There will be more solo pkers grouped in more worlds. This is good for small clans (10 to 30 people) at barbs & falador. Hopefully a general rule of thumb that larger clans can agree on is to stay in the wild and not come storming down on Barb/Falador too often. Anyways we'll see larger masser clans really, and probably more run-ins.

To be honest, the skillers really do need to make weapons for rangers, and magic users more so than for meleers. Level 4 bows or 4 spells are a must to defend our resources to be honest. Is fun to have over 200 hatchets, pickaxes and such, but have most of the other team killing off our collectors!

If jagex doesn't release anything similar to the Gs's or Bandos armour, which as Mercifull said, are expensive, but they are indeed extremely useful. Partyhats are only expensive. There's no reason to buy them anymore, as a Godsword fulfills the purpose of 'showing off', 'looking cool' and being useful. If Jagex doesn't release anything like the GS's or such in the next few months, partyhats will probably still go down, but it will slow, or go back up a bit. But that could take in till April for the mass amounts of people wanting GS's to die down.

The armour, or weapons aren't even part of the majority of the game, they are like...15%, if that of what the game is for. Just cause your ridiculous addiction to combat isn't sufficied doesn't mean it's a fail. This is a mini-game purely for skillers, and you combaters just got lucky to be able to fight in there. This mini-game doesn't need the combat variant, but it does make things a bit more interesting. Right now it's fine how it is, as combat isn't overpowering anything at the moment, everything in there is quite balanced, so no way of playing the mini-game as of yet is the one to do to get mass amounts of points. Skilling FTW!

More physical punishment of some kind. Whether it's making students pick up garbage for a whole month at lunch and after school, or basically just going back to the ruler. Kids have no respect, nor discipline towards teachers or other authority figures in a school. Disrespecting other students, or using vulgar language should be banned. Once that is accomplished move onto making everything hands on based, with little bits of reading unless necessary. English > Instead of reading the books/writing essays, let students act it out, or perform the essay verbally, not just handing it in. Science > Labs, labs, labs. Let kids know that they can be comfortable with chemicals and equipment. Let them see the reactions with elements or substances. Gym > lol different sport every week and such History > Go to museums, or exihibits, let children watch videos regarding history instead of the teacher just talking...then assigning homework. Let the teacher explain, not teach, but explain why they used this or that, and why they made this or that decision. Just some examples.

I just hope Jagex will say that it will be the 150th quest, or this November quest is indeed the update, just so I don't have to see 5+ threads every week about speculation & faulty resources.

YouTube has a new program that goes and scans videos for identical or similar audio files in an upload. If one matches it blocks it because third parties have said to block this ,and YouTube wants to keep these third parties happy. That's why they get blocked on upload. Then again gaming videos are a very high copyright infringement hotspot, so really you have a good 10 people just searching through gaming videos to find copyrighted music. Though YouTube doesn't do much if you appeal it, but enable your video again.

Yeah it works with any detail. Any suggestions to improve screen real-estate? Maybe a resizable menu? Or allow the IRC to be hidden, with a - and + sign kind of thing.

Doesn't EA have support for this? I'm pretty sure it would be much better if you had posted it there.

2 hours or so away from Toronto, right under Lake Ontario in the escarpment if anyone knows about that. Canada isn't that cold or how people make it out to be. Quebec and the northern territories are of course cold. But Ontario is the warmest, which is where I live and Toronto is apparently the largest city is, so Canada is technically not cold. Canada is cold from October to the end of March with snow. I was just making a joke about our weather around the Great Lakes. I wasn't speaking of all of the geo of Canada, but more or less around Toronto, near the lakes. The great lakes put moisture out which makes it even colder than it will become in Alberta/Manitoba. We won't get as much snow, but it will be colder here in Ontario. -15 in Manitoba is like -25 in Southern Ontario because of the lakes (Not wind chill). That's what I'm getting at, and saying why Canada isn't cold. I was hoping people wouldn't take my Canada as in all of Canada but as in the Great Lakes area, where almost(is it 1/3s or 2/3s now?) everyone lives anyways. Yea it's a very bad joke/pun/regional hilarity, but I laughed, so it worked. -.- Fake Canadian? Pfft.

I always laugh when I think of Canadian weather because it reminds me of how stupid Scottish people can be. Who in their right minds would leave one cold country like mine to go and emigrate to an even colder country like Canada, they must have been mad lol. Canada isn't cold, just wet...which makes it torture. But we're not cold. honestly if you don't live within the Great Lakes (Or any lake that can have an influence in the moisture), you have nothing to complain about, about cold, lol.

I don't quite see how a GP system would lead to abuse. I do see how an XP system would lead to abuse, and thats why it shouldn't be considered, but a GP-to-store system isn't really that bad of an idea. The only problem that would be difficult in doing a GP/Store system is filling the store with useful things that are useful but not enough that Tip.It would have to go so far out of it's way to prevent people just copying/sharing the content in there. Custom Usertitles solves this, but that's only one item, not 20-30 items. Sure you could make it 5 user titles that are pre-named, and not include a custom one, but that lowers the quality on what the item is and how much it would be wanted. Also because it's about 7 to 1 who actually want this or can see how it can work, I'm not really motivated to put more in than this.

That's being ignorant. To be honest handing out certain things to those that have been here from 2005/2004 and such isn't that bad of an idea, as long as those items handed out can't be used to say 'I'm better than you'. Most people just think that handing stuff out would lead to this, and it generally does, but I'll leave the deep thinking to the rest of Tip.It on how to get around the issue of 'elitist attitudes'.

Hmm, Jagex did post (several months ago) about raising the Level 99 cap because RS2's ways of training are "much faster and easier", so possibly we'll get a lift to say 150? Yet some skills like slayer, or Farming take many months, if not years for the majority to get to 99. So I don't see how 150 would become the universal max level. I don't think we'll see an increase in the level cap for quite some time. I do think though that Jagex will make it difficult to smith items at level 99, like you need do have done this part of the quest, but you need to do these 2 to 10 things to make one of the items. Something like dragon shouldn't be able to be mass produced, and it should be expensive materials to make dragon, as well as time consuming to make dragon.

Can I get the specs to your computer? Those graphix are quite impressive. That's got to be the sharpest looking pics I've ever seen. I use Gadwin printscreen, so thats why it's good quality. If I'm mistaken then my gfx card is a Nvidia 7350 LE. Which is quite crappy for anything more than runescape. All settings are on high though. But yea, Gadwin totally pwns.
