It is. There's two types of (unofficial) game modes, similar to Minecraft if you know of it: Vanilla/Mayor-mode: Play as the mayor and build your city thru budgeting, planning, and time. You'll need to "play" the game: attract residents, build infrastructure, make your subjects happy, promote wealthier residents/businesses, etc. Creative: Build whatever, whenever, free, instantly. This is like the SC2K Urban Renewal Kit if you've ever used it. Problem is, to get to the "creative mode" you need to get mods. Mods that make all buildings ploppable, infinite money, no resident needs, etc., so you can just focus on designing your metropolis. ---- I've lost track on what I said what I bought so far, so I'll make a list: Half Life Collection......Late to the party on this, never played any Half Life. Haven't played it yet. Sleeping Dogs......Entertaining but feels too similar to GTA4. For $6 it's still a bargain. Not done with it yet, still in the beginning. Deux Ex: Human Revolution...Another late to the party. Haven't played it yet. Borderlands 2......Great fun. Gunzerking is the best! Definitely waiting for Kebal Space Program to go for 75%, hell I'll buy it at 50% at this rate.
