They are a fun goal if you don't know what to do, but they are too rare imo. I once got 150k defence xp on earth warriors and decided to give up on it.

Charge used to give faster experience than that. Yea, you could cast it as fast as the sleep spell, but charge gives 180 xp per cast.

Check the kb, but it costs about 60m. And it's not the best either. If I had to spend that much cash on magic, I would barrage monkies on Ape Atoll for sure. But now if train magic, it's usually enchanting in the MTA. Cheap, as I make my own cosmics (double if 59+ rc) and over 80k xp an hour.

Lol 100k Agility xp using the abyss... Go for 85 mining using only the Abyss? Just an idea.

They are popular amongst the high level DK'ers, but to my knowledge no one has timed how long they last. They last much longer though, Someone with 3 ++ antipoisons can outlast someone with 4 regular super antipisons.

How many deaths do I need for a fury with the new gloves? I know the affect the price of an onyx gem but do they also increase the price of a death rune?
