Maybe a FAQ topic for the help & advice forum with all the faq (about flipping, wich herbs, moneymaking, etc) + anwsers.

In my opinion it's a minigame wich i 100% dislike. People say it's fun at higher levels with a team, but i'm not willing to spend my time leveling till 70-80 or so to find out. Also calling it a ' skill' seems strange to me since there is only 1 place you can train it + it has only limited uses and the real usefull rewards require lvl 80 or so (chaotic weapons).

Just noticed that when you enchant bolts, you can do the following to speed it up: right click the spell and enchant 10 stacks of bolts. Right after that click the spell so you enchant just 1 stack of bolts. This does not interrupt the 10 stack bolt enchanting --> you enchant 2 stacks of bolts at once. Is this already known wich makes me a captain obvious or is this a bug?

I provided the information about making cannonballs because to me it seems he mainly wants something that is afkable and thinks of fishing --> "So while i study/do assignments i'd like to raise some of the skills i can train "afk"". Just telling that making cannonballs is also an option.

You could make steel bars into cannonballs. Terrible exp, but 1 inventory of bars takes around 3 minutes and you'll profit around 300gp per bar (not sure about the profit).

Do them, use super set, bunyip, piety. Wear verac skirt, prossy top, fury. Take around 5 prayer potions per super set. Take a few waterskins and a knife if you want. You can cut the cactusses(?) around there to refill your waterskins but the wyrms also drop waterskins quite often. When you stand next to a cactus or rock they wont burry. Normally you profit from a task of strykewyrms. Goodluck.

Quit RS untill you feel you want to play again and start a lvl 3 skiller. Also, remember its just a game, there is more in life than rs.

Protect from melee is probably my best option. Getting the stats for an EE takes ages but i'll need them sooner or later. Thanks for the info :thumbsup:

What I normally use on a slayer task: Full slayer helmet Fury Legends cape Prossy plate Verac skirt Whip Dragon Defender Dragon boots Barrow gloves Kuradel Ring I use piety all the time, use super att + str + def potions and a Bunyip. This methode with this setup works fine for almost all task except for hellhounds. Even with my inventory filled up with monkfish I have to bank every 80 hellhounds or so. I'm now thinking about using my old guthan's set, but arent there any faster / more effective ways / gear to kill them? I dont have a EE to heal since I do not have the stats to get one.

well that is what i mean, i'm not going to sell lobsters for 100gp ea or going to buy bolts for 1k ea. People think they can ask any price they want since there is no limit anymore.

So atm alot of things arent buying or selling wich is quite annoying. This has obviously to do with the return of free trade. How long do you think it will take before the prices are back to 'normal' again and things like dragonstones, bolts or lobsters sell / buy instant again?

So now the wildy is back, does this mean that everytime i run from the GE to the chaos tunnels i have a chance to get pked? :ohnoes: I'm not willing to risk all my gear for a dclaw speccer or something like that...

Why do many people think a rapier is better than a longsword? The longsword has better stats. Is it because of the rapier's speed?

Agree with this, but my advise is to take super antipoison pots since they do poison you regularly (and super antipoison is cheaper than antipoison).

My advise is to do only hard and elite clues. My inventory when I do clues: 50 runes of each element + 50 laws 50k gp Compass Spade Chart Map Clue Ectophial Antipoison Dramen Staff 4 Monkfish Gear: Neitz helmet Black D hide top/bottom/vambraces (it's very cheap + decent magic defence for when in wildy against revenants teleblock) Antidragon shield Dragon Dagger (p++) Games necklace Ring of Dueling Boots of lightness Spotted Cape In my bank I have every possible item I could need for uri's emote. Tip.it treasure trails guide on 2nd internet tab, fairy ring guide on 3th, world map on 4th (guide: http://www.tip.it/runescape/?page=treasure_trails_menu.htm). This way you have all the items you need for clue + emotes, the most important teleports, decent but cheap gear (in case you die in wildy), emergency food + teleport. I use this for quite a while now and it works fine for me, although many people prefer better armour and weapons (i just dont want to lose anything expensive like whip or fury).

You seem to think that with the release of free trade you won't be able to trade on the ge like you can now. It will be the same thing, just with no limits. You will actually be able to get your stuff even faster than you can now. If you really want to buy those pots you can offer as much money as you want for them, and end up getting your items faster. I'm not very sure about that. Let's say you want to buy 2k coal, or 100 dragonstones. With the ge it's less then 10 seconds. Before you have found a person with 100 dragonstones, who is willing to sell them for a price you find reasonable... that'll take ages. How so? There will be people from every server involved in the ge, like now. There will be certain street prices for each item, made by the players. Usually this will be the prices things will get sold/bought at. If you try to sell something at a cheap price, it will get bought faster and visa-versa. Again I repeat, GE will stay the same, just with the removal of limits. I really hope that's true. We'll just have to wait to find out...

They'll perfect the GE. You can simply have it update as often as you like, and there'll be no limits. If the street price flies far away from the GE price, no worries, the GE will still keep track of them and quickly catch up, and won't get in the way of trades. It will be awesome. But will people keep using the GE when there is free trade?

How many people are going to quit when they ruin the GE? I guess quite a lot.

Will jagex remove the ge when they bring back free trade? Think about how long buying items is going to take... :ohnoes:
