Dust Devils or Black Demons are okay for ranging for crimsons. Or you could cannon Scabarites or Wallasalkis. Soloing Armadyl is far riskier than duoing. I don't know enough about soloing to tell you. Leveling summoning is always a good idea.

Have a BOB carry a bunch of stews and super restores so you have them at the altar.

Yeah I found addy and mith pretty slow at the hobgoblin mine. I did coal in like level 8 or whatever. Fishing brawlers are really annoying to use, lots of people just randomly attack you. That was my experience too

Get 10 more crafting levels from leatherworking and you can get into the crafting guild. It's the only place worth mining gold in F2P, actually.

That I don't get. You're spending a lot more money on chins than ppots, so why would you try to maximize your ppots but not maximize your chins? The increase from +179 to +183 is barely noticeable (a 2% increase), but the increase from 13 prayer to 17 prayer is noteworthy (a 31% increase).

I use it when I chinchompa, because I prefer 4 prayer to 4 ranged attack bonus.
