.
  22. Does it even say what's its used for...? :| My worst has to be car commericals. "Whoo I'm driving up a skyscraper in my black SVU. Ima try this irl!"
  23. I have to object. If one my friends asked what I did this weekend, and I said I played Halo for 20 hours, he would just be like "HOLY [cabbage] MAN! WHAT THE HELL????" Now if I told him I played runescape for 5 hours, he would be like "Dude that game sucks. I hate you just for playing it". Meaning to take a joke or ignore them. You need some new friends. And some confidence. No seriously. They wouldn't stop being my friends for playing it. But they would probably try to make fun of me for it, just like anybody else would do. And what do you mean I need some confidence? Meaning that you can take a joke or ignore 'em.

I hate wearing those hard-clothes jeans. I like the softer ones and those dress pants from Dockers. They're called something else but I forgot. Those pants are damn comfortable though.
  25. The emo-banning is harlious! But the idea of banning music, is not. :( I would type more, but eh. I'm in a good mood and don't wanna think too much.
