  1. Do people actually by mith grapples? I just assumed that everyone had a stash that was collected from the crate like me...
  2. Look around here... http://images.google.com/images?hl=en&q ... a=N&tab=wi However, I strongly advise against getting a RS based phone skin...you'll more likely than not regret that...

Yeah I took the tar, but I expected a message or something. I tried a normal melee weapon too and didn't get any message thugh. So I just went and owned the House of Mans via fire spewing lizard. It was pretty amusing in all honesty.

Oi so you're all too lazy to try this then? Suppose that I'll go buy a lizard and test this myself... EDIT: No, they do not work. or maybe I'm using it wrong, never used a lizard before to be honest.
  5. I haven't really cut much since last years when all the forests were infested with autoers...but what is wrong with having people around when you cut? If I remember right you still get logs while other people are there...
  6. It's definately worth it if you can afford one, I used to wear guthans with the hat and spear in my inventory like you do, but since I bought the sword I've switched to using veracs top/bottom(for piety flashing or the 5% ones) and I've been taking guthans along in mt pack as a backup. So far I haven't needed to use it with a bunyip out on stronger melee tasks(I still need to get a gargoyle task but I made it through nechs with my HP in the green), and you can even go without a bunyip on a few multi combat ones without a bunyip(I haven't tested at fire giants yet, but I'm betting you will still need guthans or a bunyip, dusties are good though). EDIT: On topic, if you bough when I suggested you would've saved 50k(hooray for being able to say "I told you so") not taunting or anything, just sayin lol, and gratsi on getting guthans. It's pretty much the best thing that you could buy.
  7. Well there's the valuable wood grove in Tai Bwo wannai, and I think that there is a teak near Uzer. I also think that there's one of the trees south of castle wars.

Well all the above posts seem to be pure speculation without any concrete evidence, and this question seems to be one of those technical ones that can only be proved by testing it out. So I suggest that someone(not me because I personally don't care enough about this) heads up to the arena with a lizard, some tar, and attemtps to start firing away at gnomes. Good luck.
  9. Sure, but only for a level 88. For me it's 7th. For me too. Not all of us have 85 slayer. Whatever, but the point getes across, they're the 7th. You may not have the requirements to kill the first, second, third, whatever, but it doesn't make them any better. [hide=][/hide] Except we're talking about some level 88 that doesn't want to train summoning. Am I the only one that sees the humour in comments such as "we're talking about some level 88 that jibbery joo etc...?" Seems a bit discriminatory to me, levelist even.
  10. Use a spade on them...I'm assuming that you accidentily dug with the spade.
  11. Actually when I got 68 it cost me more than the 8ish m that guthans was worth at the time...but then again bot are cheaper now... Back on topic, buy it now. Even if it continues to drop you honestly won't be losing much, it's already dirt cheap(The spear is under 3m at minimum price  ), so your best bet would probably be to get it now while you can get the fulll set at minimum price.
  12. Wow  Interesting screen name there...but I'm betting that that account is older than our little slogan seeing as it is under the length limit that they added whenever they did.
  13. Agreed, except that you may want to mix in graahks as well. I don't really keep up with prices, but they may be more profitable if you want to sell some, or you may personally use them.
  14. I've only used a total of 4k casts, but each time I got around 240 crimsons I always did 1k at a time, and I always used the 7 lobster spot. I did use a melee weapon to finish off the 1 lobster that sometimes survived after all the others were dead...so I'm sure that that skewed my results a bit.
  15. A trip is usually like 5 or 6 kills(for me at least I'm betting that people with higher range do better), and let's say....3 minutes/dragon is that reasonable? I never really payed enough attention to times. So that's 120 to 144 extra hp, which adds up to 7 to 9 monkfish, so a bunyip is definately worth the space used. With the lvl 79 titans that would come out to be 180 to 216 extra hp(11 to 13 monks). A pony would add 315 to 378 hp(19 to 23 monks). Your best choice would be a unicorn stallion. Second up would be a terrorbird or turtle would help you out the most, but I refuse to bother with taking the extra time to utilize them. Third are the level 79 titans, but those are a bit expensive to be using at miths in my opinion, remember that they also boost your defense, so that could be even more helpful. That leaves bunyips, which are honestly the worst choice, but it's better than an extra monkfish. This is all based on 3 minutes per kill and you using monkfish as food, and also my bias against fruit bats. They always just seemed to be a waste of time to me. My apologies if any of what I added is completely wrong or irrelevant.
  16. What exactly happens when the stars disappear/how long does it take? This is not important all, and I don't have the patience to personally find out by the way...
  17. Hooray for overexageration! But seriously, there's no way in hell that you can get 10 blues per green drag load(no, it's not happening don't give me the "its random anything can happen garbage"). I think that your guesses are pretty reasonable because 1k bursts costs a little over 1m and you get about 250 crimsons for that, so 4k would be spot on, eh?
  18. Do those drops mean that the CT dags are like waterbirth ones? *remembers that*
  19. Hit the exclamation point in the corner and ask for it to be moved, well I think that was it.
  20. Be careful about attacking rangers, though, because they *usually* kill whatever they're attacking and then turn on you if you're still hitting it.
  21. If you don't NEED something then there's no reason to buy it, and if you're askign whether or not you should buy it you most likely don't need it. So no.
  22. Not to be rude mate, but your stats don't suggest that you've "tried" Zilyana either  Meh this is a useless post isn't it? Whatever its 4 am and I'm tired...
  23. 10 Fish with 5 on flax is the most possible profit(not considering bonus materials), but I use 10 fish and 5 maple for the tree seeds.
  24. You could try buying yew longs from the "fletching guild" in Yanille on some world...I'm sure someone else will be more specific.
  25. Umm, why is it you're in the Security Stronghold, yet in the minimap, you're near Port Sarim? In a word... LOL
