Full Completionist Cape Requirement List (Including Trim. Reqs)
As far as i see it right now, the trimmed cape doesn't require you to complete everything in the game, so removing cw veteran req wouldn't change much. As for the cw req itself, firstly, cw has been around longer than any other minigame and has had REALLLY high requirement rewards from the start, so that is basically the only reason people would have gone that far in the first place, so the requirement is basically artificial. If they wanted to keep things balanced they wouldn't have had rewards for 100+ hours at cw in the first place, and by doing so they've created the situation whereby MOST of the trim requirement is down to ONE minigame, and weather people like it or not, they HAVE to nolife it to get there. Where as the other minigame requirements are similar to getting 99s in skills, cw is about getting 200m, and this makes no sense to me(either have all at 99 or all at 200m, just don't make a mess of this).

Full Completionist Cape Requirement List (Including Trim. Reqs)
The question really isn't if it's completing the game or not- i'm fairly sure castle wars doesn't own a partyhat set and a cracker, or many other things that many would say are needed for completing the game. The point is, as it stands now, cw is left alone with this ridiculous requirement- going forward, does any of the people supporting 2k hour cw req also support 2k hour MA, BA and conquest requirements? I just can't see how anyone could support one but not the other. CW veteran cape was added very recently, so the other similar requirements are not completely out of the question(think among the lines of 20k MA, 1k Queen kills and 20k conquest rank).

Yes, and it's LESS than 2000 hours of MA... Why do we have to play 2k hours of one minigame but only 2(conquest)-35(MA) hours of all the others? Castle Wars seems more popular then MA/Conquest. Nothing stopping Jagex from adding higher rewards for both of those like they did with Castle Wars when they updated it. Agreed. If they did add an MA reward at 10k points, then they probably could make it a requirement. But there isn't, so it isn't. The CW requirement is VERY recent aswell so... there is nothing stopping them from adding ridiculous veteran requirements to all minigames, question is, does that make sense? The logic is, either add vet reqs to all minigames or don't add them to the comp reqs, just be consistent about it, cw is nothing special.

This. To everyone who is saying "omg 5000 cw games shouldn't be a requirement", well, why the hell didn't you complain so much when they updated the Castle Wars rewards months ago? How come not nearly as big of a outcry was heard along the lines of "why is there such a high-tier reward for CW?". If you cared so much about people no-lifing CW, why rant now, months after when it was appropriate? Because this time the cape is better? That's hypocrisy, and besides there's really no sympathy if you care about something only when it affects you. Well damnit, now that it's part of the game, you can't be a completionist of the game until you get it. Too bad, too sad. Because it's inconsistent. Either add veteran requirements to all minigames or not add them into the cape, as simple as that. Right now, trimmed completeionist is basically for cw vets, and that is in no way fair to people who like any other minigame. 20k MA rank would be a stupid requirement, but at the same time, if added to the game, would that be OK?

Third Bind Guide and/or Discussion.
The problem for me is that whatever they do decide should not be possible to be done quickly, otherwise it would just benefit rushers, not golvelliusers(i seriously have no idea what to even call spending 2 hours in a dungeon doing....well, something).

Cheesy, i think it's quite confusing for you to teach keying when there actually isn't 100% general and accepted knowledge on something. Such is the case on carrying ggs. I have seen very different methods of how to do it, and atleast to me, it seems carrying the ggs most of the time is best in achieving lowest times(and, to the extreme, you should only drop ggs when there are 3 active gds). Ofcource, keyers are different and it all, too, depends on the quality of the team, thus why not carrying the ggs can be considered good in some cases.

That huge increase might just aswell work in our favor, just depends on how jagex goes about doing it. Remember, if they give dungeoneering xp for killing monsters or training skills then we will still have the edge. Also, even right now, the very fastest dungeons do not equate to fastest possible experience, so i can't see the update changing that much.

As far as i'd seen and dungeoneered with chicken, he didn't seem to have the right attitude for the clan. As far as how this has panned out right now, particularly considering there is no detail to what he did or how he excuses himself, instead trying to show the clan in a negative light, allegedly for information he could have gotten in much more appropriate methods(and for the reference, this thread has NEVER bee for complaints of any matter), I feel as though this should definitely considered when formulating the length of the ban(as none of the behavior or attitude seems on par with what you'd expect from a dgs member, particularly on the willingness to learn front).

A plate doesn't make you eat less, it just means you can afk floors and care about damage less. The only time i've done floors with 3bo with couple of toads friends all of them took atleast twice as much food as i did, even though they had the plates. I only died once for the 2 floors. The fact of the matter is, plate, though can be learned to use well(you should never, under any circumstance take food with plate, for example), is a waste of a bind that would be better spent by learning advanced pvm techniques and actually speeding up floors with superior dps. Even for keyers, rather than trying to tank stuff you should learn how to negate damage completely, and in most cases, the damage you do take wouldn't be erased with a plate. Less effort =/= better bind.

I'm fairly sure it works like div/ely, but regardless of that it's just not worth using considering how much dps you lose and the fact that gatherer would usually absorb more damage and crucially deaths(constant damage has little ko potential while doors have high hits). Really, great keying with great teams isn't done by alot of armor, loads of food and damage absorption but by having 5 people competent enough to clear the floor by themselves with maximum DPS. Thus, even as a keyer, having law or defensive binds can be seen as being selfish.

I am offend. Celesial Cata. is dropped by Cursebearer, right? I wonder if it would be worth doing low abandons to hunt for one. As cursebearer has his own floors(i think like 15-17) it's best to do c6 smalls on those floors for one. Just pop in to dgs and you should have a staff hunt team in no time(charlie got his after like 7 seconds of asking).

And i should understand who was keying from you twice saying they were(first time when you first brought up the subject) and once saying you were? It seems more like you wanted to be keying, but because they obviously didn't care for what you wanted you resorted to act like a small child. Get your story straight, but whatever you may say, what you did was inexcusable under any circumstance.

If you play efficiently enough maxing an account(apart from 120 dungeoneering perhaps, that's around 400 hours on it's own) would take less than 2000 hours ingame time. So yeah, the trim requirements right now are about on par with maxing another account, mainly because of the cw requirement.

Making mage armor= REALLY slow, so the max mage bonus you can possibly test at is ccs+csb+neck+hood, which adds up to around 40, and i don't think that would be anywhere near enough. You also have to always supply enough fire runes to be effective, which can become a problem.

That explanation makes you even more of a bleep, to be honest. You showed everyone what w117 is about and how the 5 one man team system works there. For your knowledge- keyer is god. You are supposed to do everything they ask unless you really know better, and you wouldn't as you dungeoneer on w117. All of what you've said just chronicles how bad of a teammate you are and how little you understand about the etiquette of dungeoneering.

Says you. I would rather get 200m rc than that, really(and no, i've never even considered getting trimmed cape myself, although normal comp isn't far-fetched at all). I've considered max/comp cape as well...runecrafting is the major reason I won't. And CW will be the major obstacle for trim, although with no good reason(5k cw games = 10x 99 rc).

Having your rank chiseled in the hiscores can be considered just as much of a reward as the cw cape- afterall, 99 doesn't mean you've completed the skill- you can still go on until 200m, at which point you can no longer gain experience in the skill- you've COMPLETED it. Scroll of cleansing doesn't have a reward for buying it, yet it's still a requirement. By your standards, working really long to get a Christmas cracker should be a requirement too(it too takes ridiculously much time and at the end you get one of the rarest items in game). Also, the major argument against 5k cw games isn't that there would be no award for that, but that it's really inconsistent to all other minigames. There is no veterans MA armor set at 20k rank, there is no veterans conquest cape at 100k conquest rank and there is certainly nothing at 100k FoG rank, so please, tell me a reason cw should have a ridiculous veterans reward and NONE of the other minigames do? Unless you can answer that, the 5k cw games will forever be unreasonable(unless they add similarly ridiculous requirements for other minigames, that is).

Full Completionist Cape Requirement List (Including Trim. Reqs)
The 5k cw cape was only made because jagex knew there already were some cw crazies. It makes absolutely no sense for the requirement of one minigame to be soooo much larger than for the other ones- it's just inconsistent. And as far as completing the game, i'd guess there are alot of people who don't believe anything below 5b xp is really completing the game, and while that would be a ridiculous requirement, so is 5k cw games(that's only one minigame, but takes as much time as 200m in a skill at 100k an hour, only 1-2 skills being under that currently). Anyone who argues for 5k cw games should also agree with 200m in agility, fishing, woodcutting or mining requirement for it to make any sense.
