For exapmple, I have 75 range, and I 10-10 spec someone in the wilderness and they die, I would say 75 range ftw, because it allowed me to come out on top, in the lead, or better off :D

I think so, I have an account that I'm planing on getting 60 mage, 60 str, 40 attack 1 def and 40 ranged on. I'd call him a pure seeing as he will have a lot of skills higher then the average person at his level :)
