Legs today- 2 quad ext, 30 reps per (warm up) 5 leg press, 8-6-4-12-12 reps 5 squat, 10-12 reps per 3 quad ext 8-10 3 standing ham curl + 3 standing calf raise 3 lying leg curl + 3 standing calf raise cut out a tad early because i was getting to hungry, typically do a bit more for hams and calf.

Chest day today- 3 sets flat dumbbell press 3 sets incline barbell 2 incline fly 2 incline hammer strength 2 pec deck First day back in 5 weeks. I take 4-6 weeks off roughly once per year. As it was first day back I did greater variety, less sets, and lower weight then typical.

If you check suomi/jake/ other accs with 200m stats you see there were a number of 200m accounts banned also. Could probably get a rough estimate of how many by cross checking various 200m stats on different accounts, but idc that much. Just interesting.

Unfortunately I do not have figures; I've been out of the pvm game for awhile. But basically, with axe/ring prices compared to hide/bone prices, you are sacrificing half the potential gp/hour without a yak. Maybe more, or maybe less. But it's such a large portion it is insanely stupid to go to dks without a yak. Go get some charms or kill somthing else. Or hey, go without a yak and keep prices high for those with yaks :)

Yes I took advantage of the two I was around for for summoning (first weekend) and herblore, and I planned on saving alot of gp on 200m herb during bxp, I would have preferred they were never introduced. Glad they are stopping them, albeit a bit too late. Probably would not be as many 200m herblore/other skills (and summoning page would def be different).

Yes just checked and you are absolutley correct. Difference is 5.267%. The prayer difference is 23 with void and 19 with ahrim top+bottem and akrisae hood, which will probably only shorten a trip by 20 mins.

just wondering why Akrisae? Ahrim's has higher mage attack. Also why is void mage worse then ahrims? By how much? Not saying you're incorrect on either (I have no idea), just curious.

Not tried the beta, but wondering if everything is multi you should be able to cannon all tasks, is this correct? Obviously not areas where cannon is not allowed, but black demons in taverly, dark beast in temple, etc.

+1 You are only 92 dg. Upgrade the ring asap, tokens come in fast enough as you continue to dg. It's only 56k I think for t9 anyway.

So tired of randoms at dg. Fishing at first and second door, doing skill plots, quitting mid floor, 40-60min floors, clearing non gds maxed but still not using ovl. Not uncommon to take 1-2 hours to even get a floor going. I like dg but these kids are retarded. What are the dg clans and what are the req? I don't play often, 1-3 days a week, so not sure if I can join because of that.

Edit- so then your guide is for those who slay incorrectly? got it. and yes I said his guide is older. But most, maybe near all, is great info. You can drop the defensive for one sentence and agree with that. Furthermore, whether spots change or not cannon placement is huge and you state "put your cannon down and fire away", basically. This guide is ok at best. The detail is near zero. I will not even get into where you need to improve because there is so much needed, which I suppose is pointless because you stated this is the last revision for now. Possibly a few other things. But his guide is fully detailed about every single aspect down to exact pixel/square location for cannon. Perhaps you're better off redoing his guide with an up to date version, especially after combat update. Not out to bring down you personally, but slayer is an immensly complex skill and you do not even scratch the surface.

Should pay to leech and fish/wc/fm while leech. 8-16m (3-4 floors, 2-4m ea floor) cost per hour isnt alot. Do skill plots then help do the floor.

probably a bit of a noob question, but i've not unlocked a new set of floors in at least 1.5 years. I did floor 48, first warped, just unlocked 49. 49 is not seen in party details. do i need to do 48 c1 to open 49 or just do 48 c6 L get the xp for 49. dont wanna c1 48 and kill 49 as a c1. thanks.

Cannon/ovl/turm every task. Titan where possible, if not possible take yak of recover spec. Should get 50k/hour pretty easy doing that. I did 58k/hour for a 12 hour comp in feburary, but that was using more points then you get. edit- also learn to double and triple shot with cannon. You need to know the best cannon placement spots and where to stand. Speeds up dark beast tasks and black demon, for example, quite a bit. Can't rememer specifically by how much though and I deleted my data after I quit. Get your banking down as well.
