  1. Uh... no... Have you ever alched? there is a difference between alching and alching while fishing. You need to re-click the fishing spot every time you alch a fish. Edit: Apparently, they've recently changed fishing so that you do continue fishing a little after you low alch, but it seemed slower to me than reclicking. Nevertheless, no, such fishing would not be botting.
  2. If you are tanking melee, use hide. If you are tanking mage, use karils. as simple as that. Corp is mage.
  3. You need atleast 5 click actions for this so unless you actually click 5 times for every fish, you are botting(spell-fish-move-fish-move).
  4. H&A. Karil is worth it depending on if you need the magic defense or not(yes waterfiends, no frosts).
  5. AFAIK, of the bosses you'd actually do (ABD and up), Shadowforger is the only boss where a rapier outhits a 2h. Actually, all ragered bosses are primal rapier territory, plus flesh is ridiculously weak to stab. As for what you should do, enter gd's with the plan on killing monsters weak to you first(depending on having a hex on the team this may change somewhat), then low def, and then decide to either mage or 2h the rest of the gd(either ghosts/fire giants or forgotten rangers and skeles). I would give more specific guidelines but it varies alot depending on if you have a hex on your team(if you don't then you enter with 2h and kill mages/necros first).
  6. Team was good? apart from the obvious bind/armormaking problems, you have 21 more food than you'll ever need, particularly with all that armor. Alot of people rage over 30 minute dungeons, an hour, even with skilling means that there were 5 1 man teams not a 5 man team.
  7. I think foots rate of 140k was with d axe, but not 100% sure. The fishing rate would require ridiculous attention levels and would in all likelihood be unachievable for longer than an hour-2 hours every day. Barb with low alchs should be the preferred attention method(and yeah, i forgot urns for fishing). The major problem i have with using those rates for the skills is that in all likelyhood, as we have had some of the top players talk about it here, is that they won't be paying 100% attention and sometimes prefer using the afk methods, thus it would make sense to use 90% of the rates for max xp method and combine it with the respective afk method(ivy, rocktails) to find what is actually achievable. Other than that, the skilling ladders wc and fish contests will be fun
  8. OHHHH..... can i kill myself now? I can't buymyself a hex if my life depended on it, but a 95 dg nub gets one because noone else wants one... Inb4 he ROLs on kalger  +1 month to my dg slump(yeah, there have been like 5-6 hex drops in dgs after i got 107 dg).

cave crawlers with overloads, turmoil, rapier(long is possibly as good), steel titan and cannon. Max KPH is up to 850 and the droprate around 1/650. There is an effigyscape guide in the AOW section.
  10. c2 woodcutting is faster than c2 fishing. Woodcutting and fishing outside of daemonheim are 140k and 90k max, respectively.
  11. O wat? Greens, i might be writing some guidelines for you when i'm not so busy(=today-never).

The workshop, atleast for ceremonial swords is fast xp but terrible gp/xp, so i don't think you'll find anything from there looking for balance.
  13. 100% you don't lose your binds. All binds that are members only items won't show up if you go into a f2p dungeon.
  14. Coincidence, yes. Squab, over 99 prayer/summoning req don't exist. Max for potable levels is 105(94+strong pot). As for dging with a high total, it's great if you key as you'll be able to do all the main path doors(assuming you have all highest levels in the dungeon)plus most of the bonus reqs without boost and somewhat complicated if you DPS, meaning you'll have to work harder to not hurt the team(which you will, but it can be reduced to a minimum). Me and mike(trollgazer) have alot of experience in dpsing with a high total so if you have any specific questions, just ask.
  15. Th point was to say what bind are better for the team, not overall better. Sure, hex or neck are the best dps 3rd binds, but considering dgs already has ~10 hexes and ~12 necks, cele staves and rapiers would be very welcome as addition to the higher leveled teams(where there are already 2-3 hexes per team, sometimes even 4).
  16. Or you can still tank the room alone. There are actually very few real rape puzzle rooms that someone with no armor can't do with proper combat mechanics.
  17. staff....MAYBE prom rapier. Would really need a neck tbh.
  18. Pro binds. No binds only. Should go to dung smith and ask for a marmarous maul
  19. Gaunts are only an option with 99 def. Right now i'd rank 3rd binds for dgs as: Cele cat > primal rapier > blood necklace > primal gauntlets > primal platebody
  20. I don't think the pictures on the thread well represent the average- 90% or more are keyers who have platebodies anyway or just people who enjoy hero keying and don't give a rats *** about deaths(Tui  ). DGS only has guidelines for DPS/wingmen binds, as it's clear that clearing gd's with 4 people isn't particularly dangerous and higher DPS is of critical importance. Platebodies are looked down upon as they are very selfish binds and hardly help the team at all(it's rare to see food be scarce for anyone but the keyer). Thus we have spend long time testing and calculating combinations of binds that actually benefit the team, while don't hurt the player much(only hurts them if they are unwilling to learn smart combat mechanics). It also doesn't help that 3bo is ignorant about new things for dungeoneering, and the recent change of desperado(which most if not all 3bo hexers were using) clearly proves that point. It's funny how you so clearly admit that there are rubbish dungeoneers in 3bo and they do nothing about it, as it was something acceptable. DGS actually works on educating people and thus none of our higher(105+) is rubbish, and most are very, very good. I agree that the cream of the crop of 3bo(or rather 4bo) is better than the top of DGS, but the difference isn't significant and considering we accept people of all dungeoneering levels adds for a friendly and accepting community within the clan.
  21. Numba un clna in rs@@@@@@222 Stfu nub and get a plate for more body odor.... It's terrible enough that they never think for themselves, but having this low standards is just dreadful.
  22. The funny think about it is you not understanding it's not a joke. Using tog and penguins for low level dungeoneering is the most efficient method of leveling the skill as you can only realistically start doing large dungeons at level 60+, and solo xp is terrible. I think the funniest thing about all this is that the guide that wins will be catastrophically terrible and useless for real dungeoneering purposes, which will further the demise of w117 dungeoneering. Great idea, jagex.
  23. I won't win, but atleast my guide will be useful. Managed exactly one A4 page
  24. This thread really has some bad advice all around(apart from blind) so yeah... Use overloads. If they cost too much, use extremes and pot as frequently as you can afford. Generally it's efficient to pot every 5 levels, potting lower than 118 is a waste(assuming 99 stats).
  25. Yeah...really...up until 33 you should have done 0 dungeons- it's all tears, peng points and resource dungeon xp.
