  1. So many things 'could' potentially happen with this PvP update and people are still ignorant enough to have no interest in it. >.>
  2. They're probably hidden content inaccessible to us. Or there so players make topics like these for us to speculate over nothing but forms ideas & interesting storylines for Jagex to use in-game.
  3. InkofDeath replied to Caxis's topic in Off-Topic
You lost? So there is a god...
  4. Nadril's getting E-Fame, actually it reminds me of that guy at E3 who said that he was one of the first to get an item on his server, which was quite funny.
  5. Now if only this knowledge couldb e used so that links posted in posts/topics are opened in a new window/tab... :-#
  6. I'm kind of laughing at the 'one word post' and the 'reserved' thing, way too funny, woot go Tip.It's pride & respectfulness! Anyways I enjoyed the article but it was only clarifying what I already knew. Sure it's nice to actually get a better grasp on the concept but the topic was known. Article was well written and well worded though. I enjoyed reading it a lot. Hopefully Jagex doesn't see this and think 'So monster killing is too high, let's make it less profitable for monster killers'..Dang that would really screw up the economy, lol.
  7. Short prep. It adds to the excitement especially when you know you'll be getting somewhat equal opts anyways. : Then again long preps are nice when pulling 50 or 80 members, to see how well your clan can go with such numbers.
  8. I really hope that the level ranges are like 1, 2, 3, 4,..10, 11, 12...etc. Will make such a difference and much more enjoyable for everyone. Then again I wouldn't mind a thing where certain areas are just say 10-25, or 30-35, or 50 to 65 in level ranges, but inside of these areas the level ranges differ with each set of squares or so. Very interesting to speculate but too much of a headache.
  9. 40, or 60 attack. Any strength Req. Any Magic Req. Any Range Req. Any Prayer Req. - 10 defense. Variables that may affect if they are accepted into any clan: - Summoning level - Attack level - Prayer level - Combat level *With new pvp worlds and level ranges combat will be significant once again. That is just how I classify what a pure clan is or what should be accepted to keep what a pure really is. Nowadays if you have under 25 defense and a 90+ stat your in. Ridiculous yes. ----- Pures are specialized runescape attacks undermining the combat system. Barrows or rune pures are the same concept, just different, so different that it's the same distance as a pure is from a main. A clan with a 20-40 def req isn't a pure clan but a RUNE pure clan, same with a 70 def req clan, it's a barrow pure clan not a pure clan. In about 2 months if the level ranges are 1,2,3...etc as they were before, we'll see a lot of pure clans going back to the -15 defense reqs and being very mean to those above 85+ combat in F2P, and those over 97ish in P2P. Level ranges in my mind are going to kill clans or split clans up.
  10. Review of your warring skills individually (Hugging, Piling, Calling Names...etc) If you pass that we look at your activity & personality towards members & officials. If you pass those we look at how much time you've been in the clan in good terms, around 5 months minimum but not uncommon for it to be at 9 months. For veteran member, or similar.
  11. Wait one & a half month from now when Rune armour & weapons go through the roof. And if you invest now, you're going to make a very small profit %.
  12. Wait is someone trying to put manners on the internet... :ohnoes: But definitely the FFA arenas have a good impact as well. Instead of food for the safe FFA arenas your using strength pots more so than food, so you buy 20 strength pots and maybe 3 lobbs in F2P.
  13. They did a pretty large update to it, Black Market, little tweaks to experiences and voice-overs. Honestly it's the best one so far and with Sand Hog coming..But yea they had login issues with mass amounts of people trying to connect to the servers all at once. But even if it's still dead having it in here will prevent another topic of it being created, and topics really don't die in here anyways, as look at the Mechscape thread, or the minimal amount of pages in here.
  14. I wouldn't mind using a lightsabre on the Tzhaar to be honest... But I hope it's not a SciFi version of Runescape, or similar to Runescape in any way. Hopefully it has it's own unique storyline, that has it's own unique sense of humour that isn't the same as Runescapes British humour like Ponty Python references everywhere. Regardless I trust Jagex in making a good MMO, so Mechscape is probably going to be aimed at attracting the audience that Runescape doesn't attract because of Runescape being a fantasy MMO, not a SciFi one, and how male oriented it is, compared to what Mechscape could be targeted towards females. Oh well, we'll find out in 3-6 months.
  15. The fruition of my sorting troubles : Lol, Awesome job Errdoth. Will this get incorporated in the FF add-on tool thing?
  16. Maybe you have too many anti-virus or anti-malware protectors or whatever running at the same time, or programs you've downloaded are just being labeled as viruses.
  17. maybe because theres the playstation 3 now, and the xbox 360 and the wii, i think they should keep making them though the only PS2 games i see advertised are like Buzz and Singstar and movie games Expenses and general views of each console individually is why the Ps2 is still a great hit.
  18. We winned this. But seriously, good job to the community, but this isn't that big of a thing, but still nice to hear about.
  19. To be honest this was always the hard part, applying your knowledge. Even though you know what you need to know, it's only going to come to life and thrive if what you're using it for has a concept. I just can't wrap my head around anything I'd like to construct from JScript or CSS. Sure loads of ideas, but it's mind-boggling to try and get it altogether. Lack of ideas of what to make the site as or for is hard for me. I also can't waste my time just practicing doing individual scripts as that's not very helpful when you have 30 different scripts interacting with each other. =/
  20. viewtopic.php?f=151&t=756841 Add? Only if you love me though. But this is nice, I actually found a thread I was looking for, lol.
  21. Sounds like a decent update though I don't play. So I don't know the needs/wants currently, but from an outside view, it looks like a promising way to update a game in the first weeks of launch.
  22. The street is the economy, and before Dec. 10th. 07. we were holding hands in that respective. But on a personal level it's the same as well. Only the immature skillers/pkers are going to make fun of another type of character in runescape. The mature and established players of Runescape don't see people as different types of characters, but as friends. It may sound all lovey duffy but it's the truce. If someone gets mad, or insults for no reason over such trivial things, just forget about them, they aren't worth knowing or getting muted for. Learn this and then you'll find out that no one of each group is really bad.
  23. I'm just going to go and fry my hand until I realize reality. :wall:
  24. He's my RuneScape hero. <3 But I'm not surprised from this update, but I'd much rather have preferred a bank. Oh well there's more meaning to dangerous clan wars now than before.
  25. You'd think Jagex was smart enough to realize it's own mistakes. Oh well Jagex has always failed at it's own economy, or much rather understanding it.
