How can you criticize them when Lep so obviously worked his hardest to break the game in order to show them in bad light? Three people for QA and 20 people to fix/use the coffeemaker is obviously better than 23 QA workers without coffee!

Summoning
I think summoning is at a REALLY low priority for new content atm. The skill has alot of useful stuff for all levels, where as there are skills that have nothing for almost all levels. If anything, the next summoning update should be with 120 skills(if it's ever done, and if it's partially done summoning should be one of them) to allow for better titans.

As i've said to you time and again, it's not that easy if you have a rager(which you should). With only 1-2 people with ragers on first form, those players will be targeted heavily and flesh will switch between ragers and you, so all that melee prayer stuff goes out of the window- you will likely be dealing with one form on 500s no matter what and just hope people do high enough damage for you to survive. This is not a problem when the team gets 3-5 ragers(which they always should) and can share all the damage equally and not worry about melee prayer at all, but the effect of ragers can't be underestimated, and with a low level summoning/mining it's understandable that you'd not know this stuff. The method is to do TF@@@@@@(45-47 rows) and have trio less than 5% of the time.

Overloads
After 5 minutes you no longer get the boost every 15 seconds and your stats go down to your base level(not 100% sure, but i'm 100% sure you will not have any boost over base stats after the 5 minutes is over).

That's not true actually, before class rings, the spear would have been one of the considerations. Without class rings, it would be between spear and 2h. Without a ring backing it up, the rapier isn't as good iirc. Unless tests today have proven otherwise, I just always remember the serious dungers going back and forth between 2h and spears. I don't remember people at all using 2h's before class rings- having all 3 combat classes and with no mage availability was just too valuable, while the dps was actually basically the same for reasonable def monsters. The max floors also were abandoneds, so the styles used weren't so biased for slash and crush.

TIF is bit over-moderated
The suggestion is to remove some or all of the emphasis from reports to allow for a more balanced system. If that isn't applicable, then add something to the report system like it is in rs- if you report things that don't actually break any rules you also get into a risk of receiving warnings or being banned- that way people wouldn't bother excessively reporting people for calling them a coward or saying what they do is rubbish. The point is, arguing with a tif mod should be like arguing with any other random member, but that it really isn't is proof of this overmoderation. Das actually is a great mod in that you can have heated arguments with him without being in a higher risk of a ban.

TIF is bit over-moderated
The point is that i don't see the point of reporting as there is no way a blob of text can hurt me, but that doesn't mean when i use a similar style that i myself won't get reported. If the system isn't balanced, why have one in the first place?(the majority of moderating can't be based on reports because of this, and there has to be more human interference in the system) Apparently, as it turns out, flaming is a good thing if done against someone who has the balls to take it, but only bad when used against wannabe-mods and softies.
-
TIF is bit over-moderated
I somewhat agree, but i think the it's not really over-moderation but rather stupid-moderation in that they rely heavily on user reports in making judgment about moderation- i see blatant flaming frequently that goes completely unnoticed because it's not directed at some fairy queens, while making impersonal and humorous jokes about some softy means a forum ban. Just look at this topic: someone expressed their opinion in the way of a rant, two mods made up quite bs replies that missed most of the points the op was trying to make and the a third one comes in and says: ''Over moderated? Well watch this!'' and does his BS move. Don't get me wrong, some of the moderators do their job in passion and well, but some just seem genuinely corrupt. Oh, and yes, i'm still assuming this is a rant. I have no idea how anyone can even think of making a rant into a suggestion thread. That's a stupid idea.

Dungeonsweepers (DGS) - Huge changes; read first post.
Uhm, high level dungeoneers have to group together weather this competition exists or not, and this really only affects the fair few we have with 58-60 prestige, who would have to do 3-4 of their highest floors together, that they'd be doing anyway. As far as the majority of the clan is concerned, they would still have all the reasonable dungeons undone and do them with other members(though not many with -89 dungeoneers).

It's both. When a skill war happens, each clan chooses a skill they feel they can do well in, and there's a skill of the week. There are a LOT of skills that involve seeing which clan will spend the most money to win, notable among them herblore and construction. Then there's the which clan has more 99/120s skills, like dungeoneering, mining, woodcutting, etc. The whole thing seems pretty silly to me- no skill besides dungeoneering takes enough real strategy or thought to be an interesting competition, and you aren't competitive in dungeoneering unless you're 120 and have your top floors open. Every other skill is a mix of spending cash and trying to pull off pixel perfect clicking for an hour in a skill you've already maxed. The competition is about efficient training, and the fair few on these boards/clan are big fans of this. Ditto. I see nothing weird.

A Possible Actually Useful Use for Vengeance Group!
Correct be if i'm wrong but disruption shield basically doesn't at all work against claws(it would negate the first hit, but you can still do the same amount of damage if you hit on the 2nd or 3rd hit) so it's only KS and AGS which are really affected by this, and not everyone needs protection from those. It's useless against bosses. It would have been useful for dungeoneering(tanking high damaging special attacks) but unfortunately, it can't be used there.

2.5 DKs.
I would advise against any sort of range weapons/armor if you are using a cannon anyway. With a decent spawnrate this will actually increase your killing speed, though it will make soul split flashing somewhat more difficult. Also, elite fremennik sea boots would be great to have there.

So i was correct about this being vengeance group not group vengeance. Glad to hear, it's useless(for me anyway, and most of what people deal with every day).

99 efficrafting
Haven't posted much of anything here lately but i finally reached a goal i can be proud of. Only 87 of those levels were reached by actual runecrafting, so it would be humorous to even call it that. I've only done penguins when i've actually encountered them in game, so the majority of the level is gotten purely by effigies(14-22m slayer, frost dragons, cave crawlers) with a small portion from assists(that i've not done very regularly) and genie lamps. Also reached a small goal of 1m tokens and then dumped a large potion into dungeoneering. Oh, and Golvellius, get under me!

Well, the problem is that where as dgs has no level requirements, 3bo requires a rediculously high level to just start off for most players. I definitely think the average 105+ dungeoneer in dgs is better than the average 3bo member, thus when you consider starting out dungeoneering dgs would be better both for 1-104(as you can't enter 3bo before anyway) and better at 105+. And yeah, as you can see from the 19 minute floor, assuming you have 3-4 good people the floors can be really fast, i don't think requot is even 75 dungeoneering.

Hey, I don't hoard food! I just don't leave it sitting there after everyone else passes over it. It's an issue that someone else raised a few pages ago-- people whine about not having any food for the boss, but they commonly leave piles of Salves rotting in GDs. You really think there is enough food to tank SF in a potential 17 minute floor? must be naive, we barely had any gd's. I had 2 deaths that floor, both to shadow, once i failed and went in at completely the wrong time and second was just SF being a bleep... The only person who didn't die was mike cause he skipped boss(was doing a mining door i should have gotten to do). None the less, that really was an epic floor and so far quite a bit faster than any others we have had(and it had sub-17 potential).

Well, i dps all the time with even higher stats and still get beserker alot more than 1/4 or 1/3(with a hex), unless i'm dging with tui, ofcource. I definitely get the double score most on the teams i'm in, too, so high total doesn't stop you from having good and great dps, really.

04-Apr-2011- Livid Farm
You forget that this update actually changes alot about farming- previously uncampable skill became as normal as any skill, and if you combine this activity with watermelon/torstol/magic tree/palm/calquat farming the skill could very well be over 100k an hour purely farming(depending on how much you far per day, higher rates the less you do this activity). Also, 13m as the cost is actually quite low, you can even skip the last spell(which could very well be useless) and use the points to get some money back. Oh, and double ffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffff at golv coming back.

I just want recognition for those who deserve it: and I think someone who takes the initiative is someone who deserves this! Meat shield doesn't show initiative. In a perfect team a keyer should always get this plaque, and the dpsers should be smart enough to avoid all damage. Why do you think jagex doesn't think it's a completely positive title? And in any case, berserker title shows initiative like no other, so that part is already covered.
-
Dungeonsweepers (DGS) - Huge changes; read first post.
Well, getting berserker means taking initiative. But if you're seeing people who are chilling outside of GDs, report them to an admin. That's unacceptable. Getting meat shield on purpose is the easiest thing in the world- never pray, don't use hood, waste everyones food and die as often as you can. Cheating to get berserker is much harder and good players never bother with those tricks anyway(obviously i'm not going to list them). Having to get both berserker and battle mage insures that people don't derp too much in dungeons(though i see alot of people maging stuff they shouldn't in hopes of getting battle-mage, but they almost always miss out on berserker).

too many messages inbetween deaths. Tui easily covers 8 deaths before i get hooded again.

Firstly, keyers can have preference of who they take on their team based on the overall effectiveness of it(if you already have 4 newbs, it's better to kick one of them for a pro to not get a 40 minute dungeon), so it can't really ever be first to speak up basis anyway. Secondly, all teams want to leave ASAP. I know you don't want to hear this, but the same way you are woodcutting to not waste time, people who wait up there to get into dungeons have a legit reason to have an advantage over those who don't. If you sometimes get there when the team has already left then sorry, but you are wasting other peoples time. As for the dungeon vid, yeah, i kind of screwed up the start of that dungeon, only got a few runes and went into the polt quick only to get totally owned and gate out, though i thought i did all of it. Noone called the room after i had left(i think there was another person in there), and i was too busy making an altar, making myself runes and getting to the other gd to see if someone went back.

Can i has a medal, pl0x? The 3 hex floors are always the most fun....(we killed thunderous at around the 15 minute mark and....)

Yeah- the brace basically only works with rapier anyway, and it's really not very rare if you kill all the hands in c1's.

Some people are just as good even with just typing, while others really suffer from the lack of voice chat. I'd say i can be effective either way.
