If the post accuracy update works roughly the same as pre update, the way damage from armor stacks with damage is a bit odd. But generally speaking, weapon speed doesn't actually matter, the extra damage is added to the normalised weapon damage and then recalculated from that (meaning every weapon of the same tier benefits roughly the same), but Fast speed weapons gets an abnormally high amount compared to either Fastest or average.

General consensus is 4x 1% traits of their strongest stat.

Sad, but true, although the value of Tetsu depends on how much time he is willing to invest in getting the armor. Getting the cash required for Torva is no joke, especially if he is not very active. Tetsu requires a small amount of effort each day over a longer period of time as well as base 90 smithing (about 2-3 months, at least, starting from scratch), while Torva requires a large amount of effort (but can be done in a much shorter time frame than Tetsu) but does not require any specific skills. In the end though, going Torva or Tetsu, difference isn't very large (at least not large enough for Torva to pay for itself within any reasonable amount of time). If I were to get torva, I'd make sure I have drygores first, the upgrade is much bigger, and it's easier to get (~100m for a pair of maces, compared to >300m for a full set of torva, or ~200m for the chest and legs only) On a side note, anyone know what Captain setup is ideal? 2 Morale, 2 SF and 1 combat?

Then why not just use something else besides ice spell instead of having to go through the targetting charade? the point is, there is absolutely no benefit of using Ice spell over any other spells in ancients (or any spell book for that matter), the bind effect is useless with impact, so why not just use blood spells?

Even with abilities, it's almost impossible to avoid hitting a barrow brother without your auto cast hitting it first, which means you cant impact them (Impact still stun it, but the bind effect does not apply). I have never been able to successfully kill a barrow brother within the freeze time of an ice Blitz.

I thought it was the bar that improved the chances of an adventurer showing up, the icons only change who shows up when an adventurer is slated to show up (like replacing a red queen to a black queen in a pack of cards, you get better chances of drawing a black queen, but the chances of drawing a queen remains the same.)

Did you build 4 telescopes? Sorry, only noticed your post now. No, I only ever built two. I built 1 telescope only after passing my halfway mark (I cannot remember exactly when, but it wasn't very much earlier than the totem update), then built 1 more (total of 2) after the Totem update. I cannot remember when I built those in relation to my scroll count though.

Yes, but it's utterly useless, your port score will not increase further, so you ought to have taken the 900 joint steel

I found Ice spells to interact very negatively with Abilities, since the Bind on the ice spell prevents Impact's (much) longer bind from actually working, so I don't really bother using it.

Currently working through Dead Money (the last DLC i yet have to complete), and after that, all Achievements, and then replay the game min-maxed.

From my Scroll rates, that should take a little over a month for Urza and a little under a month for Lioness. (I got 80 scrolls in 137 days, so about 0.6 scrolls per day)

I think I am officially going to get my 4th Merchant, because I am aiming for Max port resources, which would make 4th merchant used very often... Now, the question is... what should I fire... 4 Ox, 3 jod, 5 MCS... thinking of firing a Tiger.

No idea, I never use the calculator (I prefer to do it in my head).

The keys I assigned also incorporates typing habits, so it's easy to get used to (Such as assigning Berserk to the Q key, which is seldomly used during normal typing). I assign ZASDF as my basics (Z is my most seldomly used Decimate, I only use it when I run out of basics, which very rarely happens), WER as my thresholds and Q as my beserk. I tend to spam the key for my next ability when the currently is still being used. I NEVER wait for my ability to finish CD to spam (Reaction time issues) so there is never an issue for me to 'accidentally' use something I shouldn't have. anything further than 5TGB line on my keyboard I deem it far too far for my hand, so I generally do not ever use those keys during combat (not to mention that the = is far too close to the dreaded backspace key).
