    Today...

Me Mam screamed in her sleep at 3am. That was the most terrifying thing I have ever encountered. Following that, my sister who was on the brink of sleep jumped so violently she made the bed shake and then my brother generated a lot of ruckus as he ran to my parent's room. Hope that never happens again.

    Today...

Going all the way to town to visit the library and get a milkshake. Reading on a laptop and spending other countless hours doing random stuff on the laptop royally messes up your eyes. I can't see things from a distance as well as I could. A prime example of 'distance' being the space between our sofa and living room TV. Gonna pick me up some Margaret Atwood if our minuscule library has it in stock.
  3. Yeah double posting is against the rules unless a reasonable amount of time has passed (one or two weeks I'd say) so you should edit in any extra things you think of. I have merged the posts.
  4. 11th July I can't draw today for some reason. I came up with this: Which turned to: But I couldn't complete the lineart without royally cocking it up so I just moved onto other endeavors. Made a rather cute little Beemo avatar: And I think I will continue playing with the shading on this program. I haven't quite got it down yet: Or I'll make more sketches to colour tomorrow :D ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ 12th July Just ended up sketching some more today rather than colouring. Trying to explore angles and perspective because full on frontals are boring and not very production. Quite a couple of pics so hide tags are necessary. [hide] Le girl body: Le girl sketch: Woman running: Shepherd-commander: Dude standing: James Vega!: Woman shooting: Woman shooting sketch: Guy sitting: Guy sitting sketch: [/hide] Not great but I'm learning. I don't really remember what the armors from Mass Effect look like but it was something like that. It goes a little iffy when it comes to sketching mainly because I'm thinking 'What the hell should I draw that's not Runescape?!'. I run out of imagination at that stage. Then I think to myself, 'let's draw Runescape stuff that is not Bandos armor' and that's a huge fail because just what is going on with the new armor? But now that I'm writing about it with my tablet packed away, I have tons of ideas hitting me in the face. Why Brain, why??? I guess I'll write down what I'm thinking of now and open up the list tomorrow. Hint: Prepare for the sailing of the moons. No point making a new post if it hasn't got something epic in it. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ 13th July So kids, today we're experimenting with extreme angles! [hide] The body: The sketch: The lineart: The colour: [/hide] What is lamus maximus is that I forgot to colour his eyes, colours his eyebrows, do his other arm and his nails. I can't really get my tablet out now so I'll have to finish it off later (famous last words). I'm not really getting the hang of face shading buh-buh-buh-but practice will make perfect. I am sort of getting the hang of it. Hopefully I can draw the sailing of the moons tomorrow but I did just check out a pretty good book from the library. Oh yeah... Circles are really hard to draw! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ 17th July Super-duper humongous post! I feel like I'm finally making some progress. I know how to rid of black lines now and let me say, it makes quite a difference. Hidetags because I have a bunch of images. [hide] The body: The sketch: The lineart: The colour: [/hide] To round this image dump up nicely. The shading with lines visible: The shading without lines visible: Yeah she's supposed to be doing that bow-legged pose all teenage girls do when they cutely pose for a picture. I ended doing the lineart very thick by accident, I was zoomed in and didn't realise how it looked by the time I zoomed back out. That's what prompted me to remove it. It does make a nice difference and I think I'll be doing this in the future, eventhough I took out too much time of my life. If anyone can tell, I've been practicing hands like I said I would. Only I don't have the evidence to back that up...

    Today...

That came out like 3 years ago, I don't think it counts as a childhood song. Anyway, that song always reminded me of a particular shock website that contains the spinning of meat.
  6. Boy do I have an update today. 10th July 2012 On 16th April I drew this thing which I never finished: Photoshop is a pain in the arse so today I download something called Paint SAI which produces the most fantastic lineart I've seen ever. I opened up the previously drawn image and decided to revamp it. The images are quite large so I'll use a hide tag and minimal narration. [hide] The base: The sketch: The lineart: The colour: The shade: [/hide] Creating lineart in Paint SAI is epic. I have to show this again: It's a shame the colouring isn't up to par though! If it wasn't 2:40am I'd look up some tutorial. His facial expression makes him look mad.

    Today...

On a creative roll today. Did some writing, did some reading, did some drawing. Hopefully this will stick for a while. It's better than playing video games and watching random youtube clips.
  8. Happens a lot in RS General Discussion. Saying +1, 'This' or 'I agree with what this young man/woman has posted' doesn't add anything to discussion value so viola, the liking feature for those guys. Tip It now only allows approved image hosting site links which is annoying when you would like to hop onto google images and quickly link to a picture.
  9. No words are needed. TNPW link to a video game commentator that they watch.
  10. Ask on http://forum.tip.it/topic/312872-post-upgrade-details/ if it can be added again. Users have made minor requests in that thread and MageUK has accommodated them.
  11. Banned because they all come crawling back.
  12. Moved to the correct forum. I think you're better off asking in the official RuneScape forums or in game, not too much advertising goes on in here.
  13. Banned for giving yourself a title rather than earning it.
  14. It's been three days. I would have posted if I had a pet. TNPW post their forum name translated to the Al Bhed language.
  15. The wall dislikes the twitter-like hashtag thing on the end of your post. 72 HP

    Today...

Ack, my laptop (or at least the charger) is on the brink of death. Backing up important files just in case. Sucks cause I've got no money whatsoever to repair it. Stress!
  18. 3rd July Have to use Gyazo to host images again. Decided to stray away from the RuneScape thing today. Taaadaaaa, le mama holding her bébé: http://gyazo.com/f87cacdc9dd1533ea596a11a11f7bc31 The legs were a [bleep]. But I dealt with it: http://gyazo.com/9e388ba98a03c2fdf1039031daa63272 And because I had time, used the pen tool in Photoshop to make clearer lineart: http://gyazo.com/5b64c3db89710d012b6d404ee90bd102 Lol, the knees a bit further down than anticipated now that I've really looked at it. I would rather use Illustrator but unfortunately I haven't got it on this laptop. EDIT: Just moved the knee up. http://gyazo.com/734a3babbd5129c7cdc73ed3c80b45ce
  19. ^What the [bleep]. Ladies, make sure you get a Brazilian before donning that armour.
