steels are significantly more difficult than irons, though. especially at lower combat levels, without rapier, without extremes and super antifire, and without turmoil, they will have a much larger reduction on total average slayer xp/h than they do if you are maxed. however they have better effigies per hour than irons. i wouldn't perm block them because eventually you will want to do them, but cancelling them at this stage might be the way to go, depending on your priorities

i agree with the first article. runescape's community has changed. it is filled too many holier-than-though players condescending from their ivory towers about how horrible "aspect X" is for the game. if you played this game for fun you wouldn't worry about what others are doing :thumbup:

first i will recommend working on ranged secondly, this is the gear i use when i use unicorn: helm - ranged/melee void cape - soulwars (for you, use ardougne 3 i guess. not sure why you are unwilling to get sw cape, the quest will be easy for you with your stats) amulet - fury weapon - chaotic maul (whip + defender or godsword i guess since no chaotics) / hand cannon (questionable for you since you have low firemaking - consider rune/chaotic crossbow + broad bolts) shield - dragon defender for darklight body - void legs - void gloves - void boots - dragon or ranger, don't bother with snakeskin ring - berserker ring or dragonstone (i) if you've got 300 ma rank special - claws use regular prayers for eagle eye and piety (better than turmoil + leech ranged). even better with rigour. i get 42 kills/h with unicorn with that setup. you'll obviously be getting less due to your low ranged level and no chaotic maul or rigour.

i get 42 kills in 3 overloads with 2 item switch, unicorn, and no scripts your method seems like a lot of extra effort and risk (both gp-wise and ban-wise) for no benefit

i think i should let you know that i can get 42 kills/h average without steel titan with rigour at tds, it's pretty awesome

defence does not affect the hit distribution of your opponents attack

There is many cosmetic items in the game already. Just because it's inconvenient that you do not got 99 prayer, does not mean that it's a bad idea to release such item. true, but there are a plethora of other reasons why it is a bad idea
