Well i got a left half from a black knight....no ring of wealth either :thumbsup: Guess im super duper lucky

The way I see it, the ring of wealth DOES increase your chance of getting rare items, however it won't increase your chances of getting very rare items :P I like to see it as 4 categories for items off of monster, common, uncommon, rare and very rare, and ring of wealth only boosts the chance of the items in the rare category sort of thing :) For example, I'd consider a rune scimmy a rare drop from a Fire Giant, and Dragon Med a very rare drop. With a wealth on I get quite a few rune scimmy's, yet it doesnt affect d med's much, i've gotten 3 without a ring on, and 1 with a ring on. Hope im actually making sense haha.

I think Jagex have changed it so that the Dragonkin are now the creators of Dragon weapons and armour, but originally it was dragonite metal and it was forged by the Mahjarrat in Frenesskae. It's meant to be a metal that has some magical essence to it, by that I mean, it's perhaps a metal that is created through magic, rather than something you would find in rocks. It was brought into Gielenor when the Mahjarrat fought in the God wars, when they died, human's found their weapons and armour and prized it for being remarkably strong and durable and I guess somewhere along the line humans must of got cocky with their big shiny red swords and chain mail and decided that it must mean they can fight things like the KQ and that's how those monsters got them :)

After the update I decided to try my 7th attempt at the Jad. I have never gotten the cape before. 7th time lucky :P Diagonal walking causes no problems for getting 180's into safespots, non at all.

But they don't appropriately fit into the smithing table. And besides, why would we get black metal dragons after mithril dragons. Jagex will never do it lol.

Oh, one more thing from me I guess. It says claryfying, which i think basically means that you can check your inventory and see what are the top 4 valued items that you won't lose. I doubt Jagex will allow people to choose what their most valuable items are, it would be broken, not only would that affect pking, but people could go after high level monsters and not worry about losing certain pieces of equipment.

Wow, so Jagex have finally decided that they will bring out the better versions of the dragon armour :shock: ah well im kinda looking forward to it, be interesting indeed! But im also curious what else this mithril dragon is going to drop? The new quest sounds fun, and all the little tweaks will be awesome! Looks to be a good month.

Slight update to mine now. Get 99 hunter still (getting closer and closer every day...except weekends :P ). Get my quest cape back. Get a fire cape...tonight , hopefully i'll be 7th time lucky... Get full infinity Get a dragon chain. Let's see what happens! *edit* Guess I was 7th time lucky 8-)

No more updates please, I want to focus on getting on 99 Hunter and all the updates is breaking my drive for it.

Don't expect it anytime soon, it's a very very rare drop. Probably rarer than the left half shield. If I get one i'll get one, but that'll only be when im collecting bones for 70 prayer and slayer tasks from time to time.

I can't wait to get one myself. This will be interesting for when I next go fight the Jad ^_^ It seems to be very powerful and I laaaav it!

With any type of arrow the special makes it hit 30% harder and it will not miss. With dragon arrows the special hits 50% harder and it will not miss. +95 range bonus, which may I add, is +5 off from the Crystal bow and doesnt degrade. I think im in love.

Errr the only thing that springs to mind is capturing 2600 Red Chinchompas in a day. So that's 689k experience in one day. It was rather painful >_<

It's third age melee. But didnt the dragonkin arise during the 4th age? Im sure I read the appeared when men were still recovering from the god wars and they had to rely on themselves not the gods in order to defeat them. So I guess third age armour was still in use during the 4th age...and i've also just figured that 3rd age is better than dragon which, people decided to start using dragon after slaying the mahjarrat because dragon armour was better than theirs own armour at the time. Yet statistically, dragon armour is inferior to 3rd age...ARGH *head asplodes* I've started noticing some inaccuracies here!
