I rang them up two times to change my mum's and dad's email address because when my brother signed up last year, the [wagon] that he is didn't keep any details. First they put ranjgeet (should say ranjeet) even when I spelt it out so the second time I did all that R for rover, A for apple, N for November crap and then they still changed it to ranjbeet. I don't think it really fits with the game. RuneScape is more medieval/fantasy and we already have Range which is the perfect substitute for shooting.
