From Saidinwots Test, the only thing about the Dark Bow is that it has a +95 ranged bonus and it has a good damaging spec and thus good for a KO. BUT: Anything else BUT using it for a KO, the Dark Bow is trash, because its damage output overtime is 20% less than that of Msb, and Msb isnt the highest damage output ranged weapon either (Rune Knives and Chimps beats it to death). Because of this, Dark Bow is probably the FIRST weapon in the entire history of the game that is designed as a PK'ing weapon, NOT a training/PK weapon

if you are talking about the wildy mage arena, its level 60, no less (potting will not work) and yes you will lose stuff like a normal death in there. If you are talking about the mage training arena north of the dueling arena, then you dont have any mage requirement to go there, and you dont lose anything if you die (except the graveyard one, which you lose 10 points if you die)

the 10k lamp is obtained by going to the varrock library and find that diary you had during the 'What Lies Below' quest, only after that you can get the 10k lamp. As far as i know, there is no way to replace that statue because YOU were the one who stole it in the first place during The Golem quest.
