Jagex Really Doesn't Like Pures?
Aww.. shucks.. I feel so unwanted now.. I dislike people who don't follow the rules and are arrogant.. can I help it if that classifies most pures?

How to resolve this problem? *thinks* Hmmm... what would the Pc products do...? I know, we can all stand in Falador Center W99 and hold our breath until everyone that isn't from TIF leaves.. ohh... wait.. that method doesn't work. Well, it seems that everyone is just having fun suggesting worlds. No reason for anyone to get mad and turn into a control freak about it.. Let's have a global poll first on whether or not it should be changed, and then on what world it should be if/when we decide that it needs to be changed. Something along these lines could be done about the F2P homeworld as well. I myself just use W17 on F2p, but that is only because it pwns.. no particular reasons.. I really don't care what world is chosen, if a new world is chosen for the TIF P2P homeworld.. I don't seem to lag anywhere with dial-up, I'm not sure how other people do (low def lags). I guess I'll just hop around until this is all resolved? In the mean time, W27 ftw. Btw, good topic idea Toast. :)

Chinchompas to 99 range
I had thought that method was under 40k red chinchompas.. I also think you get about 250k exp per hour with range in the high 90s. The whole feat is supposed to take about 50 hours of ranging. Good luck if you decide to attempt it. :)

Need a F2P safe spot where I can keep my arrows
Well, since everyone was reluctant to answer... SoS is the Stronghold of Security. It is located in the cavern below the mine in the center of Barberian Village. Like other dungeons, caves, etc.. it will be represented by a red exclamation mark on your mini-map. The minotaurs on the first floor are prime range experience until about 50+ range. They drop a good amount of iron arrows, and drop them quite commonly, so you can stock up on arrows while training. From there I suggest that you head to the Hill Giants in the Edgeville Dungeon. Use the brass key to enter a small building West of the Cooking Guild. This is a short-cut to the hill giants. There are many safe-spots along the walls of the cave which you can range/mage the hill giants from. I suggest collecting and banking the big bones and limpwurt roots dropped by the Hill Giants. Bank in the West Varrock bank, and sell your big bones and limpwurt roots at a later time when you have collected a fair amount. Good luck.

PC update perfect and fair for all
It is better, but Jagex should have better narrowed the cb lvl req. I am 92 combat, and will never pass 99cb with nearly maxed stats (run pure).. I guess I'll be a god on the 70-99 cb boat? Lol.

What should I get a 99 in?
I'm going to have to say... choose a skill that you like to train. As for ease... fletching, firemaking, hunter... I would say cooking is the easiest, but you're almost there. =D>

Servant bank/sawmill times
If I remember correctly... Cooks - 15 seconds Butlers - 10 seconds Demon - 5 seconds Check out Tip.It's Construction guide, in the 'Skill Guide' section on the main page. I am sure it has the correct times. These are probably correct, but double checking would be fine. :) Also, you could have a house in Rimmington, take your logs noted, sell to the General Store, buy back (unnoted), give to bulter, repeat. It is a little bit hectic though..

computer games stole my son
Hmm.. I suppose these parents are not aware of the meaning of discipline? I feel sorry for the kid, parents should be more responsible of a 15 year old, and should be aware that at 15 years of age a person wants to try out everything. There are worse problems, and just as this should have been, they should be looked after as well. :shame:

70 to 80 range
Just to be straightforward.. you are going to burn a lot of arrows ranging hellhounds with irons at 70 range. I suggest iron knives at fire or moss giants. Either that or iron arrows with a mage short bow at fire/moss giants. Also, the ogres in King Lathas training ground are simple training. You can walk into the cage to grab big bones, seeds, and shot arrows.

Where to Train for These drops
I am guessing this is for F2P, since your last topic was F2P. Dark Wizards - Located at Varrock South Gate ~ The dark wizards drop a variety of all runes. They also drop elemental talismans on F2P, and a few pieces of clothing, coins, and bones. The dark wizards use magic based attacks, so it is best not to wear melee armour, but rather dragonhide, robes, or no armour at all. The closest bank(s) are East and West Varrock banks. Moss Giants - Located at Crandor, and Varrock Sewers ~ The moss giants also drop a variety of runes. These runes do not include water, or fire runes though. I believe all other F2P runes are included. There are also pieces or armour that can be high alched, uncut gems, coins, and big bones. The big bones can be sold for about 400gp each, but there are no nearby banks to the moss giants on F2P. Ice Giants - Located in the Ice Caves ~ The ice giants drop a few types of runes, arrows, and armour. These runes do include water and chaos runes. The ice giants much like the moss giants drop armour that can be high alched, uncut gems, coins, and big bones which can be sold. There are no nearby banks to ice giants. Ankou - Located on the bottom floor in the SoS (Stronghold of Security) ~ Ankou are some of the strongest monsters on F2P. The lowest level of the ankou is 76. Ankou drop death runes, law runes, addy arrows, noted mithril ore, uncut gems, coins, and bones on F2P. Ankou hit a maximum of about 8 damage. The closest bank is the Edgeville Bank. Hill Giants - Located in the Edgeville Dungeon ~ Hill Giants are among the most popular of monsters to train on in F2P. They drop a variety of runes, arrows, armour, and also big bones, and limpwurt roots which can be sold for a tidy sum. The fastest way to the Hill Giants is by use of a brass key to enter a small house West of the Cooking Guild. The closest bank is Varrock West Bank. These are probably the most appropriate for you to train on.

Placesto train Pure and main
Oops, sorry. SoS means The Stronghold of Security. It is the underground stronghold that is loacted beneath the mines of Barberian Village. Sorry I wasn't more informative. The Flesh Crawlers can be found on the second floor, and the Giant Spiders can be found on the third floor.

Warriors guild question
To answer your question, yes, you can drop the lower level ones. I suggest getting 10+ rune defenders before dropping the others though. If you lose your highest level one, then you begin again at the next highest levle defender you have.. if it happens that you have no defenders, then that means you start collecting them from the beginning again. Hope that helps. Better to be safe than sorry.. | | | | | | VV

Placesto train Pure and main
Flesh Crawlers - SoS Giant Spiders - SoS Hill Giants - Edgeville Dungeon Moss Giants - Crandor I suggest beginning with hill giants for your pure, and banking the big bones and limpwurt roots to make a decent sum of cash. Later on, when your stats are higher, you can venture to moss giants. If you want to become a rune pure (40 def), be sure that you get your defence exp from the Dragon Slayer quest. This means do the quest while you have your 10 defence. It is very possible to do, as I did it with this account when I was a 1 defence pure mage. Good luck, and happy training. :)

Im kinda not that rich and need to double this money.
Posting your skills, or at least Runescape username would be effective. People could better give you advice with that information. Also post what skills you prefer, and what skills you do not like to train. Once you get some more information up, then people will be better suited to give advice. As for now.. all I can suggest is merchanting because all I know is that you have some cash.. and two bows.

Cooking Large Amount of Fish: Stove or Fire
Since Lobsters stop burning at lvl 74 cooking, without cooking gauntlets, I suggest that you choose the method which is a shorter trip to the bank. :) Have fun cooking all those lobs.

Burning Salmon and Trout
In the 50's or 60's. You will stop burning at an earlier level cooking on a range, vs. cooking on an open fire. Cooking on a range burns less often. Also, if you are a member, you will stop burning a significant number of levels earlier by wearing the cooking gauntlets. :)

F2P TO P2P...
Paying by Mail: Usually a few days to weeks. Paying by Phone: A few minutes. Paypal/CCard: A few minutes. I also believe that the third option I stated is the cheapest, and second option the most expensive.

What would you say to your level 3 self?
When you buy those first few rares.. do not sell them. Also, on May 31st, 2006 when you log off for the night, please bank that 20M in your inventory.. Good luck, here have some runes.

Range & Magic - PC or regular?
On that subject, the Enchanting area is by far the cheapest part, and most commonly used for experience. Bones to Peaches is also a fun spell.
