2 weapons for 2 different uses. A ss or whip for training and a godsword for killing bigger things. You should buy a ss and bgs, then upgrade to sara after you've made a bit of money, in myopinion. Also, that is exactly what I did way back in yonder days, if it makes a difference.

Dogs don't quack...but ya what he said. I also got around 60k xp smithing mith plates and about 14k mining coal+mith. Volatile tools revert about every 3k xp, so they're not worth it.

Lose 90%+ of the time? Muggi must have gone at a bad time, I've had at least 4k points in w144, and I win better then 90% of the time; I found HU worlds took too long per game start to make it worth hopping, but I haven't tried them in a while. He's saying that nine out of ten losses are caused by lazy people leaving the door open, not that he was losing 90% of the games.

I've *heard* that some items update multiple times, but i haven't seen anything to prove that they don't all update at once. The fact that the price did not change for a specific item does not mean that the price was not updated. The big update for all of the items happens at a random time, and there have been times that it has gone over 24 hours without updating. I'm guessing that they did it that way so that the GE wouldn't be flooded with people attemping to get in offers for hard to buy/sell things at the new min/max prices immediately after the update.

So are you just askign gor the costs of shards and seconds? i donj't know your exact xp, and you could get an exact number by just using tip.its planner. Also, are you using crimsons only? or what exactly are the charms that you're using? Like if you got half of your xp with greens as opposed to going with all crimson and gold, you could about double the cost. An estimate(based off memory which is unreliable and you should go with the aforementioned0 from me would be...4m...could be completely wrong.

Magic works fine, but I got faster kills with broad bolts than fire wave. I didn't do much extensive testing though, and I'm sure that a better melee-mage hybrid setup could b found from mroe testing. Or range-mage,never even considered that... About PC, world 144 is horribly slow compared to the various clans, or at least the Heart Unit, Affliction, etc group. I didn't personally try others. I'd advise that you join Heart Unit, they have lower requirements than a few of the others, but they all go to the same world anyways. And yes, I answered your questions in reverse order. I'm just that awesome)

Yeah you need 80 in the relevant skill. I think that it's... Crafting for... range armour, mage armour, harpoons, and nets... Smithing for... melee armour, hatchets, pickaxes... Fletching for bows and arrows... Runecrafting for runes, obviously Construction for barricades Summoning for pouches and scrolls... I'm sure that I forgot some or that there's a list somewhere and I completely wasted my time.

I'm pretty sure that construction is the most expensive followed by prayer and then summoning. Herblore and farming are affected by a lot of things. You said you don't really want more construction levels, aye? So I would either dump the extra xp into prayer until level 76(for an extra point from rpayer pots) or just get summoning up to a levelt hat you're happy with.

Thanks for the input guys, but are there other common ways to train now? I haven't done mining or smithing in ages and I always just loaded up on coal and iron then cranked out steel plates. So this is the only thing that immediately jumped to my mind.

What do you eman by "better?" Do you mean "better for training?" because that's wrong. Do you eman "better at bandos?" A godsword is ALWAYS the best melee weapon at bandos in my opinion. 110+ teams usually go with a lot of people to avoid gettign crashed, and bandos isn't thatr esource heavy, so it's kind of hard to lose money there unless you're tanking. which you shouldn't do. Somebody has to do it, but it does not have to be you.

Agreed. It really is a semi decent weapon without the set. The anchor is slow as hell, but a decent choice as well.

Well noone seems to have an answer for me...Oh well, I would've probably just ignored the opinion of the community and gone with my own decision, but it's still nice to hear alternatives I suppose.

Um...try the cloth that you use to clean off poison. It's karamja rum+silk if i remember right...called um...I'm sure soemone will know.

You're an uber nub for pie camping, and I hate you :thumbsup: That aside... -Neitznot helm(becuase you're not on task, cheeb) -Fury>Glory -bandos top or proselyte top -tassets or verac skirt -barrows gloves -d boots -your best cape -whip -defender -wealth I use the 5% accuracy prayer the whole time or flash piety and fill up prayer with sgs specs. some people suggest that you use the 2 10% prayers and take along prayer potions. Bring a bunyip. Don't forget to bring a slayer helm/nose peg to pass the spectres, even if you climb the chain.

Remember that even if you just have a fraction of a percent left, you can still make 1 item, regardless of how much xp it gives. Not that important, but nice to know in my opinion.

There ya go! you'll be making thousands of these anyways and I'm pretty sure that they're still cheap as hell to make since that granite update(which happened the day after I got 85, not cool).

Super sets really aren't necessary...but take them if you want. I agree with ranging ahrim, i personally liek to use a hunter bow, though. Equipment should be like... -neitz helm -glory -barrows plate -verac skirt -slayer staff -mage arena cape or your best one -barrows gloves -dragon boots -zamorak book -ring of life -broad or kebbit bolts Also have karils(forgot to check your range level, dhide if it's under 70), rune or hunter xbow, whip, dds, a prayer potion(for emergencies), mind and death runes(I take 800 and 200), spade, home tab...as much food as you need, (you'll find out after a few trips) and I'm sure that I'm forgetting something...

You could try green or blue dragons maybe? and for future referrence NEVER walk around with all of your cash. EVER!!!!! try not to have more than 500k on me unless I'm going to mtk or buy something.
