I feel no sympohny for the girl. Not an ounce. Teenagers today create so many unnessary problems its rediculious. So what if a guy is verbally abusing you? When you say Mod, you do mean a Jagex Mod, correct? I don't really see the point of this. A J-Mod giving out stuff he created? Kinda pointless...and the lag due to the amount of people will be horrible. :(

that is, most definately, one of THE most naive (spelling?) posts ive seen in along time if you hadnt noticed, most of the skills in the game are skills that arent combat related.. combat skills = att str def hp pray range mage = 7 skills 23 skills total. alot more skill than combats so yeah, showing total is a good idea. maybe show both? Those are the ones that affect combat directly. You forget about food, which needs the fishing and/or cooking skill. Also, potions can help you so put the Herblore skill in. If you need armour then you'll need smithing and mining to get the ores...you get my drift. I believe the game is mostly/oringally combat based and should stay that way. Besides, if we put this then the new 'noobs' will be the guys with a low skill level. Then we'll want to show our combat levels and the process repeats itself.

I barely play RuneScape anymore, but I do read TIF pretty often.

RuneScape membership costs less in a month than 1 Big Mac meal does in a fast food restaurant. It isn't exactly a great financial sacrifice for any age, given your family is already wealthy enough to provide you with internet access which costs $10-$50 a month. You'd pay $10 for a movie ticket worth 2 hours of fun, but not $0.16 a day for premium in a game you like to play daily or at least many times a week? If you really want to pay for premium, you can buy Visa gift cards legally at any age (I think at least in the US). Or if you have a cellphone, use the PayByPhone option and ask your parents for permission so they don't get a surprise when the bill arrives :) It's not about the money. It's about the huge amount of time some people play this game. And generally, members will spend more time playing this game than non members. If an adult chooses the spend a huge amount of time on it, then - either smart or not - I accept his decision. However, a kid could easily think much more about the fun than its responsibilities at school. And that could be a decision he will regret a lot some years later. Oh, c'mon don't give me this BS. A kid can easily play a lot of something else than RuneScape. If he can't play RS he'll play Wow, Halo, watch TV...anything else. Kids will not study if they can't play games. They will do other entertaining things.

I give a congratulations to succesfull lurers and the first type of backstabbers. If you go into the wilderness with items and money you are saying "I want to die." Period. Joining a guy who you just met to join forces in the most dangerious lawless place of RuneScape, you're saying "I want to die." Period. Then theres the second type of backstabber that you do know well, such as a clan member or friend. After your 10th clan war with them, and on the 11th they kill you, then they can never be trusted again.

You theres this...thing, that like, is called ignoring something. I mean like, not the Ignore list but you could also use that, but we humans have this other thing called ignoring. We all have it, so don't say you dont. So um, use it?

It'll be very hard on Jagex part to distribute it. 50 in every store, in every location...

Well if the girl follows her punishments then I don't think rules are going to change... You must take action, especially against such idiotic unreasonable rules like these, in order to change or hpe to change them. Going back to the school board's policies...its crap.

I do agree with the modern system corupted and what not, but his ideas of revolutions are going to fail. They will eventually become what they fought against.

English in all its forms, Spanish in speaking, reading, not so much writing though. Currently in my second year of French too, so it's very basic.
